The Jet Moving team responded quickly to my move quote request and provided great details about the process. The price quote they provided was reasonable and there were no surprises on move day.

They were very responsive and prompt. I was desperately in need of a last minute mover and I was able to make a reservation two days before. Not only are they very affordable compared to all of the other movers I talked to, they were very efficient with their time and moved my roommate and I from our old apartment to our new apartment (a 4th floor walkup) very easily. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff who kept a great attitude throughout the entire move, even when it started to rain! Highly recommend this service and really appreciate your team for your help!

I would suggest you check multiple websites for reviews before using this company. I was amazed at how this site showed perfect fives and yelp showed the opposite.

Of course now it is too late for us but maybe I can save someone else a lot of grief. To start they gave us a quote that reflected the small amount of goods that we had. For some reason it was based on cubic feet and not weight like other companies we have since reviewed. They waited until it was too late for us to get another company and then almost tripled their price. At that time the option was to find another company and redo all of the other arrangements we had made plus pay a penalty for not being out of our current home on time.

Then they did a very poor job of packing items in boxes and even worse putting them on the truck. Our damages were well over $500.

In addition they had contracted to put the furniture that was broken down back together at the new location but somehow they slipped out without doing that.Many items were damaged and they left a mess. At the time of delivery they acknowledged the damages and signed for them but then would do nothing about them. After filing several complaints they made an offer to return a small amount of money and then took it upon themselves to call Better Business Bureau and tell them that we had mistakenly filed a complaint about them and it listed the wrong company. At this point they called and made an offer to settle but refused to actually do anything until after we removed our complaints from the Internet. They wantedUs to lie to the Better Business Bureau and tell them the same thing that they had told them which was that we had mistakenly put their name on the report. Of course this was not true and at this point we were not willing to even say that they had taken care of the situation until we received a valid check from them.

We were extremely disappointed with this company and wondered if the views we read on this website were filed by actual customers or by themselves.

If you decide to use this company good luck. I for one cannot believe anything they say after getting what they called a binding estimate and having it be more than doubled at the last minute As we talked they kept changing their story and tried to blame everything on us. For instance one of the items described was a desk. We had called it a full size large desk and they had put it on the estimate as a student desk. When we first started talking they claimed that they could not even get all the things on the truck. The truth was that our neighbor agreed with us that the truck was only half full while jet was saying it was full and would not take responsibility for missing items because they claimed it had been locked at the time of pick up and not unlocked until it arrived at the new home. Of course the truth Was that it was far from full and when they had loaded it they said that they were in a hurry because they had another pick up to make. Apparently they didn’t get their story straight before speaking.

Theyhave not followed through on anything that they have promised. This review is not being put here as a way to force them into doing anything but rather as a way to help other people avoid disappointments from this company. Don’t believe this, check other sources so you get the truth.

I saw many good reviews and some bad reviews and I asked their sales Rep about the bad reviews. He told me apparently a customer did not wanna pay for their service and wanted to receive all their items for free and asked their friends and family to write bad things about them online. They still helped the customer. They told me that if I look at the date they are all done within 24 hrs. I ended up hiring them. I was glad that I did and I will hire them again if I ever move again.

For starters, one of the movers shows up and says he has the flu! What? We are in the middle on a pandemic, what kind of company sends out a sick individual to handle peoples HOME FURNITURE AND ITEMS? They broke a granite table, scratched and gouged EVERY corner and wall possible, they price gouged and didn't even bring all of our items inside . Im 5 ft tall and I was literally working with them lifting heavy items. Why did we pay over $1500 for this? Oh, and they take payment before they unload, which is total bs. Do NOT use them. My husband and I are now sick and on our way go get Covid tests.

Summary: Worst company I have dealt with, with lying and incompetent staff, and dishonest and shady practices. They took longer than two months to deliver our belongings; and they showed zero concern or remorse for the hardship they imposed on the customers when they cannot deliver as promised. They charged extra for special packing and handling, but they ended up breaking or not delivering those items. See specifics below.

1. Showed up 1 day late for pick up

2. Took 2 months and 3 days to deliver

3. Paid extra packing and special handling for special major items and these were all broken or missing when delivered

4. They pretty much never answered the phone and they never returned a call

5. A deceiving culture:

a) I was given excuses for pick-up delay including truck breaking down and getting a flat tire

b) I was given excuses for delivery delay including truck driver getting food poisoning and truck taken in for maintenance

c) I was told by customer service to expect delivery in in the next 2-3 days TWICE, and both times we waited and nothing happened

d) Told me there will be significant discount for delayed delivery. The fact is they pay $30 for each day delayed

e) Neglected to say "business" days when they provided any time estimates in number of days

6. Incompetent staff:

a) Customer service made zero effort to communicate with customer

a) Delivery driver showed up complaining about shoulder and back pain; asked me to sign inventory before unloading; asked me to call their office to confirm procedure and actually said that me making that call would make his job easier; moved slower than a turtle

Worst moving company I have ever worked with. Overcharged, and hired a random guy off Craigslist to help with the unload. Did not even get his last name let alone any kind of credentials. This guy ended up stealing not only the COD payment (after they demanded cash), but also several of my valuables. They refused to take responsibility for the theft by their employee and don't want to reimburse my stolen property. Filing a police report against them and likely lawsuit(s), as well. Shady business practices, unresponsive, won't make it right. Avoid at all costs!!!

Jet pick up my stuff at my house in San Digeo. Right off there is a up charge for heave idems, adding to an already stressful day. They load all our stuff all is good. Them it starts, the move is going to MI I do not hear from Jet for weeks so I start calling and can only leave messages, after 4 messages over more than a week they call me back.

I ask when is my stuff coming and I do not want to be paying for storage the 1st mo is free while they set up the move. I have rented a storage unit in MI awaiting Jet Moving to show up. She tells me she will call back she does not, I ask her I just need a 1 week window so I can make plans. In 2 weeks I start leaving messages again and sending EMAILS she calls, me after 4 days again I state I do not want to pay for storage and when is my stuff coming she says there is 3 other moves going to MI and she will call me back to let me know, She Does Not we are now at 7 weeks with no idea when my stuff is coming and I am paying for an empty storage unit in MI awaiting a phone call! I just need to know when are they arriving and why am I paying for an empty storage unit on my end will they give me a credit? I need them to Call me an commit to a date going on 2 month

The most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. Number of my personal belongings were stolen during the move and i have not heard a word about any compensation from this company. It took weeks before i even got some of my personal belongings. I have already sued them and have asked an attorney to take them to the court. I know a good number of other customers who have experienced the same low quality of service. They come up with all kind of lies to get more customers. Please don't fall into their trap.
