I am very satisfied with how the team handled my kitchen appliances. My microwave and toaster oven were loose, and I didn't have the original boxes for them. They lifted the appliances from the bottom to keep the internal parts stable during the ride. While unpacking, I checked the glass doors on the microwave and found no cracks at all.
