Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her 100% more than her estimate, and left her sleeping on an air mattress for 13 days ( as of today - will probably be longer ) as they continue to push back her delivery date. Originally she phoned them on her arrival date to ask if there was an ETA, and they "forgot" to tell her all her stuff was still in storage 3 provinces away. When I phoned to advocate for my mom, it was one of the rudest more disrespectful conversations I've ever experienced, no accountability, just kept saying " it's not our fault ". The MOST unprofessional and criminal company

We moved from ON to BC with this company. We had a really terrible experience. Right after they got the money they didn't take any responsibility for anything. They charged us almost 50% higher than our estimate based on our stuff weight. They also delayed on delivery date without any notice in advance or at least a call or email. They damaged some of our stuff and didn't deliver some pieces of my stuff, when I send them an email and called them about my missing stuff, they aren't responsible at all. The staff was pretty rude, especially Mark. They never answered our email, text, or message at all.

I will claim against them....

Initial contact with Mark to book services was great. He was friendly and booked us in right away. He gave us a timeframe for when our belongings would be delivered and assured us the plan was firm. A few days before the movers were scheduled to come, we started to get worried because we hadn't heard from anyone. We tried to contact the company via phone and email; no answers, no replies. It's now midday on the day of our move and no one has contacted us, and there's no sign of the movers. This is a massive inconvenience and outrageously unprofessional. Looks like we'll be scrambling to find last-minute alternative movers. Based on the other recent reviews I've read about how they're holding people's belongings hostage for payments, damaging items, not delivering for weeks after the scheduled delivery date, charging way beyond initial quoted price, etc., I feel like we dodged a bullet in a way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I moved from Halifax to Calgary, and they said that in 15 days our belongings would arrive. It’s almost 2 months now and I still don’t have a clue when or if I will get it. At this point, I’ve been calling them several times per day and Mark just yelled at me over the phone that don’t speak English and am calling them a lot. DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY. Bad service and BAD customer service. At this point, they should be treating me and my family very differently. My kids don’t have their toys, my husband his work tools and we don’t have our clothing as we only brought to Calgary enough for 1 month. I don’t know what to do and I don’t want anybody to be in the same situation my family and I are!

We had no issues with the pick up on June 10 and were promised a delivery of 7 to 10 days by Mark Russo. We booked airfares and arrived in Calgary based on our items arriving by June 20th. After the 10 days were up we made numerous attempts by telephone and email to get an updated delivery date, but to no avail. Numerous times we called all 3 numbers that is listed under Mark Russo's name in his email. They would not return our emails and calls. We finally got someone to pick up, by using a different phone #, but when we explained who we were, they hung up on us. That's when we got the police involved. With the police's help we finally got an updated delivery date of July 1-3, with the promise of a call the day before. These days came and went without an update, explanation or apology. Delivery finally happened on the 17th of July, 37 days after pickup! Accounting tried to get us to pay for the delivery about 5 days before but we said we would pay when the driver showed up. I would urge you not to pay in advance as they would have no incentive to deliver your things. Also, I would encourage you to report them to the police if they refuse to communicate with you.

This company showed no professionalism or respect for our property by refusing to update us on the whereabouts or condition of our property. By refusing to communicate with us this company showed a total disregard for us and our property. If they explained the situation and the reason for the delay, we would have felt much better. Additionally we incurred lots of extra expenses by having to purchase extra kitchenware, coffeemaker, bedding, clothes etc because of the delay in delivery. I could not recommend this company under any circumstances. Next time I will go with a company that is a member of the Canadian Association of Movers, CAM.

DON'T EVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They only communicate with you when they want your money. Mark, Grace and Brian were extremely disrespectful and did not apologize when our items were a week late. Couch came to us ripped and dirty. I was assured by Mark that they will assemble our furniture upon arrival. Not only did the dispatchers not assemble it, but they also lost some screws for the furniture they originally disassembled. Therefore, I'm not sure if we will be able to use these furniture pieces anymore.

My stepdaughter moved from Calgary to Regina five weeks ago.

Her furniture etc. was picked up three hours late with no communication.

She still hasn't got her stuf. We call them don't answer when they do they transfer you and it goes to voicemail .

When I first complained to them because it was over a week late he was incredibly rude. Each time they give us a date a week down the road and when that time comes it's another week and another. INSANE!!

The police won't do anything.

I am contacting my lawyer and considering a class action lawsuit.

If anyone else wants to consider same contact me.

They need to be STOPPED!!
