MSR has moved me twice in the past two year. Both times, I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and hard work.

Didn’t show.

Absolute disaster. Told me after the move time they couldn’t make it and had to reschedule. Multiple calls not returned and promises broken. Don’t recommend.

My experience with this company.

I just moved last weekend and had a good experience with this company. The movers were very nice and moved as fast as they could. The only thing was that they did not have enough stretch wrap film to wrap some of my furniture. Other then that the price was also very reasonable. I would recommend them and used them again in the future.

Small Move.

This company was fantastic! They accommodated my small move by making it happen within two days of my call. The movers who arrived were on time (actually a bit early which was wonderful), courteous, professional and efficient. They handled my goods with great care. I would definitely recommend them and would call on them again.

Great Experience.

The experience was smooth. The crew was professional and would highly recommend using them again. They took great care of my furniture. Each piece was carefully wrapped and secured on their truck.

Moving.

I was unable to be physically present for my move due to my work schedule however; my fiance was and told me that the experience was pleasant and that all boxes were accounted for and all furniture was placed exactly where she wanted in our new home.

Milestone Relocation Solutions is a no show.

We were confirmed for a move in Chapel Hill NC from 3-5 pm on Aug 28, 2020. At 4 pm I got a text saying they were still coming. They never showed up, and now won't answer phone calls, emails or texts. Horrible!

No Show!

This team was a no-show. I went with Milestone Relocation Solutions because I used them for my move back in 2018 and had great service, so it was a no-brainer. After multiple attempts and no response back I'm left stranded.. I have called, emailed, and texted without a response.

Highly recommend against hiring this company

Don't do it. This company mid-quotes, the workers are slow and they don't even move what you ask them too. Find a better company. We wish we had.

Moving Experts

They were quick and efficient. I called them on a short notice and was fast to reply. Jordan and his crew showed up and did a phenomenal job. I will call them first when I move again

Milestone relocation services.

Whatever you do - avoid this company. they are completely unreliable, unprofessional and incompetent. should you be tempted to use them, tie a millstone around your neck and jump into the ocean - you'll be much better off! they have absolutely no care or concern for their customers so they shouldn't have any! don't use them!!
