Worst moving experience ever. Stay away from this company. We had issues from the day they picked our stuff up. We could not read the items on the list as the writing never went through the paper. We tried explaining it to the movers, but they did not understand English well. We asked them not to leave with our belongings till we had a list of what was taken. , but they did anyway. They scratched our floors, broke a hand rail. When we finally got through to the office after days of calling them they said they were not liable for damages. Then delivery. We have no idea what was being delivered, as half the numbered stickers were missing, and we still had no list of our belongings. Called office to try and explain this. The guy on the phone said did I put a gun to your head and tell u to move with us. This company is rude and unprofessional. Do not be fooled by the cheap shipping cost. Stay away.

Excellent!

The guys kept communication open. They arrived late due to traffic, but called to advise. They were careful with the furniture and wrapped most everything with blankets and moving wrap. No tape on furniture to take the finish or paint off. Very respectful and polite crew. Got the job done in the estimated time given.

I used Diamond Relocation to move my furniture and stuff to my new house and they were excellent. They wrapped my furniture with plastic and blankets to make sure it wouldn't get scratched. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them if you need help with moving.

Excellent!

We scheduled this with less than a week's notice and we had a 4-person crew show up at the exact time of our appointment. They worked tirelessly to wrap, load, unload and place all our furniture. We had one little mishap but it was not a big deal and the crew were completely apologetic about it. We were pretty impressed with the hard work, professionalism and courtesy of the moving team. We will definitely use them again on our next move.

They came first day and packed everything. Then second day, they loaded up the two trucks. Third day they drove the 7 hours and fourth day they unloaded. Highly recommend them!

I'm a flooring contractor and some of my customers prefer to have someone else move their furniture before I install or refinish their floors. So I recommend these guys! They're on time, careful, and get it done! I referred to another company for years but my customers were always complaining about how slow and unprofessional they were. Excellent service!

Excellent service starting with my contact with Mark who knows his business and walked me through the whole booking process and the price was fair. Had the crew here today, they were professional, neat and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Everything was wrapped, taped and boxed, nothing was missed. They did a complete inventory numbering and indexing every piece of furniture, box, mirrors and misc. items. Truck was loaded and then off to the storage unit where it was repeated. I'll be storing our household at their facility until we need it delivered. If you need a moving company I'd highly recommend them.

Good experience

Provided a detailed estimate that was competitive/lower compared to other companies. Arrived on time, communicated well and were very nice. Everything was moved quickly and safely, and the company also checked in by phone during the move to make sure it was going smoothly. Final cost was even less than the low end of the estimate I received. Good experience, would use them again!

The company was great. The staff really helped in getting things scheduled and were friendly and polite. The guys who did the moving were on time and got right to work. Fake Contracted Company - Daimond Relocation

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with DIAMOND RELOCATION and would like to inform people to save yourself from these ONLINE SCAMMERS. My recent experience has left me feeling incredibly let down.

To provide some context, I booked them for my RELOCATION from Halifax to EDMONTON and below are the

1. Pickup date chaanged Twice - Giving reason on Driver delay, As i have planned the move so was not a issue but would have been for someone who had no buffer to extend the movement.

2. Before pick up there were several altercations made and as i was close to my pickup I Ignored all those which were against the commitments made verbally.

3. Damage on Delivery : My main concern was the damage done to my belonging on the way and now when i am asking for the LEGIT REFUND, first i was told about a policy with some calculations of the total weight and refund amount which itself was contradictory and when DIAMOND RELOCATION got caught in there wrong policy they FLIPPED another contract terms (stating NO REFUND as cartons were packed by me and not their team) to which again they got caught as the damage i am claiming is from the carton there Pickup guy packed himself and the major damage is done to my SECTIONAL SOFA (5 Seater) which was packed by them and not ME...

Now, when they are caught against there False CONTRACT guidlines and my claim in LEGIT to be paid they have stopped answering my EMAILS and CALLS.

I find it deeply troubling that your company would engage in such practices, where a customer's trust is exploited through a false contract and then denied a refund for a service that was never delivered as promised. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and credibility of DIAMON RELOCATIONS and it's operations.

My Only REQUEST to any potential customer would be NOT rely on them and explore other options for your safety and interest.

I'm very happy with my experience with Diamond Relocation! From start to finish, the movers were professional, careful, and attentive. Most unreputable and unreliable corporation

Amazed that we even received our belongings after story after story, lie after lie. Hounding them over the course of five weeks, yes five weeks to the day, our items arrived damaged, scents of dog urine, dog food, the items must have been stored in a warehouse with pets. Luckily we did not have animal allergies, however, they were not worth the money spent and it is our prayer that they make the wrong move with the wrong person and their company collapses and disintegrates for the inconvenience, the chaos and deceit these characters exercised in our move - by the Forces of Nature may they be removed from our planet.

Smooth move!

The team at Diamond Relocation was amazing, both on the booking side of things and for the actual move itself. Mark did a great job getting me a quote over the phone that proved to be very accurate in coordinating moving from two apartments into one. On the day of the move, the team was running a bit behind their ETA, but they called to let me know, and Mark called reassuring me he'd send a second team if needed.
