Review of Shipment Experience with EnterpriseMoving.ca (Invoice: EM113

I am writing to provide a review of my recent experience with the shipment of materials from Saskatoon to Brampton using your services from Enterprisemoving.ca (+16472677223) . My intention is to share my honest feedback regarding the process and the challenges I encountered.

Initially, I was approached by EnterpriseMoving.ca with a quote that appeared to offer competitive prices in the market. However, the experience that followed was far from satisfactory. I must express my disappointment with the quality of service provided by this company.

One of the major issues I encountered was the conduct of your drivers and staff. I found them to be unprofessional, rude, and ill-behaved. I experienced instances where they would threaten not to proceed with the shipment abruptly and without valid reasons. This behavior is highly concerning and does not align with the level of professionalism one would expect from a service provider.

Furthermore, there were discrepancies between the commitments made by this organization over the phone and the actual service delivered. Specifically, I was assured that there would be no additional charges for disassembling household items such as cots and tables. However, when I received the invoice, I was surprised to find these charges included. Upon questioning, representatives seemed dismissive and suggested that I should have been more cautious before signing the contract. This lack of transparency is disappointing and goes against the trust a customer places in this company.

During the packing process, I encountered further inconsistency. Your packing staff directed me to inquire about disassembly charges with the office, which contradicted the initial commitment. Moreover, there were instances where the staff threatened to leave the packed luggage at my door and return later if I persisted with my inquiries. This kind of behavior is entirely unprofessional and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging process.

In addition, I found the lack of a defined pick-up schedule to be a significant inconvenience. Initially they mentioned 1 day notice would be provided before they pick-up the items, but they called me 2 hr before picking up the items. Staff indicated that they operate on a flexible timeframe, picking up items when they are available. This lack of clear communication and adherence to schedules made the process even more frustrating and unpredictable.

As a result of my experience, I would like to provide an honest review to those considering using EnterpriseMoving.ca's services. I would strongly advise against it. There are numerous other reputable and professional shipping companies available that offer value for money and a significantly better customer experience. Please try Canada post and they are reliable in what they commit.

I believe that open feedback can lead to positive change and enhance customer satisfaction.

Great experience!

I had a great experience with my move! I called to ask about pricing and was able to schedule my move for the next day. The guys were on time and professional and got the job done quickly. They worked hard and were super helpful and patient in helping me arrange the furniture and get everything where I wanted it. Excellent experience!

It was an excellent experience from the scheduling to the loading of our storage unit. The movers were punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. All of our belongings were given the utmost care, and they graciously helped load a bedroom suite that was being donated. Professional movers

What a great experience!

They were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Communicated with me the entire time leading up to the appointment by email and/or phone, including the night before the move to confirm and a call to let me know the exact time they were showing up on moving day. The movers were prompt and very kind. They wrapped all my furniture to make sure it was protected and went above and beyond to disassemble some items that I couldn't get unassembled by myself. They were fast and very efficient. Super friendly and willing to do anything needed to accommodate my moving needs. Excellent experience. The crew were all hardworking, professional, and friendly. They called to let me know when they would arrive, and came when they said they would. They partly disassembled a couple of recliners to fit the truck better, and reassembled them at the delivery. They wrapped and padded the items that needed protection. The two movers were very professional, quick and polite. They called the morning of the move to let me know when they would be arriving and were right on time. All my furniture was wrapped very well (I had some glass pieces that they were careful with) and they disassembled and reassembled everything for me. They were also efficient with bringing everything to my new place, which included climbing 2 flights of stairs with some very heavy furniture to get to my bedroom.
