I am posting this as an advisory to other potential clients. While the price and stated service may sound appealing, they will charge you for every miscellaneous item you pack, no matter how small. They are not conscientious of the customer’s time, nor do they demonstrate care when dealing with items. I highly encourage all people considering moving in the NYC area to find another mover.

The guys really impressed me. To make sure my move went smoothly, they truly went above and beyond. They wrapped my artwork and helped me pack delicate items. While loading the truck, one of the movers kindly picked up my garden tools, which I had forgotten to pack. The move was much less stressful because I felt like they were taking care of everything.

Starting with our sales rep, James, and the movers, Cristino and Justo, everything could not have been smoother. Would give 6 stars if I could. Had a flight to catch later in the day and requested as early time as possible and the movers were there 20 minutes early and had everything done well before I needed to head to the airport. Had used Dumbo before and will use again
