These people are scammers. They quote a price - which is agreed to by contract - then the actual movers show up and demand much more money. My $2,000 move turned into $7,000. They didn't show up on the day scheduled. They threatened us. They also signed papers themselves which were supposed to be signed off by us. They broke furniture and did not reimburse us.

Read actual techies about this company and you'll find the same problems with everyone who hired them. They are nothing but scammers and need to be taken out of business.

I originally went online looking for a long distance moving company, I filled some form out and I instantly received about 10 movers calling me for my business. When Zack from long distance movers explained to me the whole process, I knew I had found the company I was going with. He was so clear on how every step was going to work. The day the movers showed up was exactly how he said it was going to be. My new furniture was delivered in 3 days to my new home. I was very impressed with the movers. They did such a great job.

Recently I plugged my name in online, I figured it would be simple. I was wrong almost 2 dozen companies called my phone! I was done with the whole "shopping for movers" thing, until a friendly bubbly representative named Mitch from Long Distance Movers called. I have no clue why I stayed on the phone because I had already gathered enough quotes to make a decision. I am glad I did! The whole process from beginning to end was an absolute breeze. I had one concern that was met at 9pm west coast time which was phenomenal. I would highly recommend LD Movers.

The representative who answered on the other end was helpful and gave me insight as to when the vehicles and the equipment were available. We arranged for a day that I would be available and they showed up ten minutes before the quoted time. It was a nice crew and they treated my things like theirs. These guys were brought to this world just to move people!

I’m usually that kind of person who doesn’t have enough time to waste. I’ve heard that Long Distance Movers are working very fast and the transportation takes just a few hours so I give it a try. The movers were very fast. The old house was empty in just a few minutes and the whole stuff was loaded and ready to go. Although they move fast they don’t even scratch your objects. It was my pleasure to work with them and to see how you can get a high-quality moving service. A+.

The attitude towards work of the crew I collaborated with was captivating. They worked hard all day long despite it being an uncharacteristically hot and humid day. Apart from the short breaks they took to recharge their energy, they used all the hours disassembling and packing my things without any complaints. I was amazed that they were able to finish all the work on the same day. Their care and diligence ensured the safety and wellness of all my things and everything was intact and in good shape by the conclusion of the process. These are brokers, not an actual moving company. Upon initial contact, the reps are very nice and attentive. They promptly answer your calls and your questions. Pickup is professionally handled but after that is when the problems begin. After your things are picked up, the behavior changes. It took 3 weeks for our delivery to arrive and a valuable item was broken. The moving process within itself is difficult enough without having to deal with uncaring individuals who treat you like a dollar sign rather than a person. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing process.
