Can't say enough great things. Diego and Richard were very accommodating with scheduling my move as I kept having delays with my new house being built in GA. Mike, Tre, and Justin were our movers and they were awesome. Mike kept in touch with me during the entire move and was very nice and professional. They all were very gentle with our belongings and worked with us to put boxes where we wanted. They were all very nice and accomodating. I would highly recommend this company to do your next move.

Vincent, Dave and Corey were awesome! I've never had to coordinate a move of this size and they made it so easy..great customer service, hardworking guys. They were all professional, handled my stuff with care and moved my stuff much faster than I thought. Don't me get started on how well they wrapped up my stuff! I was very impressed. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, Direct Relocation Services by far has the best customer service all around and would get my business again.

Had a problem with damaged items. Insurance claim was long and tedious, it's a stupid system that needs to be revamped but I think the DOT might run the process. Didn't like the outcome. Reached out to Andrew the supervisor and he quickly made up for the damages and was very pleasant to speak with. I would have scored higher if there weren't any damages in the first place.

It's been over a year since Andrew said he would make it right for me. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. My first estimate was: $3186; then $4469; then $5410. Yes, every time I turned around the price went up. I took my first review off when Andrew asked me to. I figured I was showing good faith. I am now sorry I did that. It would have saved other this experience. The movers said they would take my stuff away if I did not give them $200. I was supposed to get delivery Tuesday, but was called to be home Thursday. I did not get delivery until Sunday! The movers were rude and did not fully unpacked all items. Several things were damaged. I got an estimate for repairs BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I had to write down weights, send photos of the damaged items. I did this twice. NOTHING WAS DONE! Andrew says he never got my letters. My last letter was sent certified mail. A sewing machine and bookcase were lost. When the movers left, they left a mess and drove over my UPS box completely destroying it. When I called and reported this, Maria asked me why I didn't run down the street after the truck. As far as I am concerned, the online ad for these movers is a complete pack of lies. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and perhaps even go to court. Stay clear of this outfit.

DO NOT use this company. They are unprofessional, shady, and dishonest. We were quoted over $8000 to pack and move us from Tampa to Alabama. I felt pressured by the salesman to make a deposit of $3145. The fine print on their quote states if you decide not to use their services then deposits will be refunded! They took my $3000 on April 24th, it is now May 13th and still do not have it back!

April 23rd: received estimate of over $8000 from salesman, Richard. Felt pressured to pay the $3145 deposit. Richard collects deposit via debit card. That evening we (my husband and I) decided not to use a moving company and move ourselves.

April 24th: Call our salesman, Richard and ask for a refund on deposit as we will not be needing their services. He says money will be back in our account in 5 to 7 business days.

May 5th: Money has not hit our account. I called and spoke with the owner, Andrew. He politely admitted he made a mistake on his end and forgot to set up the money to be refunded. He apologized and explained he wasn't trying to keep our money and that it would be in our account with in 5 -7 days. At this point I'm a littlefrustrated but still understanding.

May 13: Our $3000 is not back in our account. We really need those funds to move so I'm beyond frustrated by this point. I called & spoke with Diego and told him that I want to know why, after over 3 weeks, 14 business days that my $3000 has not made it back into our account. I told him we will be contacting an attorney and reporting them to the BBB if they don't refund us by tomorrow. He "accidentally" hangs up on me and I call back when he then places me on hold. After a while, I finally speak with the owner, Andrew to ask why I haven't been refunded. This time, he is not remorseful or understanding. He asked what good an attorney would do in this situation. I told him that there is no excuse for a company to hold someone's $3000 for 3 weeks. He said there are plenty of excuses because we're in a pandemic. I asked how that affected processing a refund. He made up a bunch of excuses and had zero remorse or clear explanation. I told him if that's the case then

He shouldn't have promised 5 to 7 business days or minimally should have communicated with me that it would take longer. He then coldly notified me that he sent a transaction receipt to my email for the refund. After that, he hung up. The transaction receipt was dated as being processed on May 13 and the money showed up to my account on May 15th. The point of this review is to warn others. DO NOT give this company your business unless you want to deal with unprofessional, shady, and dishonest people. I would NEVER trust these people with your things.

Overall I had a good experience with services provided. They were able to schedule in short notice and provide an accurate quote. The gentlemen that picked up my things were very courteous, professional, and efficient. They also made sure to exercise safety wearing masks and gloves. It did take the maximum 14 days for my things to arrive, and the gentlemen delivering did not arrive when they said they would and it was quite late. There was also confusion on charges for the long carry but andrew kindly followed up with me and took note of these concerns, as well as refunding the $75 fee. I appreciate the follow up and DRS definitely made my move much less stressful. Thank you!
