      Deposit.

      If you give these people a deposit and things don't work out these people will fight tooth and nail to keep your money. The deal to sell my house fell through not once but twice. Just a few short hours (3 maybe) after signing with these people I tried calling them back at all of their numbers and suddenly the "call us anytime" people were nowhere to be found. Later found out that the head honcho is a former National Van Lines employ and the weasel words in the contract and their generally unhelpful behavior clearly show he was an apt pupil. (National Van Lines has 50 plus one star reviews on YELP) My experience has clearly proven that even when these people do absolutely nothing for you they will still take your money (for me nearly $600.00) and pretend they are in the right. Best advice, avoid these people like the plague.

      Run, Forest, Run!!

      This company is a complete scam. The employees are trained to be rude, talk over you, and provide the worst customer service ever. Oh, and steal your money. They BEG for cash!

      I tried for 2 days to get in touch with them to check on the day of my move after they failed to contact me like they said they would. They finally returned my phone call after I left a threatening VM of getting an attorney. This was a Saturday night.

      The truck driver who called me was equally as rude acting as if he was doing ME a favor to move my furniture.

      After speaking to a supervisor on Monday and going round about, I was assured that I would get my deposit back. That never happened so I called them about this issue. They acted as if no one ever told me this. They yell, they scream, they talk over you, and they are all trained like this and to be liars, big liars.

      Their inefficiency and unprofessionalism caused the sale of my father's house to be postponed a week and not knowing if I was going to make it to FL on time to give my 82 year old father his medications.

      I have never dealt with such immature and unprofessional kids. I hope you will run from this company. I am quite sure that any…

      This company saved my life when it came to my last minute move!!

      I had a situation come up where I had to be out of my apartment in VERY short notice and thankfully I called Ez Moving lines. I was nervous I was going to get hit with a rate through the roof to move my belongings on such a short time schedule, but the owner was very professional and gave me a good deal. My move from state to state went very smoothly and all my belongings got moved safely and quickly. So thankful!!

      Professional Moving Experience.

      This company is named appropriately. They made our move extremely comforting, accommodating, and stress-free. The movers who showed up did a phenomenal job of loading up their licensed vehicle with our furniture, boxes, antiques, and fragile items. They were able to take the time to answer any generic questions I may of had. I asked about questions pertaining to the "drop off." They promised to help us move our furniture into our new residence and maneuver it how we asked. It took less than 24 hours for them to successfully transport all our belongings to our new residence in Clearwater. The movers hustled our belongings into our new home.

      Furthermore, they were able to diligently examine each individual item that was wrapped to ensure it made its way safely inside the new house. They were efficient from the time they arrived, until they finished unloading the final item. I would strongly recommend looking into their moving services!

      Excellent company!

      Moving under any circumstances is never without stress. How ever the workers at EZ moving Van Lines INC. Made this the most easy and pleasant move as possible ! They went above and beyond our expectations. Everything went as smooth as silk! I've been very fortunate to have such great workers handle my family's relocation.

      No issues at all! I would highly recommend this company.

      Extremely Professional Experience.

      Ez Moving Van Lines was one of the more professional companies we've contracted for a move. Their movers weren't amateurish or careless in their approach. They moved our prized possessions with authority and discretion. Very disciplined from what I witnessed. Also, the movers were personable guys that really wanted to leave a good impression. They provided our family with a quality service that we won't forget! We will be calling them again for future moves.

      Moving from Indiana to Brooklyn, NY.

      They finally moved the stuff one and a half weeks after the promised date. The salesman was full of hot air and said he could do a lot of things he could not do and that was just the beginning. I was estimated $1382.12. I have paid a total of $2268.27. I understand an estimate is just that, but now I cannot get the paperwork to prove their charges. All in all, they take advantage of people who need to move and do not go over contracts or want to give you time to understand them. I know now, I am out all of this money, but my granddaughter is happy where she is, so I need to take that as the good side of the experience. She also had damage which I have reported, but have heard nothing. She also was given a box and umbrella that was not hers which I have told them and heard nothing. I believe it is the most unorganized company that demonstrates one department does not know or care what the other department is doing or saying. The bottom line of my review is I would not give their name to my enemy.

      Stay clear, first class crooks.

      I was quoted $5,400 a move of a 100 miles. EZ Moving contracted out to NationStar Movers and the did not wrap and of our furniture. My stuff was held hostage till I paid $12,000 for the move. There was so much damage to our goods it was unbelievable. Glassware was not wrapped and wood furniture was not wrapped. EZ Moving completely washes their hands to entire move once you sign the initial contract. They do not help with claims or assist in any fashion when you try to recoup claim money. Terrible customer service, they should not be allowed to be in business. They are as phony as this website that has everyone giving positive responses. CHECK OTHER websites for the truth. What a terrible nightmare, have to take both too small claims court, and reported both to BBB. I know I will never see a dime but have to try. Wish us luck!!

      My tv is broken.

      I just used this company for my small apartment move from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. Here's why you avoid these guys and please please hire someone else.1) These are brokers. This means they will hire a moving company of their choosing (aka could be anyone, even if they're terrible) to move all of your stuff. 2) You are not informed of the moving company they hire before your stuff is taken. 3) Basically, almost everything I was told by EZ moving van lines when I booked them was a lie. My stuff arrived almost a month after it was picked up (I was told it would be at most 10 days), and I was also forced to pay almost $500 extra to the actual moving company even though I had less stuff than was in my inventory. Worst of all, all of my stuff was clearly treated terribly during this move. My bookshelf was completely broken in half, a part of my couch was broken, and my nice TV that the movers actually packed themselves now has a lovely crack in it. I'm beyond upset and I've called EZ people twice in the past few days, with little response except sending me to a 3rd party claims site that will clearly take months for anything to resolve. If I had known that they were just going to…

My move.

This moving company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I moved from Texas to California and I'm on a very tight budget, just graduated college, and they are affordable and friendly, yet professional. I let them know that I was on a budget, and they did everything they could to make sure that the price I was quoted was the price I paid. When I moved to Florida for college, I had the absolute worst experience with my delivery. It took two months. So, I was nervous to move again. I spoke with a gentleman named Kevin and he explained everything so in depth. He stayed on the phone with me for over 3 hours explaining the process. He also gave me pointers for packing and getting things ready to go. I did a lot of research before setting it in stone.
They came and packed up everything quickly and professionally, I received all of my items right on schedule, and there were no damages. The movers could have had a little bit more customer service skills, but that neither here nor there.
I couldn't have asked for a better first time move experience. I definitely recommend this company to anyone planning a move.

EZ Moving not so easy.

Their quote was one thing, the movers charge was quite another. I was never contacted by them but once during the move. The mover arrived one day and a half late, late in the day. Nationwide was the mover. Their driver was rude and wouldn't weigh shipment. Their dispatcher was rude as well. Couldn't reach EZ Move until next day. I was told that I should have called them which I stated that I had. They keep putting me off as far as any type of settlement. The thing that really steams me is that McKenna at EZ Move said that Nationwide was not a good company to work with. Just a total bad experience. For anyone looking to move, go directly to a mover and leave the broker out of it.

Wow!

EZ Moving Van Lines recently reached out to me to follow up with my move after it was completed. I wanted to take a moment to share with everyone my experience with this company,

It started with the initial sales rep named bruce. He was so educated in the industry and gave me full preparation and disclosure of everything I needed to know and prepare for. We were working on the order for my move for about a month and he would always call to let me know when the rates were going up and down based off of the availability of the truck space. Needless to say I really appreciated this. He worked very hard to get me the best deal and bugged his manager every time we were on the phone for discounts. He was an amazing piece of my move so I wanted to thank you again, Bruce.

I was given a 2 day window for pick up with a preferred date of the 20th. They were able to work that our for me so that I didn’t have to miss a day of work. When the drivers arrived they were in clean uniform and very professional looking. The foreman walked through my home and wrote down each piece I was bringing and notated the condition of the items which I really appreciated as I was concerned with some of my things being damaged. After the walk through he said that he didn’t think I was going to take as much space as I reserved and that I would possibly owe nothing when my things were delivered.

The guys packed all of my stuff with care. They took their time, laid out their blankets and just did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with the precision of the foreman. When they began to load the things on the truck they would set some pieces aside to fit in later in the attempt of saving me as much space as possible. They were working hard so I ordered them some pizza and asked them to take a break for a while. I spoke with the foreman while we all ate and I must say what a lovely young man he is. He was so respectful and intelligent I was shocked, and I felt safe moving with them.

After they loaded everything they went straight to the closest weight station ( they even offered for me to follow them) but not long after the foreman texted me a picture of the weight tickets which (he was right) left my balance at -59.60 which meant I WOULD GET MONEY BACK!!

The guys would call me every day to update their location on the truck and narrowed down my delivery as the days went on to the date and time. When they arrived I was so pleased to see the same crew that loaded my items at delivery. I ordered them some m ore food and they got straight to work. Unloading and unwrapping all of my furniture took a while, and I want to add that these guys never once complained ( I have a lot of stairs). They put together my bed, my couch, my tables, and anything else that they disassembled. I was unpacking the boxes while they were unloading and found 1 broken glass. I literally couldn’t be more impressed considering how far they traveled. They packed everything so so so well that all of my glass (besides the cup) came back in one piece.

I want to commend ez moving van lines for their amazing employees and impeccable work. I will always use you in the future (hopefully I don’t have to move again though) and I will always recommend you to anyone who is looking for a mover. A special thanks to Bruce, Alexis, Juan, and Ricardo for a stress free move!

Scam!!

Used "Spirit Van Lines" also known as EZ Moving Van Lines and had the worst experience. Guy that picked up my furniture asked me for drugs, then dragged my stuff through the dirt and did not put padding on anything! My stuff arrived half broken or just missing. Paid double the estimate and now they are shut down..horrible! And I did not get any refund for the damages!

Stay away from this greedy and lying company!

The only great thing about this company was the movers who came to the house. The guys were absolutely great and worked very hard.

Other than that, I would never recommend this company to anyone. All they care about is to get your money and schedule you, and then they start calling you to ask you to change your moving date, moving times, etc. They gave us all kinds of lies -- from weather, to medical emergency with the drivers, to equipment braking down! The sales guy will bombard you with millions of texts and calls to get your business, and then it all goes down the hill when they schedule more than what they can handle. We wanted to move on a Friday, they were busy. We were pushed to Saturday, and when we finally agreed, the sales guy started calling us and asking us if we could do it on Sunday!! When we declined, the move that was supposed to start at 7AM on Saturday, started at 2:30 pm after numerous calls to the dispatcher asking where the movers were! When the movers arrived to the house, they were unaware where they had to move us!! They thought were moving locally!! This company is just one big JOKE and they are all about GREED! Please stay away from them.

Thieves.

I already had everything I storage, filled out an inventory, and went over it with Nate I the phone. They ended up charging me more than double that. I've been trying to schedule a delivery of my things for 2 weeks now. Can't get a hold of anyone. I paid them $3300 to steal everything in my house. I will be filling a police report!

Honest reliable fair price.

I had some big ticket items on my move- massive piano and a huge dresser that I was worried about bringing from NY to Florida. EZ moving didn't overcharge and made the experience as stress free as possible. Great group of guys with a can do attitude who treated my belongings as if they were their own.

Fraud.

Do not use this company. They are not a BBB accredited company and they have been shut down several times. This is not a moving company, this is a third party hiring other movers..they are a small office with no 24 hour service..and they are all liars. This is Russian owned and a rip off.
