BEAWARE!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 except I wanted to post! I experienced the worst bait and switch in my life! I was quoted $390, and it was $100 hourly for anything above the quote. The only extra service I agreed to was wrapping my couches for "around $40." The movers were great and handled my items with care, but in the end they handed me a bill for $1360!! They state, in their contract "Should There be any Other Services Requested,Additional Costs Will be Applied(Packing Services Or An Increase Of The Listed Inventory)." I NEVER REQUESTED additional boxes at $60 per box for my vacuumed sealed "STORAGE" bags" for my clothes, they just used them. I double bubbled wrapped and shrink wrapped my televisions per the manager, although he said just "wrapped." So definitely didn't agree to the $75 boxes for those. My quote had 40 pieces listed and when I finally got owner on the phone to complain about the price, I was told I had to pay more because I had more than my list, and that I filled the truck. I don't care if I filled your truck, because I only had the items I listed. The crazy part was things like my bed was listed as 1 King (with mattresses) on quote. At storage they were telling my that it's counted as 5! The mover actually said, "We don't know that you have a head board and foot board when quoting," (even though on quote it says (w/ mattresses). Of course I went over then, as you are counting pieces of what was broken down!! I can go on and on with the unprofessional service they provided when it came to charges and the unbelievable ability for the owner to be on the other end of the phone threatening to take my items to his storage if I didn't pay the price. He "waved" the packing fee for things like 18 rolls of tape they charged me for , EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THAT WAS FREE when he was on the phone quoting me. I still have no idea how he got to the price he did as I never saw the price list of itemized things that was flashed at me after they handed me the original bill. When talking with the owner and the workers trying to settle things, their stories kept changing about where the charges actually came from.
I was prepared for some sort of additional prices due to extra hourly rate, but triple the price was unbelievable!
I would NEVER recommend this company under any circumstances!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $920

Well I must say, I was stress out with moving out my apt. it was a rush kind of move. but when I called excel carriers, my stress was over, on my move day which was 2 days after I called them; Brian the foreman explained how it works on the billing part of my move, which was hourly and packing was additional scared me a bit but had to move, at the unload Brian the foreman ask for the payment on the bill, the price was 340.00 and at the end the price was ok 520.00 it all made since when I saw the receipt. All I can say is great job Brian, Juan, well I don't know the other workers name but great job guy. I tipped them 50.00 each for really saving my back and stress, and the funny part is I don't really tip.

I have a real contract and can prove I am a real customer. ANTHONY quoted me and gave me an agreed upon contract for $2,620 to be exact. (single fam home) Then before completing the job they demanded an additional $2,700. while my things were still in their possession. Stating they didn't think it would be this much work.(yet that's my fault and this is what they do for a living) also during set up their "guys" broke both of my beds. As soon as they left and I laid on the bed it broke. My bed now has to rest on bricks. The contract stated that they would also set up my trampoline. They never did. I had called them to come back and do so and they want to charge me for it.
In addition to this nightmare, one of the movers pulled me and my husband aside to tell us to only give the money to him because the foreman of the job is a JUNKIE ! WTFFF?
I felt highly unsafe and this is the worst move of my life.

Had a great moving experience with these guys. They were on time, showed up with a great attitude, and packed up all my things with care. I moved from Jersey to California and they quoted me a great price and more importantly, they stuck to the quote :) which is rare. Nothing broke either which I was honestly shocked about. I figured all my stuff, going so far, at least one thing would break..but no..everything showed up in the same condition it left, and again, on time. Would recommend these guys for anyone, really did a professional job!
