I moved from Winnipeg to Toronto. Booking process was great, that's where the good stopped. Day of the pickup, no one showed, called and was told they made a mistake and someone would come next day. Truck and guys arrived 4 hours later. Took over a month for some belongings to arrive in Toronto. Was sent a bill for over double what was quoted, paid it and now it's now been another month and lots of missing items with no communication from the company. In the process of filing a police report charging Diamond Relocation with theft.

I am very disappointed. My things were picked up in mid July and I was quoted 10 to 14 days on when I could expect my delivery drop off. It has now been 5 weeks with no updates from the company. I have called weekly for updates to inquire, and each week I was informed that I could expect my delivery within the next several days. It has never arrived. Most recently, I was told that I could expect my things by September. That will be over 6 weeks, with no efforts to expedite the process and no transparency or attempts to rectify the ongoing issues. The issue is still unresolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was moving a 2 bedroom apartment from ON to NS and was quoted $1250 for 2000 lbs. The movers came to pick up my stuff on July 23rd and was supposed to arrive in NS on July 27th. However, I was sent an invoice on July 26th with an adjusted invoice that was double my original quote because they were trying to say my things ended up weighing 6400 lbs which was impossible. The on top of that they kept delaying the arrival each week and I did not end up receiving my things until Aug 16th. I do not recommend booking this company but if you are already stuck with them you can ask for a re-weigh where you witness the truck being weighed with your things on the truck and then again with your things off the truck. They will then adjust your invoice and process a refund. You willl need to pay a $300 deposit first but I ended up saving $1200 by doing this. Do not e-transfer them any money until they arrive with your things! I had a bank draft prepared to hand the driver when he showed up. It is a process but this way you know you are being charged correctly, do not let this company lie to you and charge you an absurd amount. A 3 week delay and a ridiculous upcharge is a horrible way to run a business. PODS and UHaul will be more expensive but at least you can guarantee on time arrival of your things and transparent pricing.

1 star is too many for this terrible company. Do everything you can to avoid them. Do not be fooled by the 'good reviews' you see, as they pop up right after a bunch of terrible reviews have been written by actual customers. We were charged triple what we were quoted and we still have not received our things (it has been over 4 weeks at this point). Every time we call, they push the date back. I am not sure if we will ever get our things. If you are in the Halifax area and waiting to get your things, please email me at al792826@dal.ca and maybe we can get the police involved as a group (they are telling me my things are stuck in the back of a shipping container behind multiple other people's belongings). This company is the worst company I have ever experienced and I cannot believe they are still in business.

This was the worst company I ever delt with. First, the sales person Mark started off with a great interest in helping and moving my stuff, we set up a date for the drop off and all. Then, on the day before this guy named Brian, the operational manager, calls me saying that the date has changed. This guys was so rude, gave me no flexibility, didn’t care about the stress that he had caused me and told me I had no other choice but to take the delivery the same day he called at night. I messaged the first guy Mark, instantly Brian calls me back saying I’m only allowed to deal with him from now on. Finally comes the delivery date, as noted before they have to assemble your stuff together which is part of the contract, the movers little told me they were going to get their tool box downstairs and never came back. They left without notice, left my couch outside on the halway. Not to commend on the ‘surprise’ fees they charged us. I Nélia lê company, DO NOT USE THEM!

I had my son moved from Alberta to Ontario. They picked up the furniture on time and wrapped (at an additional cost) some furniture they felt we should have pre-wrapped i.e. coffee tables. The furniture took 34 days to get here after many calls and not the 7-10 days promised. The furniture was not packed into the truck neatly and when we unloaded, the pieces they wrapped were broken. I sent an email and pics right away and have yet to hear. They also were very sketchy about the weight of my furniture. The truck already had furniture in it when they picked up so we didn't get an accurate weight of our furniture. They do not return calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Do not use this company. Mark is great but that is where it ends. My furniture was not delivered as promised it was two weeks before I got it and my outdoor table and chairs were missing. Driver said they didn't have room so left them behind and they would be on the next truck, that was July 13th, and they are still not delivered.

My containers were smashed / damaged and most of them were open. Stuff I had in one container had been moved to another container. Where were my belongings held all that time? Anyone could have gone through it while it was there.

I WANT MY OUTDOOR FURNITURE DELIVERED OR REPLACED!

This is the worst moving company i've ever dealt with. They don't even deserve a single star in the rating.

I'll start from the beginning. When i called the company for the first time to book my stuff from winnipeg, the response was so positive and quick. Salesman mark booked the pickup date within 2 hours after calling again and again. That was the only time the company called me. Pickup was booked on 26th june from winnipeg, MB and Mark promised me that he will deliver everything in 8-10 days to Hamilton, ON so we packed almost everything including clothes keeping in mind that we will get our stuff after 10 days.

Drivers come to pick up the stuff on the decided date and left without giving me any paperwork so that i have a record of the pickup. When i asked them for any documentation, he just replied me that company doesn't allow us to hand over any of the documents but if you want you can take a picture of it so i took some pictures and thats the only record i had with me. After pickup, i got no response from the company even after 10 days so i called them and they didn't picked my call or reply to any e-mail for two days. After calling mark again and again, he picked up the call and told me that the delivery has been delayed and he himself doesn't know when i will get my stuff. Long story short, i received my stuff after 33 days on 28th july. During this period, my kids slept on the carpet because of no mattress or anything and we even have to buy more clothings because we packed everything after the promise of 8-10 days.

After receiving the stuff, two suitcases were missing and the driver advised me to call the company and inform them. Since 28th july, no one is picking up my call. I have literally called them about 30-35 times but they picked up just once and after listening to me, he gets me on hold and disconnected the call after 10 mins and the same drama is continued of not picking up the call after that call. I have even sent an e-mail to them thrice but again no reply.

I'm now considering a legal action against them because of this unprofessional behaviour and i will wait till monday and will register a police report against them after that.

I advise all of you to stay away from this company. This is the most worst and unprofessional company you will ever deal with if you hire them. Just stay away from them.
