DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

When I first booked I was given a reasonable quote and was assured over the phone that that was the quote. I also told Amy what my heaviest furniture was and I was also assured that they could provide wrapping to safely wrap my furniture. I had to contact Amy multiple times up until my move in order to get a proper contract written up as it was constantly missing the pickup/delivery date and time. The day of the move the mover was late and when he arrived it was a young gentlemen who was not experienced alongside a young female (she was also not a mover). The female was not able to help with any of the heavy furniture and the gentlemen also ended up scratching both my door and my furniture. I also had to help them move some of my furniture since I had a heavy pull out, that I had told Amy in advance about when I first booked. I also had a tv and bed that needed wrapping, but they came with no such thing. Thus my furniture was left bare with no security and I had to take items with me personally that I was scared would be damaged on the way. The day before the move I was not contacted with the final invoice, nor the time of the delivery. I had to reach out to Amy over text to get the delivery information. And I was told between 3-4pm. On the day of the delivery I was sent the final invoice and it was OVER DOUBLE of what I was quoted, I was also sent the quote at 6pm the day of delivery. The movers had also not shown up yet, despite it being hours after Amy had told me. The gentleman was also went to the completely wrong location, which was 50mins from where I’m located. When I tried to reason with Cassandra the accountant I was told there was nothing they could do and that I could wait to get my furniture Tuesday and figure it out with Amy then… my move in day was Saturday. They told me that they can’t change anything on the invoice and that I was to pay it or they weren’t going to deliver. I tried to get a hold of Amy afterwards for damaged items and heard nothing back. DO NOT TRUST AMY, she’ll seem all sweet and say whatever you want to hear and then as soon as their awful service is done you’ll never hear from her. If you care about quality care, honesty, integrity and transparency, this is NOT the company to provide.

Absolute magicians.

I asked for movers and they sent magicians. Two very professional men showed up and backed a 53' foot truck into my tiny side street on a 15deg incline with 6" of clearance, and then proceeded to load everything quickly and efficiently. No hidden costs, no damage, no problems. Fantastic price too!

- They worked smart and hard. Due to the incline, they got a little uhaul to help them get stuff to the truck, and then didn't charge us for it.

- They helped us load all the small items into wardrobe boxes, and wrapped it all up to protect it.

- Nothing was damaged, including my expensive desktop, monitors or TV. Seriously, not a scratch on anything.

- They unloaded in record time, using the uhaul shuttle again and again, didn't charge us for it.

- Amy took my relentless worried calls, and eased all my fears.

Everyone else charged twice as much, and they did an absolutely perfect job. Seriously, if you're looking for a moving company I can't recommend them enough. Value for money, there is zero competition.

Wouldn’t recommend

We recently used Essential Movers in November 2021. The prices were comparable to many companies. We chose them because they guaranteed our time frame and insurance coverage was very good.

Well…. It was the absolute worst experience we could have hoped for. They picked up our belongings on Nov 24th in Ontario as our closing date was Nov 29th in New Brunswick. We we’re told that they make 2 trips a month to the east coast and this was perfect for the Nov 27th truck so we decided that this worked for all party’s. When they picked up, there was 6 movers and let me tell you they were great. Our belongings did not arrive until Dec 6th 2021 a whole week later the promised with two movers to unload 30ft of a 53 foot trailer.

We found 3 items that were broken, not to bad considering how much stuff we had. My wife and I sent in photos of the damages and it took 7 weeks to get a response. What a let down, we were told our items are still usable so there would be no coverage. A ladder I just used prior to moving was broken, Amy Bennett said it was broken when they loaded it. I would not have taken A broken ladder across 2 provinces I would have scraped it. Secondly a book shelf was damaged at the top corner, But Amy Bennett said it was still usable. What makes me most upset is the wheels on my $1200 tool chest are bent up inside the base cabinet it bent the frame and now it doesn’t sit level and rolls away from the wall, not usable or the condition it was in prior to the move. Amy Bennett said it’s still usable so it’s not covered. PICTURES BELOW ARE THE PICTURES I SENT.we’ll it won’t let me upload the pictures!! SURPRISE!!!

Buyer beware… I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Long-distance move from London, ON to Halifax, NS

Yikes

Well, here's a company I will never use again.

It started with a very reasonable quote after a tour of my place via video chat. The pick up of my belongings was fast, movers were friendly, professional and efficient.

I was quoted 4000lbs because I don't have much stuff. The movers left without getting me any proof of what was loaded on the truck. Supposedly, as they add several loads in the truck, they use separators, which according to them, meant there was no need for a packing list or any kind of labelling at all.

For the final invoice, they sent me weight slips indicating the weight of the truck before and after they picked up my stuff. However, the weight slips claim that 62% of my possessions are on the steering axle of a tractor trailer truck… Simply impossible.

Total weight being charged, 7,120LBS (almost double what was quoted after a thorough tour of my place). Total weight on the steer axle is 4,460LBS. A professional trucker and a local professional mover both said it did not add up.

The guys arrived super fast. Moving from SW Ontario to Nova Scotia in under a week was impressive, but again... Issues. I could have ended up with an extra bed had I not been honest, and several pieces of patio furniture that weren't mine had to be returned to the truck. So much for separators making it safe for my things.... And others'.

My furniture was damaged and when I spoke to the movers, the driver said he was not even supposed to help, they were not provided with ramps or enough dollies. They unloaded by carrying most of my stuff off the truck... Awful work conditions. They were nice and did their best considering the lack of equipment, but stuff got scratched, broken and damaged.

Amy was very easy to talk to and transparent about what to expect. Professional from start to finish.

Cassandra, accountant, was not. She refused to weigh the truck again (before and after the drop off in NS) despite my offer to pay the fees for the inconvenience. Biggest red flag was avoiding my questions - about the fuel weight in the front of the truck, for example.

She was not interested in getting constructive feedback (clearly the separators are not working and there needs to be something more specific so people don't lose their stuff). She was deflecting by quoting conversations she was not part of out of context, to get out of explaining the discrepancies and maintaining the weight was accurate. Even the movers in NS agreed there was definitely not 7,000lbs of things after finishing the move.

TLDR: Inaccurate weighing, crappy communication, employees treated poorly. Stay away.

Official company response

Dear Emilie, when you emailed accounting asking about your weight she replied and answered all your questions. Please see the response sent to you below. From there, you begin to insult our services, badger the accountant about the same things already explained to you, threaten us with a bad review and slander our company. You were quoted between approximately 4,000-6,000 LBS even after your video call and your ACTUAL not QUOTED weight ended up being 7,120 LBS. You were only quoted for 4,000 LBS because you asked for a quote for that amount. You were aware that the scaling will determine your invoice. The quote is a guideline to show you the rates and charges and provide an estimate.

On top of everything you received excellent service from our pick up crew as you stated to Amy AND you got your cross-country delivery in less then a week to your new place. We are confident that there is no other company that is as efficient as ours and as good as our crews are.

We did our part and provided same-day scale tickets that line up with the timelines of your loading and offloading we even told you to call the scales to verify. You refused to listen and tried to make us look bad. Nothing was mentioned with regards to damages until this review... very convenient. Your belongings were not damaged and stayed on the same truck from start to finish. You weren't even there for your delivery so your "story" doesn't even add up and does not describe our delivery to your new place. You did your worst and wrote a bad review because you didn't want to pay your invoice. Our estimate was close, you asked for a 4,000 LBS quote because another company quoted you this amount. We did not agree with this quote. Your agent told you to be careful with estimates from other companies because they low-ball and she was right. You should have used their services in the end.

Take care,
Essential Movers

Here is the email sent to you:

Good morning Emilie,

I am happy to go over the details with you.

I have attached the scale tickets as proof of weight for you which include the weight, where the scaling was done and the date of scaling.

You can see that the truck was scaled (empty) in Ayr, ON. Our trucks are dispatched from our yard in Hamilton, ON. This is the closest government scaling station on the way to London, ON and your empty scale was done same day before your loading.

For your full scale (after loading) the guys weighed at a government scale in London, ON after your pick up. The full weight is also done same day as your move.

We have provided you with the most accurate same-day scale tickets possible. They are fresh and attached with your shipment. This verifies that this is your exact weight of your shipment. There were no other moves booked on your day and the truck and trailer numbers match on both as this is truck/trailer 1 for this east departure.

I understand that Amy went over a quote with you and we do our best to get as close as we can. At the end of the day the scale gives us the exact weight.

Based on her highest estimate of 6,000 LBS the difference in price is $504.00 for the 1,120 LBS of weight over your quote. Please note that your quotes also did not include the taxes which add to the total as well.

This is your confirmed weight for your move. The scale tickets are always included as proof of weight to avoid any discrepancies.

I hope that this information is helpful and that I was able to address your concerns.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you kindly,

Heather Gibbons

So many damaged items

Essential Movers transported all of our belongs from Ontario to Nova Scotia. It was supposed to arrive in one truck. They told us it wouldn’t fit so they charged us for both drop offs; They showed in UHAUL trucks The first truck arrived last Friday. Our furniture was completely scratched and damaged, we have broken pictures and so much other damage. When the truck was leaving, it backed up and smashed into our van. The driver accepted full responsibility as per an email I received from the company but neither the company nor the driver will respond to any of my messages. Now I have to file a police report because my insurance can’t do anything without their information. The second truck arrived just over an hour ago. They had to pick up broken glass they broke while removing our stuff from the truck- right in front of us!. The broken glass from some collectible sports memorabilia they dropped. My patio table glass was smashed. What adds insult to injury was that we paid them bring our property here and then to damage it! And they refuse to reply to my concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is what we know is damaged so far:

Coffee table

Pub table

Televisión

Patio table

Kitchen Aid mixing Bowl

Kenmore sewing machine- (my

Mom’s)smashed into a bunch of pieces

Broken photos/glass

Night stand

Small table

Broken glasses

-small wares

King size mattress

PLUS

Missing parts

-coffee maker

-soda stream

Stuff that doesn’t belong to us, we have a tote marked “Hadway” if you are missing some stuff for a kayak carrier and a soda stream!

And I haven’t even looked at everything, I’m hoping this missing items that I can think of turn up but the fact that we have belongings for someone else, I doubt it.

NOT TO MENTION THE VAN!

We paid them to ruin our property! That is what this amounts to! I have pictures of all the damages. I sent them an email asking for a response and NOTHING! We paid them to ruin our property! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid essential movers

Scammers. Especially Amy, She talks so nice and takes your deposit of $300 saying its refundable. I booked my long distance move 4 months ahead as Amy promised me the winter rate. I gave 1 month notice to set the move date. She said its all good and dispatcher will let us know exact date closer to move date. She emailed 1 week before and said she cant accomodate our move until 2 more weeks. We booked flights and hotels and gave notice to property management. Despite booking 4 months ahead, She made us cancel my move at the last minute. I asked her to give my deposit back as its not even our fault, she said she forwarded it to accounting department for refund, they will issue my deposit and so far no one contacted back. Now, she doesn't answer phone calls or doesn't reply for emails or texts. Absolute scammers, had to spend thousands more on move for trusting these useless movers. Please avoid them at all cost!!!!!

Incompetent service

I contacted Essential movers for last minute move and Amy was more than happy to help me. Emails back and forth,I got confirmation Sunday between 2-6pm. Sunday came, I was left puzzled they were not answering calls or emails after hours of waiting. I received a text at 5:30 the truck broke down and no one available to fix it. They will let me know if they can still make it that night , however . 8PM came, I was panicking but the guy reassured me they are available the following day between 11-1pm. I informed my flight was same day at 5pm and I could rebook it but said he will make it happen .

Next day , no response to text/call and I emailed Amy. 10:33am, she said they are sorry but cant help me move . I was freaking out and didn’t have decency to call me so I phone immediately . Amy apologies that these things happen but next availability was sept 5th (we were Aug 25). Why wasn’t I put on the next availability ? They knew I flew to Montreal specifically to get my item out of storage but left without their help . Amy is fake. Do not trust her. They are untrustworthy and I ended up having to change my flight and stay 5 extra days , which cost me 1500$, and to get the next moving company.

What moving companie promises to help you move but when you fail to offer the service , blamed me for being last minute . DO NOT TAKE ON CLIENTS AND PROMISE TO MOVE THEM ACTER YOU TOOK A DEPOSIT! If you couldn’t help me, don’t promise me and make me wait over both Sunday and Monday onlyto be left stranded .

Moving from Deseronto to Glen Walter

Day of move

Took 9hrs to load truck because they were understaffed finished at 10pm. Thankfully we didn’t have people waiting to move in, because we choose to move out the day before closing.

Day of move in

Arrived at 2pm with only 2 people to unload, family started to help move things in the house at 7:30pm, when half the truck was still left to be done.

With the help of 4 family members we were able to finish by 10pm, without our help they would have been there until at least 1am.

When it got dark they didn’t even have lights to see with - we ended up hooking up our own trouble lights to provide enough light to continue to work.

Broken desk, and damaged chairs

The workers are by no means responsible for this mess, it is all the fault of management. It is there responsibility to provide the appropriate staff and have the necessary tools for their staff to perform there duties.

The price to have my furniture broken and my family move our things

$7500

Please do not choose this company to help with your move, they talk a good pitch over the phone, but in no way do they deliver on there promises.

Family Move

We've moved three times in the last years and these movers is hands down the best moving company. One of my favorite things about them is that they were very easy to deal with. The whole process - from scheduling to signing the papers was done super efficiently. We booked everything on the same day, which saved us so much precious time! They treated our furniture as if it was their own - so much attention and care. Every piece was in perfect condition, nothing was even scratched. I really appreciate how they managed to take care of everything and really got us out of a tough situation.

THUMBS UP!

5 stars just isn’t enough for these guys! My mother passed away recently so this was a very difficult move to complete the crew was so patient and kind. They allowed me to take my time to process my emotions and gave me space when needed. Eventually I was able to pull myself back together packing and sorting out my mother’s belongings. Their kindness and patience on top of the hard work and dedication helped bring a smile to my face during this difficult time. Thank you so much Essential Movers

Love to hire them again

Timely, fast, efficient, and cost-effective, I had nothing but a pleasant experience with Essential Movers. Movers reached on time and loaded everything in less than 45 minutes. All the fragile packages were handled with care. The dining table, couch, and mattress frames were reassembled in less time. If I could give six stars to Essential Movers, I absolutely would! Moving is from always suck and moving by yourself can be a little challenging when living on your own with an infant in an unfamiliar city. Everything was organized and secured, even upon arrival. I couldn't believe it!!! I highly recommend them!

Pleasant and helpful

I promised Amy the best review ever if everything went well and here it is! Thank you to ES for a flawless move. Amazing people with even better services. Everyone we spoke with was so positive. Super informative as well. We had our kids in the house and the guys were so nice to them and one even showed my son how to use a dolly with boxes. It was very sweet. You pay for the service and for a good experience. I truly feel that they really went about and beyond to make us happy. Amy is a sweetheart. I loved dealing with her. She is very patient and I can only thank her so many times for putting up with all my questions. There is not much more to say. They are the real deal. Thank you everyone!

How refreshing to work with a company with some integrity. Not only have I used this company myself, but I have referred Essential Movers Moving to my friends, family and clients. Good service up until delivery

The team was very courteous and easy to work with. But when delivery happened, we found few items missing, glasses broken (All boxes were sealed with tape from u-haul, this box with broken glasses had the tape used by the mover's team), a box spring - queen size and a table top. Furnitures had some scratches and one was broken (cosmetic). So long as things are functional, they don't compensate for damages. And for broken glasses, they'll only cover if they have package it. I sent photos of all the items. When I tried to reach the contact person, after some initial acknowledgement, responses and promises that they'll look into the issues, the conversation died. They are no longer responding to my emails - so no update on status of lost items. Customer focus/service is clearly not their strength, esp after delivery.

Excellent Move and affordable

Move from Wasaga Beach, Ontario to London, Ontario:

We received exceptional service from Essential Movers throughout the entire process from first contact to the actual move in.

Our movers were great, they were very professional and polite. They were patient, thoughtful and honest. The reason we chose Essential Movers was after speaking with experienced move advisor Amy Bennett. Her professionalism and helpfulness in answering all my numerous questions and concerns was first-rate! She always returned my emails promptly, never losing patience even if I asked her the same questions sometimes more than once. Her estimated quote regarding furniture and box weight was completely accurate.

I highly recommend Essential Movers; you will be in excellent hands.

Moved from Ontario to Cape breton

Essential movers did a great job for us. We dealt with a horrible company last year that upsold and overcharged us with no weigh bill to warrant the cost. They actually charged us 20$ each to wrap items that you would expect movers to do within your quote. There was none of that with Essential movers. Quote was nearly bag on, weigh bill for before and after was emailed to us with the final bill. They were courteous and arrived and delivered when they said they would and everything was in the same shape it left in, and if things needed wrapping, they just did it for no extra charge. I dealt with Amy and she put up with all of my goofy questions and concerns I had because of the bad experience we had in the past. My stepfather is moving at the end of July and we are already planning for his move with Essential movers.

Move from Kingston to Petawawa

Tried to give them a zero. This was the most stressful and disappointing move we've ever experienced, and we've moved 6x with the military. 1st move as a civilian, and truly got screwed out of just over $6000.

Amy, at the beginning, was pleasant and reassuring, our furniture was going to be loaded by moving experts and stored in the same truck for a month, then moved to our new home. It started when the truck showed up in Kingston without enough movers, then strange men started showing up at our door saying they were answering the ad WE put on kijijiji for help. WHAT?! Men in sandals and socks? Not professional movers. but our son helped load the truck, not a professional mover!

Where was Amy then?

Then the truck showed up at our new home, and from the moment our last payment was made and the furniture started coming off the truck, the nightmare started again. The poor men that were there the had no straps, no dolly. They weren't even aware there was a piano on board (they charged an extra $200 for that though) until my husband told them. The driver, who was still sleeping, woke up just after those 2 men carried and bounced that piano down our stairs and put a dent in our wall at the bottom of the stairs (which 1 of the movers took a picture of). Our wooden bed rails were wrapped in dollar store brown tape, that ripped off the finish when removed. My grandmother's round oak dining table was wrapped in saranwrap, then theyproceded to ROLL it down the driveway!!! The bottom drawer of my husband's armoire was kicked in and wouldn't open. All the furniture was dirty, with a film of sawdust on it. There were no bags on the mattresses, the kingsize mattress looked like it was folded in half and where was Amy now?! Apparently on holiday weekend's you get Friday off early.

I called Amy everyday for 2 weeks, emailed her, sent pictures, no response. Finally, after "harassing" her, as she called it, she gave me an email address for claims (as its only email you can reach them by) I emailed them, cc'd her, attached pictures and asked for further instructions... no response. Sent another email asking for another number to talk to someone else about my concerns from our move, and I have, to date, been ignored, so I'm writing this

review.

This all started in July. Amy told me, she would block my number if I insisted on harassing her, I truly think that's what's happened. This was our stuff that we entrusted to you, and although some things couldn't have been replaced, I only wish she'd taken responsibility for her company's promise to me.

The driver and the movers were kind enough to express their concern and frustration and with my plight prior to leaving, and wished us well

Worst decision ever!!!!!!!

Never use these people!

I had a move scheduled, they call me morning day before, say if I didn’t let them come the day early at 7:00pm (midnight moving company perhaps)

That I could lose a spot on a truck all together!

So yes I got upset, yes I said w5 would get involved!

There answer, by witness

“I hate dealing with people like you

Come get your shit off our truck”

You never paid us.. however they won’t return my deposit either.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1840

Official company response

Christian Duquette, since you were so quick to review us, we will review you as a client as well. To say that you are extremely unreasonable would be an understatement. We would not recommend anyone working with you. But here is the full story as you have zero grounds to write us a bad review.

Dispatch called you to see if we could move up your pick-up date (one day before your scheduled move date) to ensure that you make it on this next departure. You said that you haven't started packing at all (despite moving in less than 24 hours) and the dispatcher told you that the movers will not be there until the evening and if you needed help, they would assist at no extra cost, because you were accommodating the earlier date. You also completely forgot your own moving date telling dispatch that it was for Tuesday even though you booked for Monday originally and have everything in writing. You agreed to this willingly and we sent our crew. When they arrived, you were completely packed up and you did not complain to them or say a word about picking you up less than 24 hours earlier. We were looking out for you to ensure that everything fits onto this truck and that you get the express delivery out east.

Come Monday, you email your agent saying that you are so disappointed and upset that we came a day earlier. Saying that it was pointless to book an exact date and so on. May we remind you that you had your own moving date wrong. Nonetheless, she apologized for the inconvenience and explained why (again)it was important to load a day early. You were still unsatisfied and threatened to go to the news and CBC due to, I guess coming early? We have this in writing. That’s a pretty big jump from being disappointed to straight up unreasonable. You agreed on your own, to move the day up, we did not force you to do so and you could have said no. This is when you called your agent and after speaking with the manager, she was advised that it was best not to continue working with you/your move do to your irrational and impulsive threats. We told you simply that we will not work with someone that threatens to slander our company and go to the news all because we came a day earlier to act in your best interest. Even writing this out sounds ridiculous and ludicrous.

We are not desperate for clients and we will not tolerate being threatened, especially without a valid reason. As it finally came out, the truth always does, your goal by threatening us was to get a discount. Instead of just bringing this up calmly and asking your agent if anything could be done you thought by "scaring" and threatening us you would get a flat rate. I hope that you learned your lesson and from here on out learn how to communicate properly and openly.

We absolutely told you that we will not continue working with an unreasonable individual as yourself, and told you to arrange another company or a truck to pick-up your belongings from our yard. We stand by this decision. We are not billing you (but by contract and agreement we have every right to do so) for picking up your belongings in Sturgeon Falls and bringing them down to Toronto. We should bill you for the fuel, labour and time but again, being completely reasonable we are not. This is more than fair considering we did our part and are at a loss now for wasted time, labour and fuel. Honestly, at this point we just don’t want your business. AND we even gave you time to get your stuff picked up when we are losing a truck while it sits there, and you still write a bad review. You were advised right away that your $200.00 deposit will not be refunded, and you are very lucky that we aren’t billing you for the loading portion. $200.00 is nothing comparing to what it cost us to pick-up your belongings.

Lying about what we said shows a lot about your character. It's easy to twist words when writing a bad review. Your agent said (verbatim) that we “will not deal with unreasonable person like you and that it's because of people like yourself that good companies get a bad reputation”. All our calls are recorded so you can say whatever you want but we have the proof. Instead of wasting time writing a bed review what you should be doing is arranging to get your belongings. You still haven’t told that when that will be.

We were so accommodating to your financial situation as well and even now we are still accommodating and you still write a bad review. Oh and we forgot that you threatened to call the police on us because we said that we don’t want to work with you. I think you are confused, we are not holding your stuff hostage or trying to get you to pay us, we just want your stuff off our property and to never have to deal with you again. We feel bad for the next company that takes you on. Thank you -Essential Movers

Local move within Woodbridge, ON

Woodbridge Local move. Best move ever...no stress this time!

This was the best move that I have ever done.

The crew was nice, responsive, and very hard workers. They cared to ensure no damage was done to our possessions and when moving back to the house to ensure there was no damage to the house like the door..etc.

For a person who has had nightmare moves in the past, Essential Movers was the best and you should feel confident that they will get the job done on time and correct.

I highly recommend them as they provide all the details to the move up front with no hidden costs and are a ligament company you can trust.

Thanks again Essential Movers for your Professionalism and top quality. I will definitely use them in the future if I need to move again. Well worth the value.

Long-distance move from Welland, ON to Bathurst, NB

Move from Ontario to New Brunswick

Horrible company. I think they hire their Packers from the local cesspool! It took 4 movers 11 hours to load a 53' truck but it was packed so inefficiently we had to leave 2 van loads of items items behind. They broke my piano, which I was charged extra for to move. It now sits in the garage, upside down because they broke the bottom. Jerry Lee Lewis couldn't play it now. They.broke 2 beds and several smaller items. Their insurance is garbage if you can even get an answer. Amy Bennett either puts you off just doesn't get back to you. I paid 22,000$ for them to move us!! $22,000 and 5 items were irreparable and not usable but I can't even get an insurance claim form from them.

Horrible horrible company. Do yourself a favour and use ANY other company. I wish we had.

Local move from Toronto, ON to Guelph, ON

Amazing Mover

We made a reservation with Victoria for our move on September 5th. We put down a small deposit of $200 to save the date. The day before our move Victoria emailed us with the timing. The movers showed up on time. They were prepared with blankets. Wrapped everything up quickly and packed up the truck. We had a motorcycle and they took extra care. We went for the same-day delivery option. It was a long day but it was worth it. We were moving with our elderly mom and it was imperative that she had her bed to sleep on that night. They came through for us. We didn’t have any issues with the billing/price. We paid in full and received our belongings in perfect condition. The guys were extra nice to my mom making sure that she was comfortable throughout. The little things matter as she was already stressed out. Thank you to Victoria, the movers and to Essential as a whole.

Well Done

We are so happy that we used this moving company. No damages, no hidden fees, no delays and most importantly no headaches! I felt like they made this easy for us and let’s face it what is easy about moving? Amy convinced me that I would be very happy in the end and that girl was right. I should mention that she was excellent. I found her to be very informative. We went with this company because of her. Boy are we glad we did. Its always a fear that you chose the wrong company. We are thankful that we didn’t make that mistake. We are recommending them to everyone we know that’s moving.
