I spoke with amo about 9 mos before I actually moved, and he did a great job keeping in touch with me. After I had a move date, Josh stepped in to coordinate the details. Another good experience! They came when they said snd the guys who loaded up my stuff really knew what they were doing. They reinforced some boxes and took care in loading. On the Calif side the guys were professional and got the truck unloaded quickly. They were very good about putting things in the correct places. So far the only broken item was the Lis on a butter dish (I packed it). Ever that was marked ‘Fragile’ was treated kindly. My only complaint was the time it took to get my stuff here (a little over 7 weeks). Most of that time was spent waiting on other customers to fill the container. It was mostly a matter of luck.

I highly recommend this very professional organization.

Every employee was professional, helpful, and courteous. Door 2 door, on time, and no damages. Constant status updates on my shipment put me at ease. I will definitely use them again.

I was going through a really difficult move. I had only four days to get everything packed up and shipped. I called around to a couple of other movers, and all I got were excuses why they couldn’t accommodate my small shipment. These guys just told me, “that’s no problem.“ Everything they promised they delivered upon. And the drivers were very courteous and cheerful.

Hawaii Moving Pros did a good job with our move from California to the Big Island. The timing of pickup and delivery was just as we had requested, which was much appreciated. We packed our own boxes. The pickup crew disassembled and packed our big stuff. They were friendly, flexible, creative and thorough.

We should have used stronger cardboard boxes for the stuff we packed. Some of the boxes got a bit damaged in the move.

Consequently a few small fragile items we packed broke.

The larger items they packed arrived in good shape.

The delivery crew in Hawaii were very creative and patient getting our BIG couch through a difficult entry. There were NO inches to spare, yet no damage to couch or the doorway. Thanks! They reassembled the furniture. Only thing that irked me was They left behind some of the packing materials they had used on larger items.

Our family member passed away suddenly in September 2023. Our family was completely unprepared for the task of closing down his 33 year life in Honolulu. We packed his apt, boxed and stored items a few days. Thank goodness we found Hawaiian Moving Pros. They helped us sort out the challenges, picked up the boxes, labeled and loaded them. They told us it would be 3-4 weeks until our goods arrived in Phoenix. They arrived in that time frame without problems. The truck pulled up and was unloaded within 35-40 minutes. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

We used Hawaiian Moving Pros for our move from Maui to San Diego. It was our first big move and had no idea what to expect. Everyone I spoke with and emailed was extremely helpful and understanding. We even updated our item list multiple times and updated our end address. Pick up and delivery were efficient. The team was professional and did a great job handling our items with care. Nothing broke! We were extremely happy with our move and so glad we picked this company.

They were patient with all my changes to the inventory leading up to the move, communicative throughout the process with weekly phone calls to update us on when our things would arrive, and very professional. Our boxes did come looking pretty beat up but the only thing we found to be broken was a glass dish that admittedly could've been wrapped better. Buy some sturdy boxes, wrap glass things up in lots of paper and bubble wrap and I imagine your stuff will make it fine. Overall we had a good experience and if we move back to the mainland from Hawaii we would use them again.

Moved from Hawaii to Reno, NV....the crew in Hawaii was awesome! Quick, efficient and caring with my household goods. My items were properly inventoried and photographed. I felt comfortable with them handling my items.

Prior to the move, Mo & Nathan were extremely helpful! Everything was explained in detail.

The time it took for my items to go from Hawaii to NV was shorter than expected! I was almost not ready for everything when it arrived! lol! The delivery went smooth and quick. I am very pleased with Hawaiian Moving Pros. From start to finish they were professional, communicative, responsive, and transparent. We had already packed our boxes and the movers made quick work of getting our belongings in the truck. Their inventory and labeling process was efficient as well. When my belongings were ready to be delivered to my home in California everything arrived in good condition and the movers were very nice. They had me check off each item as the unloaded it and every thing was accounted for. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services.

Hawaiian Moving Pros did an excellent job throughout our move. We changed our minds about what we wanted to ship during the process. Another estimate with the accurate information was quickly provided. The mover that picked-up the load was positive and friendly the entire time. The company kept us updated throughout the process. Even understanding that we would not have a delivery address until after arriving in Hawaii. I provided the address after our arrival and our household items were delivered within the delivery time window. The movers were on time and none of our items were damaged.

I moved to Maui from Northern California and was really nervous about the moving process. Hawaiian Moving Pros made it pretty easy. Great pick up and delivery. I felt like the process was really easy. I would have hoped for some better communication before the pick up though. They called to talk about what I had and if I needed any help, but it was after all my stuff had already been picked up. All of my stuff arrived in good condition and the delivery staff was super great. I’d recommend Hawaiian moving Pros if you make move to the Island.

Our move from Hawaii to Las Vegas was awesome! Chris was on it from the beginning. Also, Richard was great as well both kept me posted from the beginning and also emailed me weekly updates. Sophia was great help with the billing part of our move. Initially we were told our goods would arrive in 4-6 weeks we got it in 3.

As for the delivery Manny and Miguel was fast and on time. Very professional.

I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs.

This move was huge for us! Downsized into a manageable move of our belongings. Then they movers came in, counted all boxes, packing all furniture and documenting everything. They were pleasant and efficient. We were sent notifications during the process letting us know where everything was in the moment. Once everything was on the Island they delivered everything in great condition and quickly. We appreciated the process and both moving teams. We would use them and recommend them again.

My girlfriend and I just moved from Baltimore to Oahu, and I would definitely recommend HMP to anyone considering the long distance move. Chris was super helpful with getting things arranged, and always responsive and helpful when I had a question. Same went for Joshua on the delivery end of things. The crews on pickup and delivery were quick, thorough, and professional. All of our stuff arrived in the planned timeframe, and nothing was damaged. Overall very positive experience for an excellent price.

Hawaiian Moving Pros made my move from Delaware to Hawai'i seamless and non-eventful. I was looking to get my belongings moved to Hawaii, during the search for a moving company they got my number. they were relentless in hounding me for the business, calling at 3:30AM at one point. they said they had containers waiting for my stuff and needed to rush to sign the contract. I told them I would have it on pallet's and they said great. once they had my stuff it changed. they said they were going to stack things on my pallets or charge another 100 cubic feet of space over the 200 I paid for. then take everything off pallets , I said no and they said no problem. got my stuff and it was off the pallets, then tried to force me to sign I received everything, if I didn't I could not sign a claim. and if I would have how do you go after something you said yes to. Several calls and getting shuffled dept to dept, supervisor not returning call. I get shifted back to another dept. no resolve.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR THINGS AND MONEY.
