As a military soldiers we are always in need of good and reliable moving company to help accommodate our moves in/out of states. Los Angeles transfer and storage has fulfilled my military obligations due to a sudden military move. It was very comforting to have such a reliable and friendly company to help me and my family to move very quickly and efficiently. I wanted to thank the team for their hard work and their support for troops. Patriotism runs through the company and I was completely satisfy. Thank you so much and I am now very pleased to know that I can count on a moving company that can help me through my military career by moving me around. First, David Hirsh (the manager in Sun Valley) was phenomenal! He bent over backwards to help my wife and me. He worked hard to get us an EXCELLENT price on the move, then even assisted us with packing supplies and other things we would have had to spend extra on. He was kind and personable. In fact, after this experience my wife and I feel we can call David a friend.
Second, our belongings were handled with care and delivered on time. Everything was also unloaded with care and placed in our house wherever my wife or I asked them to be placed.
We HIGHLY recommend Los Angeles Transfer and Storage for storing or moving ANYTHING you need taken care of in a professional manner!

I always thought moving could be very difficult. I found out from my company that they needed to relocate me. I spoke with a few neighbors of mine and they had mentioned Los Angeles Transfer and Storage. I gave them a call and scheduled a free estimate. They came out and customized my entire moved. I just received my stuff in Georgia and very glad I chose this company. Everything happened just the way I accepted it to. Would be happy to recommend this company to friends.

My wife and I have moved 9 times over the years, always using professional moving companies.  We've always used the most common national moving companies and had good but typical experiences.  Everything about our experience from the estimate with David to the pickup and drop off with Juan and his crew was far better than any previous moving experience.
It started with David giving us a fair and reasonable estimate, not a low ball number to win the bid.  His number was not the lowest or the highest, but was the most accurate.  We've got plenty of moving experience so we think we know when an esimate for the amount of work / goods is reasonably accurate.  David nailed it.  That meant not only a fair price but the planned for the right number of guys to handle the work.
The day of the pick up not only was Juan and the crew on time, but a couple of his guys were actually early and waited.  Clearly they were ready to go.  They were experienced, knew what to do, were prepared, had more than adequate material, and had plenty of experience as working as a team.  They finished in less time than expected.
LA Transfer worked with us on the delivery date since our move was consuming one entire truck.  We needed time between pick up and delivery and they readily sorted that out with us.
Communication from David and Juan during the trransfer process was helpful to know all was proceeding as planned.  Delivery was spot on time.  The delivery to our new 6th floor apartment was a challenge for the guys but again they were prepared for the long hauls and the volume of work.  There was some initial challenge from our new building which meant the crew would have to haul 4 times further to get to elevators but Juan took it in stride.  Thankfully we were able to avoid this and correct the situation but I was impressed that Juan and the guys were ready regardless.  I've had movers in the past, big names, whine about moving a mattress up stairs so it was refreshing to have these guys - clearly very professional.
I can't say enough about Juan and crew.  These guys worked hard and nonstop.  Next move - LA Transfer again.  It's a no brainer.  Trust and professionalism are what its all about.  Cheers guys, and thank you.

My job has required me to move a lot. I have moved across the country once before and it's extremely stressful, more so than moving across town or a few states over, which I've also done. There's something disconcerting about watching your personal belongings get loaded onto a truck and hoping you receive it in the same shape you sent it.    When I met move coordinator David Hirsh, he was extremely professional and immediately put me at ease. As a single woman, it was very important to feel safe,  and not feel like you're being taken advantage of. (Sidenote: I had met with a well-known national moving company the day before, and not only was his estimate ridiculously high, but he felt it appropriate to discuss the inappropriate things he found at another woman's apartment. And believe me, I am no shrinking violet, but I was still stunned by his lack of professionalism. This was not the case with David or the men who moved my belongings!)   My estimate was beyond reasonable, especially for a "small" apartment move, which can be problematic for moving companies. David treated my move with the same respect as if I was a home owner with a family of four. On the day of the move, the men showed up on time and treated my belongings well. Everything was wrapped, better than what I would've done. I felt comfortable and at ease as they loaded up the truck. In 9 days (!!), my belongings arrived from Los Angeles to NYC -- this included the Thanksgiving holiday and a snowstorm that blanketed the country. They called me and they delivered my items to my apartment the following day. Again, the men were professional and unloaded everything, despite a three-story walk-up, with care.    I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. One thing that David told me early in our discussion stood out for me throughout the entire process. He said, "Sometimes, you can't prevent problems but it's how you deal with it that makes a difference." This is the key to quality customer service. I knew that no matter what happened, I would be able to reach him, discuss it and resolve it. Luckily, there were no problems. If I ever move again, I will be calling David.  .

Los Angeles Transfer and Storage did a great job on my move from California to New York. Jennifer gave me the right price and guaranteed my belongings when it was needed. She was available anytime I had any questions and followed up with me throughout my move. I had four estimates prior to booking these guys and all the other companies gave me ridiculous prices. The staff was very professional and fast pace. I was very satisfied with my move and want to thank you guys for the wonderful work.

I was very hesitant when the movers arrived because I heard a lot of horror stories from friends about the moving experience with other companies.  Although I felt a little confident because it was a referral from a friend, in the back of mind I was still worried.  They came in the morning exactly on time.  I spoke with them and expressed what I wanted moved and how and they were very responsive.  As they started loading I went to the room to box some personal things.  When I want back to the living room the couches, coffee tables, side table, entertainment center and TV were already professionally packaged and ready to load.  I was amazed how quickly and professional they were.  Moreover, they took apart my bed which was very complicated with lots of screws and bolts.  They worked very fast loading a huge truck full of boxes.  When we arrived at the destination they loaded everything quickly listening to where I wanted everything placed.   They also successfully assembled my complicated bed.  I was so pleased I can't explain   If you are moving I highly recommend them.  Do yourself a favor during the stressful time and onuh get the to do your moving. .
