Enterprise Moving

Please please do not use this company. We have moved to a new province with promise of our belongings arriving June 28. I have had to call them over and over daily as they recognize my number and send me to a full mail box. The drivers who picked up and delivered(finally) our belonging were curtious and professional BUT..the staff at Enterprise are the rudest lying people I have ever dealt with in my life. We were given definate date of arrival 4 more time...nothing..only after filing with BBB and telling them I was teporting our belongs stolen did it show up! DON'T GO NEAR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3600

If you want peace of mind and your goods delivered with no hassles, then this is definitely not the movers to use. Do not be deceived by their low rate, their service is poor, they make no apologies for that too. My goods were moved for over a month now, and I still have not received them at the destination.They keep postponing by a week everytime I call. I dont understand how they are still in business with their really bad service. I could have given a zero star if that option was available.

They are extremely shady they don't even use their real names or provide an address on their website ( https://enterprisemoving.ca/ ) or invoice! So just be aware of any moving company with the address 1670 Enterprise Rd, Mississauga. Lucas is the nicest guy when you call to get a quote (which is deliberately and inaccurately low to hook you, until they take your stuff and update with the "actual weight" to find your final price between X2 and X3 of their original quote), they never provide you with their certified/ "government-regulated scale" reading. A lot of items are broken and others are missing altogether (including big items).

When asking for an estimated time of arrival for my items, Lucas said "we are a consolidated shipping company and that's why we are affordable" so just sit tight and weight until we have a full truckload coming your way. Thinking about the ~ $3,600 I had to pay (compared to $1,350 initial quote) and the fact that they weren't cheaper, or more affordable, than others, I replied with "you are doing not charity work here" because even if this is a consolidated shipping company, they still cannot leave it open-ended. It is not the customer's problem if you don't have enough business, sometimes you have to take a loss in business. He then replied with "this is the stupidest comment I have heard in my life," "your comment was stupid and insulting and I had to put you in your place." lol

Just like others have said, they wouldn't answer your call, they would put you on hold until you hang up, block your number, send you to a full voicemail box and not respond to your emails. Just get someone else to call or email them, and you will see how those scammers will be thirsty to pick up and provide a quote for "new business."

You wouldn't believe what I had to do to have them ship my belongings to me in a timely manner! And to finally get them to answer the phone and tell them how horrible their service has been (not that it would make a difference, but sometimes you just have to tell someone "**** you") just set your e-transfer password as something other than what they ask you to provide so that they have to talk to you to get their money.

Do yourself a favor, and find others to move your items.

I had my stuff picked up from Manitoba (to Toronto) last June 22nd, exactly a month ago. Hoping that my stuff be delivered after 2 weeks as Lucas promised. July 8, I called the office, and was told to wait for another 2 weeks. Tuesday, July 20, I followed up and was told that container van just arrived so they need to sort out stuff and deliver by Thursday. Today (July 22nd), I phoned the office to ask of the time of delivery as promised. But now, this worker Mark,who is so unprofessional just informed me that my stuff are still in Manitoba. When I said that someone from their office told me that shipment just arrived Tuesday, “he was not the one I talked to, so I just accept this fact,” he said.(Arrogant!). The reason given now is lack of driver. (What???)

As of now, I’m not certain when my stuff be delivered after reading previous comments and how much should I pay for a 1 room apartment.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $750

Run, run as far as possible and dont except a quote, worst moving company in Canada, was told by Lucas, who has now disappeared completely, that my move will arrive between 16 to 18 July, never happened, then was told by the rude accountant it will be the following weekend, didnt happen, eventually got hold of Mark, who assured us it will be between 28 and 30 July, guess what?? Its not being delivered, now Mark is not taking my calls, Lucas is not taking my calls and the rude accountant just keeps yelling over me that its a delay and not their problem and that the driver will call me sometime next week, I am sure, my move will again not be delivered. I have paid them in full on 12 July already, so in all fairness, they have stolen my money and my move. This is a direct quote from Lucas "And deliver them 16th-18th (no Guarantee, this is transportation , anything can happen on the road, unless there is nothing extra ordinary ,there is no delays )"

Today I was told that other people had bigger moves than anticipated, therefor my move was not send, a week ago I was told its because its SUMMER that my move is delayed.

Please, for the love of God, do not waste your time or money not worth it!!!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1654

The guy from sales will smooth talk before getting your stuffs but once they get them, it becomes a nightmare. Moved from Manitoba to Ontario which took them one month and a half to finish the delivery. I asked whether I should wrap the furnitures but they said that they will do it and take good care. Now I have multiple scratches and broken drawers! The worst part of the experience is they make fun of your accent when we call for the status and reschedule every other week for delivery. Price is cheaper but the service and the anxiety over your stuffs are not worth it!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1700

This mover is the poorest one in every aspect. I request please do not hire this mover otherwise you will suffer miserably. The one named Lucas said they deliver in a week. I asked him I need my items in Edmonton by August 15 and when you will pick them from Winnipeg. He said we will pick on August 10 and they picked. I rented the apartment accordingly and moved to Edmonton with my family by car. On August 16, I called them that I didn't received my items. They said earliest they can deliver is on September 02. Just imagine now I had to live without any household items and with two little kids. When I hired them I wrote everything clearly in each email regarding delivery date. Now I knew only I can do is wait. They never bothered to reply my emails afterwards. On September 02, I did not get the delivery. Then they gave me a new date September 07. Even on September 07, I didn't get my items. They gave new date September 10. I didn't get my items. They gave another date September 12. On September 11, I got the call and lady asked me to pay as invoice was sent through email. I sent the money on September 11 but did not received my items on September 12. They gave me another date September 15. I didn't get my items. Finally, I got my household items in evening of September 17, 2021. The delivery that I was supposed to get on August 15, 2021, I got it on September 17, 2021. Guys, imagine how much my family suffered and the additional money I spent in this period without any household item. I know they will reply this review by saying we are consolidator movers. As a customer what I have to do with it when I cleared everything about delivery date in email and on phone they agreed to it. "SO PLEASE AVOID THIS MOVER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ANOTHER VICTIM".

I would give 0 stars if I could. We moved from Ontario to Alberta in July / August with them and it was a nightmare. Wait time way longer than expected and they changed the delivery date several times on us. We ended up living in an empty apartment with a toddler for weeks and had to buy things to be able to get through the time until delivery as our whole life was packed. They never informed us about the change of delivery, it was always us who called them the day prior, only to learn that it would be another week. No compensation and what was worse than the lack of communication was their customer service. I have never dealt with "professionals" this rude. Do not hire!

I called . No answer. My stuff was picked up Oct 8th. It is almost one month now and I am yet to receive a co firmed date of delivery after I was told 10-14 days by the driver. When I first initially contacted Lucas, I was told one week. All my necessary items are packed in and we are stuck waiting for an answer or a confirmation.

I am going to be reporting my items as stolen to the police, as you cannot tell me where they are, I am going to be taking legal action to retrieve any loss sustained and I will be reporting you to the BBB in every province or country in which you operate.

Speaking to Lucas on the phone is a waste of time. His conversations are like talking with a toddler, he says "ok" ...."ok"... he says no matter what you say response is "ok". He doesn't answer questions, he doesn't apologize. He is beyond unprofessional. He is uncouth, churlish, uncivil, impolite, discourteous, disrespectful, unmannerly, bad-mannered, ill-mannered, ill-bred, indecorous, ungallant, ungentlemanly, vulgar, crass, indelicate, offensive., unapologetic,lacks empathy, disgusting in attitude and a complete stranger to the truth.

Moving across country and for almost a month, no furniture.

I have no idea how you are still in business.

If you hear the name enterprise movers or the name LUCAS run in the opp direction. They don't expect you be a repeat customer so they don't care. Here the sequence of events.

The dreadful day:

The truck was supposed to arrive at 9:00 am, but did not show up.

9:30 AM: When I called, Lucas, he said in frustrating manner "I DONT KNOW. WHY ARE ASKING ME. HOW WILL I KNOW. THE DRIVER WILL CALL YOU". 10:30 AM: I called back their. Another guy answered (Mike??) and said they already left and must be stuck in traffic. They will show up anytime.

11:00 AM: I called the office again. This time a female answered and said the same thing. She finally reached out to the truck driver and gave me his number to contact. I was on my from this point of time.

11:30 AM: I called the truck driver and he finally answered. He said it will take another couple of hours because the company asked him to do another move in the morning. He said he only does what he is being told to do. Not his problem.

11:45 AM: Got hold of LUCAS and asked how can he do another move when I booked for 9:00 AM. LUCAS responded "S*ht happens man. Moves are not easy and straight forward".

I was totally stranded. I booked the elevator from 1 to 4 and the driver says he can't make it before 2:30 PM.

Meanwhile, I was left at the mercy of this company. If you argue, they will say they will cancel your move unless you apologize for "their mistake". They know you are stranded and will not be able to arrange another mover in a short span.

I had to apologize and also had to beg to the condo Management to allow me more time for the elevator.

If you still want to go ahead after reading this, then you surely deserve it. Good luck with your move!!!

I am absolutely disdusted with this company.

I have emailed and phined Lucas about my delivery for March 2nd.

He knows nothing they never showed up no one called me. I gotbthe news that thebtruck never made it. Why did nonone tell me this in advance. Mt stuff is still in Ontario. Takes 30hes to drve it to Saskatoon. One would think to tell the customer.

Also i paid gor handling of my quad . No ramps were supplied when my quad was picked up.

Do not use this company. They have no clue what they are doing..

I texted Lucas and phined 2 times. Still no answer from him. What kind of supervisror does this. Now i have to take another day off work. Fucking bullshit.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3200

I would give a 0-star rating, but I can’t. Ended up getting charged 3x what was quoted. They also mislead with the storage as they charge from when they pick up but you have no access to your belongings until it arrives (took 5 weeks) and they billed us for the extra time although they took that long to arrive. Super unprofessional with my wife when she asked about what was going on and the storage of our things. When we finally received our things the boxes were upside-down smashed in and also covered in sludge. The bottom line is they don’t care, so DON’T EVER use this company.

Secured a date for pick up and paid my deposit well over a month before moving date. 5 days prior to moving at 7pm, the company called saying the could pick up the stuff tomorrow or the couldn't pick it up all. This was 4 days early and we were not prepared to move that early. 5 days before moving we had to find a different company. Called Lucas for an explanation and he dodged my calls and would not talk with me. The only positive was after a few calls/emails I was able to get my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is the cheapest option for a reason. Find a reliable company for the get go and save yourself the headache.

Don’t consider them for moving to new place.

They picked up my belongings on 27- Apr and agreed to deliver on 06- May( Lucas the Manger).

But I call them they delayed a week and then I called a week later they said shipment will be one more delay,Still I am not sure this will final one or not.

Poor customer service,the guy (Lucas) who gave me the first date is not taking up my calls and I wrote six emails and no one respond me back either.

Every time new person pick up my call and tells me your shipment is delayed a week and company cannot do nothing about that.

“Thank you very much having business with us”.

Moved from Kingston to Calgary. Pickup went alright on 19-Apr. Expected delivery was on May 1st. Today is May 16th and I still don't have it delivered.

No updates, except if you call it yourself in a very lucky day. I usually call 4-5 times to get someone. Leaving messages is a waste of time. No one returns.

Delivery dates were pushed back from May 1st to 12th, to 15th, then 16th, now they say it will be here tomorrow. Who knows... Already 27 days and counting....

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000

I had my move booked with this company and less than 48 hours to my move date they emailed me at 8:13 PM to say they couldn't do my move because their truck was broken...if they were a real company then they would have more then 1 truck or have rented a truck instead of cancelling my move and leaving a customer stuck with less than48 hours to figure out how they are going to move all their stuff. I emailed them that I was dissatisfied and they didn't even respond or care or do anything about it.

I would give this company 0 stars and highly recommend you pick a different company. Titan movers ended up fitting us in even though they were fully booked and they were fantastic!!! blessing in disguise that this crappy company didn't do my move.

These guys charge by the pound but don’t provide proof of weight from weigh stations. $45 boxes and $25 bags they force on you so be prepared. Communication was very poor. My stuff did not fit in one truck so they picked up the 2nd load over a month later and delivered 2 weeks after scheduled date. Plus you pay way before delivery. If you are tempted, keep it very simple and be well prepared. They will not accept items in bags other than your mattresses and couches which are mandatory. Buy your own supplies or pay 4x to the movers (cash). These guys are crooks and deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Karma please…

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $17000

1 star as at least my stuff which was picked in June from Toronto was delivered in August to my Vancouver address.

And …after all the unprofessional behaviour that we have to tolerate from these horrible people.

I hired them to move my stuff , they promised 3 weeks and safe transportation. What I got was …June to August and they just broke my 2000 dollars sofa and 1 table.

Insult on the injury was threat that I got from, their Vancouver dispatcher as he said things might get even worse for me after weeks of wait if I dare to file a complaint.

Most horrible business I ever dealt with in my life..

One day I got call from them that the stuff will be delivered very next day and that was followed by surprise that our stuff is still in Ontario warehouse even and they will deliver later. You can imagine how unorganized this organization is!

The whole deal was a series of lies and betrayal. Their business license should be canceled!

I am just finished with a move, using Enterprise Moving services.

A great experience, all around. Scheduling the move with Nick was a breeze. All the necessary information was promptly provided via text, including detailed pricing. The movers did an excellent job. They were on time in the morning, they worked skillfully and fast. Moving, indeed, is a skilled trade. Many may think that mover is a mover, is a mover. But, Enterprise Moving showed me today that a move can be done truly professionally. As a result, I, as a client, didn’t encounter any stress over it. Based on this experience I strongly recommend Enterprise Moving.

We have now used Enterprise Moving on two occasions and both times the service has been remarkable. Their movers (we had different guys each time) were efficient and so careful with our furnishings. We would be happy to use them again. Our things were respected and we received the best in customer service. I don’t think we would ever even consider another moving company at this point. They are honest, caring, and so respectful.

The absolutely awesome moving company, and a perfect experience in moving our office to a new location.

The office staff was professional and courteous. They emailed a confirmation and made sure they had all of the necessary information. The movers arrived at the designated location EXACTLY on time, which put them ahead of the game from the start. They loaded things up quickly and efficiently and did the same thing at the back end.

A+, will definitely recommend and look forward to using again.
