      Highly recommend, quick and easy.

      I definitely made the right choice when I chose the Excalibur Moving Group. Their process moving me from Mississippi to Florida was quick, painless, and stress free. It became clear to me that any other moving company just couldn’t be as good as this one.

      I especially enjoyed the customer service in this company. Everyone listened and accommodated to my specific instructions with things such as taking care of fragile boxes and where to place certain other ones.

      We were so pleased with this company that I know I would absolutely choose them when or if I decide to move again, although I’m very happy where I am now.

      Overall, the Excalibur Moving Group was 100% worth my time. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to get from state-to-state quickly and easily.

      Excalibur moving moved our furniture and personal belongs from our old 2,700 sq ft house to our new 4,000 sq ft house less than 2000 mile away.

      Initially, I had planned to only have my furniture moved and not lighter or personal items. I explained to Thomas (the owner) that our dining and living rooms were both heavy and fragile at the same time. Our white modern leather furniture are stark white and heavy as bricks. As heavy as the pieces were, they moved them as though on the tips of their fingers. They were washing their hands frequently throughout the move to ensure that no dirt would be engrained on the pieces as they were moved. I planned for the move to last between 14 hours and only for the main furniture to be moved. When I saw how well they were doing, we extended the whole day until late evening and practically moved the entire house. They did great and worked at the same pace in their last couple of hours as they did when they arrived. Another thing I noticed is that they don't get irritated by picky customers (like myself) following them around and stating remarks of caution.       I really don't like moving, and this happened quickly and easily due to Excalibur. Having to relocate unexpectedly due to a job transfer, and did not have time to do a lot of research. But Excalibur took care of everything and reassured me that my belongings were well taken care of all along the way. I had to fly to meet them a week later, which worried me but- everything went as I expected, and everything was loaded into my new condo and set up really quickly. Thank you! Will recommend.

      Very disappointed.

      As a 21 year veteran of the armed forces, I moved a lot. This was by far the worst I experienced. Because of an error by their dispatcher, they had to rebook my move at the last minute, causing me to pay a huge premium on the per hour cost of the truck and crew. On top of that, they selected a truck/crew from 6 hours away for my local move, which resulted in me paying $900 for travel time (even though it was Excalibur's fault). Finally, I was told that I would only pay for the packing materials I actually used. The driver insisted that I had to pay for all $1018 of packing materials that he brought, even though I'm sure I used less than $200 because I had packed almost everything before they arrived. In all, I paid at least $2500 more than I should have per Excalibur's contract and promises. Finally, once I paid my large deposit to guarantee my move date, I was woefully unsuccessful in getting anyone to return my call and discuss the issues I was experiencing.

      They are BAD.

      This company is the worse!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They never showed up to move our stuff . we moved a week later using another company. They cost us a ton of money and they won't return my $ 600+ deposit. They are thieves!! If you think you will get good service- YOU ARE WRONG!! The company has not ever reached out to me and when I call they put me on hold and disconnect. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges but after a while they said they cannot reverse the charges because the merchant will not release it and need to take it up with the merchant that does not want to talk to me since day 1!! Consider yourself luck if you read this and move on to the next moving company!!

      Horrible Experience.

      My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience with Excalibur moving group with our long distance move from Florida to Texas.

      1) The sales team misled us in saying that the SAME TRUCK would load up our things, go to Texas, and unload. The sales team said it would take 3-5 days, until we actually started the move and then they switched that number to 10 business days.

      2) The movers that picked up our things in Florida came ONE DAY LATE, and then FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the inventory sheet, claiming that we had to pay an extra $900 to cover what they said were additional items. We never signed off on this. Our original quote was by weight and this mover decided to switch this to cubic feet and charge us. He tells us this AFTER HE HAS LEFT our home, and says we will not get out possessions delivered unless we pay the additional amount to the unloading truck driver in Texas.

      3) When our possessions arrive in Texas (a full week after we had planned for it to arrive), it looks like all of our stuff had been sent through a trash compactor. They stack all of your boxes over 10 feet high, and pay no attention to boxes that say fragile on them. We have many items broken (chairs,…

      Moving into a new home can often be a stressful experience. I had to move out and in within a specific time frame and Excalibur Living Group ensured to make the experience as smooth as possible.

      The staff and crew were very responsive, their professionalism carried through their work and were very diligent during the moving stage. I was delighted the furniture was intact after moving. I highly recommend the Excalibur Moving Group as they met every one of my moving needs.

      Professional and Reliable.

      The first time I moved from one state to another, I just packed my car up and drove. More recently having to relocate wasn’t as easy, as I have accumulated so many things. I basically needed a whole house moved! I used Excalibur Moving Group as my moving service after hearing about it from a family member and doing some research online. I wanted to use a reliable company that wouldn’t cost me an arm and leg. I was very pleased with this moving service. All my belongings were kept intact and were right at my new location when I arrived. Their professionalism and great customer service made this relocation stress free for me and my family.

      Excalibur Moving Group.

      I have never used a transportation company before, so I had a lot of questions and skepticism over price and security of my belongings. After doing some research and reading positive reviews, I gave Excalibur a chance. I had a move nearly 1000 miles away- Their pricing was fair and delivered everything that was promised. My furniture was moved without any additional damage or dirt. Most importantly, they arrived ON TIME! I've heard too many horror stories of people waiting day's to weeks for their belongings to be transported.

      Also, their staff stayed hard-working from the first piece to last and treated my stuff like their own.

      Read your contract.

      Read the terms and conditions of your estimate/contract and see www.protectyourmove.com. Excalibur moving group hits all the red flags. Shame on us for not being diligent as it's all there in black and white. This company is a moving broker, they do not move your stuff directly, they subcontract it to someone else. They make no commitment to delivery date. Coverage for damage is minimal unless you pay for full replacement value. We requested our stuff be released from storage on May 4, 2018 and are still waiting on June 13, 2018. We have requested status updates when we can get a hold of them and have been told our stuff will be loaded for several weeks. Each week there has been a new excuse for why it was not loaded and each week there's no commitment to when we will see our stuff. Again, just read the terms and conditions and decide if you can accept the risk. We would never use this company again and we hope you will not have the same experience.

      Moved from Oregon to California.

      I have used moving companies & brokers many many times before. This broker is by far the worst. I have been trying for almost a year to get my goods back but no luck. I should have done my homework and read the reviews. They were quite nice before I sign the moving contract. Once my household goods were in their processions, they toyed with me. They waited until they had another delivery in California to combine mine with the order delivery. So that pushed my date out to six weeks later. I had to go buy & borrow household items. My husband and I had two suitcases of clothes each to live on. About a dozen boxes were crushed and all the boxes were soaking wet from sitting outside in the rain before they loaded them, my desk had cracks, , my $3k bike was missing, along with four boxes, two expensive floor lamps and a leather chair. My husband made calls and file reports before my bike was returned. And that took about five weeks. Customer Service was no help, refused to help as they say they are a broker only and not responsible for the moving company itself. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

This is a moving BROKER not a moving company. Do NOT hire them if you value your belongings, time, or money. Hiring this moving BROKER was one of the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR ENTIRE LIVES! Complete RIPOFF. Scroll to the bottom and read the 99 1 star reviews HIDDEN by them.

Excalibur Moving Group prostituted our move to the lowest bidder, in our unlucky case, the absolute worst company called HQ Movers. Excalibur changed subcontractors multiple times, calling us to say, "If xxxx calls you, tell them they aren't doing your move anymore." The subcontractors that Excalibur Moving Group chose showed up unprepared, with inadequate packing materials, and scratched, chipped, broke, and LOST our belongings, that they kept for FOUR WEEKS.

They didn't have enough packing boxes. We had a dozen IKEA toy storage boxes that are perfect for storing toys but not sturdy beyond that. They used our own storage bins AS MOVING BOXES, destroying them in the process. They wrapped them in moving tape, which took hours to unwrap while we were unpacking. They did not wrap our mattresses, and ripped the cover on our expensive Purple mattress, ripped our box springs, and got our son's mattress all dirty. They did not wrap our pictures frames or artwork, scratching and chipping many of our frames. They did NOT wrap two, expensive, large, oversized mirrors (despite lying to us that they would wrap them once they got more packing materials). They did not have any packing materials to wrap our television or lamps (on the inventory list) and we had to move the TV ourselves in our vehicle (with several other items they were unable to properly pack). They chipped our four poster bed frame, wrapped our belongings in our own nice towels, getting them dirty and covered in tape.

They showed up with some Budget truck they had rented, with someone else's belongings in it. At the end of the move, they said we had used DOUBLE the cubic feet, trying to increase us from 1600 cubic ft to 3200 cubic ft. We had just moved 10 months prior so we knew that was [EDIT]. The lead told us the Budget truck was 2000 cubic ft, that the other person's stuff took up around 400 ft, and we filled it up about twice, so we had 3200 cubic ft. We called Budget and they assured us they did not have a single truck in their fleet that was 2000 cubic feet, but rather 1698 cubic feet. So, the lead lowered the number to 2800 cubic feet, arguing that although Budget says their truck is only 1698 cubic feet, that DEFYING THE LAWS OF VOLUME, that he and his guys can fit more belongings into the space, because they are tetris ninjas. We ended up talking them down to 2500 cubic ft and they charged us an extra 2k, bringing the total to $9,500. When our delivery driver showed up he said we actually took up 2000 cubic feet, and that the move was so shoddy he did not want to be liable for damages.

The man hired to pack my kitchen was basically hired behind the local 7-Eleven. He rank of cigarette smoke and swore in front of our children while packing. He spent so much of the day taking breaks to smoke or eat pizza that he actually got fired at midday, but unfortunately not before he made a mess of my kitchen. He luckily wrapped about 75% of my everyday dishes, but the remainder he tossed in boxes without packing materials, including glass canning jars. He did not wrap my expensive Kitchen Aid, breaking the on switch. Heavy pots would be thrown in the same box as my Instant Pot or Kitchen Aid, none of which were wrapped. He tossed my expensive flatware in a large box, without wrapping it or banding it together, so of course it all fell out and mixed in a jumbled mess with cookbooks, scissors, and spices, bending and damaging my cookbooks, breaking my flatware bin, and scratching my wedding flatware. Pots were not wrapped, and in fact the subcontractor that Excalibur chose LOST four of my Calphalon skillets, my Calphalon wok, and 3 oversized and very nice Pottery Barn large serving bowls, in addition to smaller items and other small gadgets. These belongings were several hundred dollars. They lost a garage box with several expensive tools. Our belongings were stored in a storage unit with the subcontractor, which unfortunately increased their allowed transport time from 3 days to THIRTY days. They ended up keeping our belongings for four weeks, about 2.5 weeks longer than expected. A MOUSE got into our boxes and chewed up our children's cups. They lied to us dozens of times, telling us our truck was LOADED when it WASN'T. They flew a driver out to transport our truck and he forgot his drivers license and was incapable of renting a truck. We contacted Excalibur and they were polite but said it was out of their hands because it was "within the window".

My wedding dress was stuffed in the bottom of a box covered in children's toys. The only thing the subcontractor did okay was wrapping most furniture. They still ran out of materials for that and did not finish.

Do Not Use This Company.

This company regularly misrepresents itself as a mover when they are a broker, this means they sub contract out to random companies which impacts quality control. Most of my items arrived damaged, Many never arrived. They deliberately underbid then regularly hold you items hostage for double the fee agrred upon.
