Very Pleased with Enterprise Moving.

Had such an incredible experience with Enterprise! They provided boxes for me to pack my items and helped me pack so many things that I hadn’t gotten to by the day of the move. They wrapped my furniture SO carefully—everything arrived to my destination without any scratches or damage. The movers were also incredibly friendly and just pleasant to work with. Well Done!

All in all, very satisfied with the service. From the booking process to the last delivery, excellent service.

The charges were very reasonable compare to other movers. When the two men arrived at my apartment for moving, they were very polite and professional. I have nothing but praise for this company, and highly recommends Enterprise Moving for anyone who needs their service.

DO NOT HIRE

The company is a total scam (criminals in my opinion). They broke and lost stuff in transit, and refused to compensate for those.

The delayed the delivery at their own convenience, without even bothering to tell me.

The staff is extremely rude and mostly uneducated. In fact, I am almost certain that most of the payments are illegal ways of making money.

I highly recommend them

I hired Enterprise Moving to move my household goods to storage. Everything went perfectly. Great communication with accurate estimate. Movers arrived on time. The movers listened to my needs for the move and then worked quickly and professionally. Unload at storage facility went just as smoothly. Highly recommended!

Excellent work. Showed up on time, worked fast and efficient, took great care of all our belongings. They were incredible cautious with our belongings in wrapping all the wood furniture and were puzzle masters at making it all fit into the storage unit. Highly recommended. Moving service

The office staff is always friendly and responsive, they also call before and then after to follow up with the move and how things went. Professional movers.

We moved from Markham to Hamilton and they did it seamlessly on a very short notice. They are very good, helpful and reasonable. We did not have to worry about anything else. Wonderful experience!

Worst service company

Worst service you can ask for.

Liars, aggressive, rude. Ready to fight and put your phone down. No such thing as communication after they take your stuff. They will keep it hostage and jee it on the truck before you pay them such that you can’t see the damages they have done.

Don’t take their word on anything (protection of your furniture, insurance coverage etc.) it’s all BS.

Moving experience

Firstly, the team involved with scheduling my move was incredibly responsive and helpful. The movers themselves showed up a few minutes early and immediately got to work. They were both very respectful and mindful when moving the bigger items. Not only did they work quickly, but they followed directions as well. I was working while they were unloading the truck so I appreciated that they were quiet as well and did not bang things around. They actually finished up earlier than anticipated and checked if I needed help with anything additional before they left. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them again for our next move.

Excellent!

We recently used Enterprise Moving for our retail store move. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We moved many heavy pieces of high end custom cabinetry, store furnishings and all our inventory. They were scheduled to send 4 men and one large truck, 2 trucks showed up with 5 men. They started early, finished by mid afternoon and the final price was just slightly higher than original estimate. Everything arrived in its new location in perfect condition and the movers placed everything as directed. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Enterprise Moving! Their communication and attention to detail is top notch. They moved me from a one bedroom apartment to another in Ottawa and it could not have gone any smoother. They’re extremely hard working and efficient!
