First, they told our client that he was going to receive his stuff 2 weeks after the down payment was made. These two weeks have passed, and it’s been a month already and he still haven't received his stuff. His family and him are sleeping on the floor because of this situation. They have changed his delivery date all the time. We try to contact the Customer Service Supervisor/ Dispatcher Specialist Supervisor (Maria Gonzalez) but she never answers the phone calls. We email her in regards of this issue and her response was" I will contact the driver and as soon as I received an information, I will provided it to the client. " Hello, it’s been a month that you guys should of deliver the stuff. She also told me, " Please have in mind that setbacks do occur and will notify you of any changes regarding delivery. There'll be additional charges in case our movers have a long-distance carry, use of an elevator, waiting time or overnight waiting. " What about the month we have waited for the delivery, are you guys going to do a discount for us? Don't think so. Really bad customer service. The representative that was in charge of the move ( Jorde Hosang ) never new any update about the move. He gives you attitude when you try to make a complain about the situation. Like very disappointed. I advise you to never use this company in state or out of state. They really don't care about their clients.

Save your time, money, aggravation and health! The staff in the Sunrise, Florida office ( Jorde, Andrew & Maria), might seem to be ok to work with in the beginning of your move--but BUYER BEWARE!!! The original cost of your move will continuously go up--and that's if your shipment is ever delivered! They stole all my possessions, never delivered anything and left me with nothing to my name.

I'm in the middle of a lawsuit with them. I had to hire a law firm to find out what they did with all of my valuable belongings. I cannot even move into my new home because they robbed me of everything I own! And, to boot, I had to be rushed to the hospital because I was traumatized by them so bad my heart stopped. Find another moving company that Allied represents.

This company moved my furniture from Greenville SC to Wellington FL! They promised the world and delivery my worst nightmare ?! The crew that delivered my furniture was rude and not helpful! My TV for my living room was stolen! The customer service didn't give a crap! The guy said he wasn't putting up my bed which was promised from the big they failed to put the middle pieces to anchor the bed and destroyed my set ! Several missing pieces and also fragile labels boxes ?had broken dishes! Their claims department is a scam! The tried to offer me 48 for my missing / stolen& damaged items equaling $8000

March 2023 - Secured company for storage and relocation to another state. My items were packed by me. I took pictures of every box packed and stored with the facility for accurate accounting of items. My items were delivered on May 14,2023. This was my first time utilizing a moving company. Shane was amazing with taking the time to explain everything and answer all questions I had.

May 14, 2023 My items arrived. I counted the boxes and realized two were missing. They contained household items knife ware, glassware set, draw organizer for utensils, and a variety of other kitchen and household items. They were medium-large boxes. Same day I notified Shane the POC I was working with. He provided education and next steps first I was told it could be handled in house then I was told that I would have to complete a claim then call them back after so there could be something as compensation.

I began unboxing everything a few days after. Took note of various damaged items.

1. A large clear container with lid that was wrapped with moving plastic containing about 25 pairs of shoes. All the shoes sustained damage. About 10 had the worst damage. Mildew, dirt, and completely destroyed. View pictures for reference. My assumption poor climate control and someone mishandled my items. I only submitted the 10 with worse damage as I was able to salvage the rest.

2. 60 inch TV still in til he original box. Water damage and would not turn on.

3. Blender system with water damage and would not turn on.

I called again and was furious. Explained what I found. And after looking up claims and reports about DirectRelocation I knew I would not be offered much and asked how much I was considering. At this point I did quick calculation the TV to replace would be close to $2000 and the shoes and lost boxes I wounded another $1000. Knowing I probably wouldn’t get even close to that I was comfortable suggestion $1500.

July 2023 Per instructions provided. I completed the claim then called Direct Relocation to follow up about what was discussed, an in house review of my claim and additional compensation. I was to be contacted by Taylor for assistance and to begin the process.

August 23, 3023 I called as no one had called me to date. I was transferred multiple time to finally reach a person that later claimed to be the “manager”. I stated my reason for calling. I was told the reason no one has reached out to me is because the “claim was complete. Nothing else will be done”. I’m confused and ask for clarification as that’s not the instructions provided by Shane, Maria and a manager( name I was not provided) when I was initially told to complete the claim. Up to this point I have attempted to remain calm each time I have reached out to this company. I was told during this conversation with the “manager” the reason my items were damaged was because I packed liquids in with my items. First, pointing out the obvious it states not to do so. Two, how does a bin with no damages wrapped in shipping wrapping experience water damage and mold if it sealed. Three, how does a TV in original boxing experience water damage. It would take a lot of water to accomplish that. (Please view pictures of container and items). The manager was not empathetic, professional, and apparently no integrity. This is not an honest company and if you utilize their service expect the worst.

I have received poor customer service for the exception of Shane. There were delays when shipping my items and when I called to inquire Maria took the stance as if I was the issue for inquiring about my items. There is a lack of communication with customers and between the individuals from department to department. The claim only offered $69 for covered loss of boxes and damaged items. The kicker, the “manager” responded to my anger and frustration with “you are thinking in a different stratosphere, world, realm if you even expected $1500. The only thing I would do is give you $70”. I have learned my lesson.

I repeat do NOT utilize this company.
