Great movers

From initial contact, to completed move, best movers ever. I changed the appointment several times, they were courteous and accommodating. Movers were punctual, careful, courteous, and fast. They are careful to protect new carpeting and flooring, and moved a huge refrigerator without issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a moving service.

Long-distance move from Ontario to New Brunswick

Worst company ever

Our items were delivered and our 50 inch tv and work station desk was broken. Upon reaching out to them we were told that the tv was not weighed even though they ship per weight which means that everything was weighed before shipping. They then told us that we are not getting anything back even though the items shouod have been insured. And now they are not returning or answering our calls. This is worst service I have ever received.

Flawless move

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. This was the first time I splurged and went with the moving company. Let me tell you, 100% the best decision! I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire crew. At the end of the move, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they got everything done. They blew my estimate out of the water (in the very best way)! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that's moving!

Great customer service!

We were recently involved in an unusual moving situation. The staff at Enterprise Moving handled the situation with professionalism, respect and understanding. They went out of their way to assure that we received excellent service. And when there was a communication failure that impacted our scheduled move, the team went above and beyond to see that the move was not significantly delayed. The service was also affordable and our belongings were delivered without any damage. I would definitely recommend!

A+ experience!

The team of two arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and very efficient, appreciating that I was being charged by the time they spent moving my furniture. They had the tools and other supplies they needed to move my belongings safely and without damaging them or my home. I've used this company in the past with success and will continue to hire them and refer them to my friends and family. It is great to work with a business who values customer service. Thanks!

Local move from Hamilton, ON to Ottawa, ON

Poor service! Wouldn't really recommend.

Lost one of my items and didn't do anything about it when I called twice to inquire about getting it back. Damaged another item and didn't say anything about it to me. Didn't keep their masks on while inside the house. Made me sign the papers saying they'd delivered everything in good condition before even having finished unloading all of my items. Charged me a $100 packing fee without mentioning it in the quote (even after having seen photos of the exact items they'd be moving in the exact condition they'd be in). Overall not a great experience, I would not recommend.

Professionals

These guys took a big weight off my shoulders last minute

I already hired movers and on the morning of the move they said their truck broke down and they cancelled the move

I was so stress until I called these guys

They sent 2 trucks within 2 hours and they were super friendly and professional items arrived from New York next day

Not even scratch

I highly highly recommend them

International move from Toronto, ON to , VA

Didn’t show up

I scheduled movers with Lucas for May 8th. In the agreement it said I would get a confirmation call the day before, no call came but I had been clear about my elevator booking being 11am so I assumed that was the time the movers would should up.

11 passes, 12 passes and 1 passes by the time I realize there are no movers coming as I have not received a call from anyone. The office is closed Saturday but there was no way for me to contact the movers or the company about this situation.

Lucas called with no apology but tried to get me to reschedule, unfortunately I could not as I was moving cross country and had my flight later that day.

I would not recommend this company because of how unreliable they are. Thankfully I got my deposit refunded but if youre reading all those 5 star reviews thinking hmm, maybe they are good. Think again. I made the mistake of believing these fake 5 star reviews!! Learn from my mistake.

Lucas apologized and offered to reschedule your delivery but unfortunately it did not match with your plans. We have refunded your deposit but we still feel sorry not to be able to serve you. Long-distance move from Ontario to Alberta

Do not ever use!

I warn anyone moving across country to please use any other company than Enterprise Moving. My items were picked up May 7th and were expected to arrive by truck on May 16th. Not only were my items not delivered on this date when I called and spoke to a manager I was told they didn't know where my items were and that I would get a call a day before the arrival. My items were picked up on a moving truck and then placed on a train without my consent. I have no idea when I will have a bed, couch or any of my personal belongings and the manager did nothing to sympathize with me instead called me a Karen and told me it's normal to sleep on the floor when you move across country. I spoke with Steven, the manager, he is an awful man and I hope anyone who reads this choses another company.

We are very sorry about your disappointment in our service but as we have stated in the confirmation email the delivery date would be around May 17th. Your estimated delivery date is May 22th. As we have mentioned during the booking, the pick-up date and delivery time interval is 2-3 weeks. Since your pick-up date is May 7th your delivery will be exactly in 2 weeks. This time period is even better than a reasonable time period for a long distance move. Also, moving companies use various methods to transfer goods without any consent. If the trucks are not enough to accomplish the deliveries, other ways may be used. As we have stated before, we are a consolidated moving company.
Please be advised that customer satisfaction is our priority so we apologies for your dissatisfaction and we assure to try our best to change this during your delivery.
