Excellent Moving Company

I used this company twice to move out of my apartment I to storage and then out of storage into my house. The movers were professional took their time to wrap everything and handle my furniture with care. They worked hard and completed my service in 3 hours and with a reasonable price. Mark was always quick to respond when I had questions and he was easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend this company!

Smooth Movers!

Great movers, I'd recommend them to anyone! They arrived on time and moved quickly through the whole process. From loading to unloading, they were quick and handled everything with care. They wrapped and protected whatever I hadn't gotten to as well as being mindful enough to lay down blankets to protect the entrances and flooring. They were also as friendly as they were professional. Smooth process from beginning to end.

Great moving services.

We highly recommend Diamond Relocation! From start to finish our movers worked hard and handled our antique, large and heavy pieces with care. They were organized in packing and unpacking and wanted to make sure they placed everything right where we wanted it. Long-distance move from Alberta to Ontario

Delays and so much more...

Do not hire this company! Very poor customer service. I hired Diamond Relocation to move my daughter's belongings from her one bedroom apartment in Alberta to Ontario. Mark Russo operation and sales manager (Edmonton) estimated delivery to be between 7-10 days, at a cost of 750 plus taxes. Delivery date was well over one month... from pickup on December 30th, to delivery on February 6th, and the cost was 900 dollars... 150 above quote (which I felt no choice but to pay as the company had her belongings in their possession) AND even more absurd is the driver requested my daughter meet him at the TransCanada Hwy to pick up her belongings! First delivery was scheduled for Jan 14-17th, rescheduled to Jan 20-21st, then again rescheduled to Feb 5-6th. Never once did the company call to advise of delay of delivery. When my daughter did not receive a call or expected delivery from the company she contacted them for explanation. At that point they would inform her of the delay. Finally, on Feb 5th, she received a call from the mover. He requested she meet him at the TransCanada Hwy, 58km from her address, to pick up her belongings. The road leading into town is a paved highway, and it was clear of snow, therefore no reason not to be able to drive into town. The next day, the driver agreed to deliver to her residence after she insisted he fulfil the terms of the contract. When I emailed Diamond Relocations to report this and explain my dissatisfaction, their response was 'We are a budget company. Sorry for the inconvenience. We cannot reimburse your 150 dollars that was over your initial quote,' Basically you pay for what you get. My advice is do not hire Diamond Relocation. You might get charged more than quoted, you cannot count on estimated date of delivery, and you may be asked to pick up your belongings on the TransCanada Highway!

Flawless move!

Great organization!! From beginning to end my entire move was flawless. The estimate process, scheduling and the follow-on move day went better than expected. The move team was at my place ready to go. They moved everything out in short order and we were on our way. Then at my new place they brought everything up and placed it exactly where I needed. We were done under the estimated time and they were on there way. If and when I move again they will be my first choice. I also recommended them to all my family and friends. If you need to make a move these guys are your best choice!

They did a fantastic job moving our entire house quite quickly. They were friendly, professional, and quite thorough. They wrapped up all of our furniture, padded the doorways, and even placed our larger furniture right where we wanted it. All of the wrapping and padding for our furniture was included. The whole experience was fantastic! The company is transparent, honest, and very good at what they do. It was easy to schedule the appointment and get a quote. Fabulous Movers

Diamond Relocation team was extremely helpful and responsive. From our first phone call to the day of the move, they assisted at every stage. Our experience with Diamond Relocation was excellent. Pricing was fair, staff was courteous and professional and they were extremely helpful leading up to the move. On the day of our move, the team showed up as expected, took a walk through the home to get our instructions and worked quickly and efficiently from there on out and handled our belongings with care. The movers were great to work with and did a fantastic job getting everything done for us and actually completed the move just under the low end of time on the estimate. Highly recommend this moving company.

Movers were organized and handled things effectively. They were careful while moving large furnitures and had everything needed for wrapping and protection. You could tell they were professional by seeing the equipment they had for moving. While arrived at the new place, they listened to your instructions by putting stuff wherever you needed. We were so worried about the queen size bed frame since it is so heavy with six drawers. But the team handled it really well. Overall, great experience and effective communications. Highly recommend!

Worst experience

I made really big mistake by choosing diamond relocation etobicoke for moving actually the management is poor specially mark who is the manager of this company.when you will reach this company for quote , he responds so politely and once you give them deposit he don’t care about your call ? or stuff .they will not answer your call .really worst experience . Moreover they will charge you according to their wish because they don’t weigh your stuff in front of you.

Excellent service!

Excellent service starting with my contact with Mark who knows his business and walked me through the whole booking process and the price was fair. Had the crew here today, they were professional, neat and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Everything was wrapped, taped and boxed, nothing was missed. They did a complete inventory numbering and indexing every piece of furniture, box, mirrors and misc. items. Truck was loaded and then off to the storage unit where it was repeated. I'll be storing our household at their facility until we need it delivered. If you need a moving company I'd highly recommend them.
