Th guys in Vancouver were so rude and demanding 150 CAD for not being able to open the ramp of their truck and 150 CAD extra money for 1 hour and 20 minutes of delay in locking and setting up the elevator.

1- For not being able to open their ramp, it was not my problem that their truck was big. My stuff could be delivered by small truck as well. In this case they were supposed to notify us regarding their big truck.

2- guys were 1 hour late in origin to load their truck. Why I should pay for 1 hour late in unloading then?

3- They made my wife anxious for getting money. She is expecting and it was her 7th months of pregnancy.

4- They damaged the wall of the building. I noticed that when they were left. Don't let them leave prior to inspection.

5- Some stuff such as e-bike seat and wood desk were damaged.

6- They didn't apply any discount of students on my moving.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2500

Worst moving experience ever. Stay away from this company. We had issues from the day they picked our stuff up. We could not read the items on the list as the writing never went through the paper. We tried explaining it to the movers, but they did not understand English well. We asked them not to leave with our belongings till we had a list of what was taken. , but they did anyway. They scratched our floors, broke a hand rail. When we finally got through to the office after days of calling them they said they were not liable for damages. Then delivery. We have no idea what was being delivered, as half the numbered stickers were missing, and we still had no list of our belongings. Called office to try and explain this. The guy on the phone said did I put a gun to your head and tell u to move with us. This company is rude and unprofessional. Do not be fooled by the cheap shipping cost. Stay away.

I used Diamond Relocation for a local move, and could not have been happier with the professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency of this company. It was easy to set up the move just as I wanted, and also easy to get answers when I called back with specific questions. The truck arrived on time, the movers were fast, intelligent and considerate, and the whole thing was done earlier than expected, with every item arriving at the destination in great condition. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

I'm very happy with my experience with Diamond Relocation! From start to finish, the movers were professional, careful, and attentive. We had multiple stops, and they moved quickly and checked with me at each stop to make sure I had everything I needed. When they were done, they offered to help move any existing furniture or help with any heavy lifting before they left. I really felt they cared about the move and my items. 10/10 would recommend. Next time I move, I'll definitely be choosing them again.

Amazed that we even received our belongings after story after story, lie after lie. Hounding them over the course of five weeks, yes five weeks to the day, our items arrived damaged, scents of dog urine, dog food, the items must have been stored in a warehouse with pets. Luckily we did not have animal allergies, however, they were not worth the money spent and it is our prayer that they make the wrong move with the wrong person and their company collapses and disintegrates for the inconvenience, the chaos and deceit these characters exercised in our move - by the Forces of Nature may they be removed from our planet.

The team at Diamond Relocation was amazing, both on the booking side of things and for the actual move itself. Mark did a great job getting me a quote over the phone that proved to be very accurate in coordinating moving from two apartments into one. On the day of the move, the team was running a bit behind their ETA, but they called to let me know, and Mark called reassuring me he'd send a second team if needed. All the movers were friendly, professional, and quick. Everything arrived safely and the whole process was super smooth.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with DIAMOND RELOCATION and would like to inform people to save yourself from these ONLINE SCAMMERS. My recent experience has left me feeling incredibly let down.

To provide some context, I booked them for my RELOCATION from Halifax to EDMONTON and below are the

1. Pickup date chaanged Twice - Giving reason on Driver delay, As i have planned the move so was not a issue but would have been for someone who had no buffer to extend the movement.

2. Before pick up there were several altercations made and as i was close to my pickup I Ignored all those which were against the commitments made verbally.

3. Damage on Delivery : My main concern was the damage done to my belonging on the way and now when i am asking for the LEGIT REFUND, first i was told about a policy with some calculations of the total weight and refund amount which itself was contradictory and when DIAMOND RELOCATION got caught in there wrong policy they FLIPPED another contract terms (stating NO REFUND as cartons were packed by me and not their team) to which again they got caught as the damage i am claiming is from the carton there Pickup guy packed himself and the major damage is done to my SECTIONAL SOFA (5 Seater) which was packed by them and not ME...

Now, when they are caught against there False CONTRACT guidlines and my claim in LEGIT to be paid they have stopped answering my EMAILS and CALLS.

I find it deeply troubling that your company would engage in such practices, where a customer's trust is exploited through a false contract and then denied a refund for a service that was never delivered as promised. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and credibility of DIAMON RELOCATIONS and it's operations.

My Only REQUEST to any potential customer would be NOT rely on them and explore other options for your safety and interest.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3000

We spoke with Mark who said he was the Sales Manager given a price to move our things and storage fees, we were to pay on delivery, I could set my own date, movers came and refused to take our $2500 bed as it had a stain, refused half of our things, We had to at the last minute rent a 2 ND storage unit to put the rest of our things in. Today I called when they just showed up with our things that we didn't ask for yet, and was told by Supervisor Steve...that I am a Liar, asked if I am Slow, that maybe if I did my research I would have known what to expect, I was asked if I have a hearing problem, asked if I am Retarded. Told Mark is not a Manager yet all emails from Mark clearly state that he is the Sales Manager,, they demanded money today before they would even rebook the delivery. So we are out $2500 for a bed, $1500 in moving fees, and 2 months of storage fees because of this Incompetent Company. Spend the extra money it is worth paying a more reliable company.

I really consider diamond mover the worst moving company i had ever deal with they stole almost all of my husband's collections of alcohol that he cherishes most of these alcohol were gifts from family and friends who knows that he collects alcohol my brother give my husband a limited edition of Coca-Cola with his name on it which he had for over ten years and that too is gone when we spoke to the lady from the company her attitude stinks she basically brushed us off we are yet to be compensated for lost even though it doesn't bring back my husband's collectables please be aware of this company i wouldn't ship with them even if my life depended on it there workers are a brunch of thieves becareful with you valuables

Avoid company at all costs. Mark was great to get a hold of when booking the job but good luck getting a hold of anyone by email/phone after that. When I booked I asked what was covered and what was extra. They said couches, large furniture etc would be wrapped with moving blankets free of charge and the ONLY other way for the price to change was weight. Movers showed up told us they don’t accept bags and charged $600 for boxes that probably cost them $5 even if everything was packed neatly and secure. Brought everything downstairs except for the safe. Even with a dolly they left a 3 foot gaping drag mark in wall. Told us they don’t wrap the couches only small furniture and told us we could pay to wrap but declined. Bill they left us said $600 in extra fees but bill after final weight it said $750. When I called they said they went ahead and wrapped the couch anyway to protect it (still showed up damaged). Strange how they could wrap it after it was already buried in the truck and very much not wrapped or protected when it left my house. Said they would not deliver until bill was paid in full (understandable) but also if we refused to pay the extra fee said to take it up with claims. We were told 7-10 days to deliver at most. Showed up 16 days later with so much missing and damaged. Claim form isn’t worth filling in they set you up for failure saying everything was already damaged even when you point out that it’s clearly not to the pick up movers and have photographs of everything. Conveniently lots of the damaged items were missing their # tag which you need to claim. Filed a police report. Stole brand new drywall saw, two golf watches, snowboard and so much more. Boxes had obviously been shopped through. Ditched couches and dressers they had on their truck on my street. Don’t be fooled by their low rate. They will add exorbitant extra fees, break your stuff and show up two weeks late.

Everyone at Diamond relocation was an extreme pleasure to work with. They coordinated my move with the utmost professionalism. The moving team and their manager were very courteous and diligent about every detail of my move; especially since it included three separate drop offs. They exercised extreme care with my home and personal beings. The whole process was executed in a timely fashion and every item was deliver without a hitch to its desired location. I highly recommend and would most definitely use them for my next move.

Company is the worst company I have every used. My son's very expensive brand new bike "never showed up". Likely stolen. Boxes were so damaged included irreplaceable items like my deceased grandmother's antique dishes. My sofas were not wrapped and filthy. When I tried to make a claim they were rude and would not process it saying I needed to know the weight of each item (how on earth would I know the weight of a sofa??? or a missing bike??). The arrival team also refused to move my exercise equipment(an elliptical) into my basement saying it was too heavy, and the team was just awful and rude. I'm currently taking them to small claims court as I have over $3000 in damages and missing items. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I told them I would take them to small claims I was told "if it makes you feel better go ahead".

We recently used Diamond Relocation for our retail store move. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We moved many heavy pieces of high end custom cabinetry, store furnishings and all our inventory. They were scheduled to send 4 men and one large truck, 2 trucks showed up with 5 men. They started early, finished by mid afternoon and the final price was just slightly higher than original estimate. Everything arrived in its new location in perfect condition and the movers placed everything as directed. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

Move size: Commercial Move Service cost: $4000

This has been a most disappointing and frustrating experience with this mover. When booking time came, they were really nice. But later on, our move became a major headache. First of all, they came 1 day ahead of their scheduled pick up day. We accomodated them and allowed them to pickup our stuff. When asked what is our estimated cost will be like, they said they will weigh the truck on the highway and let us know in 2 days. After calling and enquiring a couple of times, they let us know after weeks, that it was going to be $7000. Okay this was way out of our budget, but nevertheless, we accomodated. Then when time came to drop off the stuff, even before we got our stuff back, they expected full payment!!

After we got back our belongings, we realized within a day after unpacking that some major items like computer monitor, personal items etc. like 2-3 boxes were missing. After filing a claim, they said it will take 6-8 weeks. After that time period, they said we do not qualify because the weight of our items are less than the $350 deductible.

All in all, they got away with losing our stuff based on some policy they have. Please don't use this company. They don't follow through on their word. Buyer beware!!!

Diamond Relocation did a fantastic job with our move. They were on time, thorough, very careful with all our possessions and really knew how to load a truck! The 4 men loading on the front end of the move were quick, organized and courteous. The three workers on the unload were also quick and very careful when placing items where we wanted them. They had blankets, door guards, and all the necessary tools to make sure our brand new hardwood floors were not damaged. None of our possessions were damaged in the move. Their prices were very reasonable and they did not hesitate to do any extras we asked for. I highly recommend them for a local or long distance move.
