Dependable movers is the moving company they had done the most for us. We didn’t have much flexibility as far as pick up dates but they move their calendar around to make, Dacians for us. They walked us through the moving process so we were left with no questions and felt completely comfortable with their company before making a final decision. This was a fantastic relocation that was worth every dollar spent and we really enjoyed working with dependable movers. In the past we had moved about 15 years ago and had an absolutely horrible experience. The movers showed up late last time and tried to charge us extra money so we wanted to make sure that would not happen again. Your company was very straightforward and honest about the charges and told us how to protect ourselves from any damages that could occur from an unforeseen event and just making sure there is plenty of room on the moving truck. The original estimate we got came down Once the truck was loaded so needless to say we were happy about that as well. Everybody work together to make sure that the items got placed in the rooms that we desired. Thank you for cutting cost the way you did that money goes a long way during the holidays. It was a really good experience working with dependable movers. We are a military family so we have plenty of experience dealing with moving companies. TV honest with you most moving companies out there are crooks or just looking for another way to make some extra money. We did not find this at all with dependable movers we found them to be straightforward and very transparent and they were always happy to answer questions whenever we called. They explain to us how the pricing works and that we would be responsible for the space that we use other companies don’t realize that the average person doesn’t know the Terminology but dependable took their time to explain everything to us and that’s why they earned our business. So lucky to find this company had a New Jersey it was running the same route. It’s a common route straight down the East Coast but you wouldn’t believe how many snowbirds head down there for the winter time. Availability was a little bit of an issue but we were able to find you in that. The pricing was not an issue however because they did whatever they had to do to make this move fall in our price point. Very kind professionals who know how to do their job very well we would be happy to use them again and probably well and.

Dependable Movers was by far the best company that we spoke too. They were also the best company we researched. We found many things to like about their company and talking to them just sealed the deal. They have a new mentor a checklist that they go room by room and you tell them the pieces you plan on bringing. When service is comprised of put a gather in estimate and speak about packing. We need all the packing done as well as all the wrapping of the furniture so we wanted an all-inclusive move. Dependable movers really made our year. We were in a little bit of a panic because we needed a moving company to take us across the country in less than three weeks.. We called around and spoke to various companies and most of them could not meet our deadline. We worked with Dependable Movers on our moving estimation fee and we signed a 3400 dollars moving contract with them. They agreed to come to move our furniture on December 21st and potentially finish the job on the Sunday 22nd early on the morning since I had to take my flight on the 22nd at 1 pm. Only ONE person from Dependable Movers came, on the Sunday, HALF AN HOUR BEFORE OUR DEPARTURE for the airport, telling us that we had to pay 9000 DOLLARS instead of 3400 as agreed and signed. Until today, they have been keeping our deposit and they DON'T WANT TO REIMBURSE US for their failure and terrible situation they put us in.
They just wanted to take advantage for our situation to make MORE MONEY.

The Dependable Movers FAILED to provide an accurate estimate of moving charges (tripling the cost upon their arrival to premises, half an hour before our departure to the airport), respect the contract, and to refund the deposit.

Moving is by far the hardest and stressful experience we have ever had. Even tho our relocation with Dependable Movers was extremely easy it still takes a lot out of you. Working with our sales representative we were able to convey what we wanted and he put together a package that fit our needs best. Dependable Movers we couldn’t believe how fast and professional your team of guys are. We didn’t have much room to play with as far as pick up dates so that was the first thing we secured. We were overwhelmed with all the great things we had read about this company. We’ve lived our whole life in New Jersey and decided if we were done with the cold ready to retire and head to Florida. Dependable movers was so impressive. They sent one of their salesman over to our house after going through a full inventory over the phone to make sure everything was in line in accurate. It’s not every day that you find a company that’s willing to go this far and take the extra step to make you comfortable. Dependable movers puts their customer first and works In a round of affordable pricing. They were more than generous to help us cut costs and even did some packing free of charge. It didn’t take long to get the delivery it was about two weeks which was giving us enough time to get us in our pets there and they set up the pieces in the rooms that we asked. They were easy to talk to and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

They are really impressed with the work done by dependable movers. This was our first time using a long distance mover and we had no idea what to expect. We were introduced to the manager as well as the owner which made us feel very comfortable. We trusted them with their entire home and they did not disappoint. Not a pleasant experience at all.
While making the booking, the staff was very nice, very cooperative and reassuring.
However, the delivery was very very delayed. We were informed one day to wait for the truck and we did , but no one came and no one called to update us either. We had to call customer service again and again. The truck finally came another week after that and that was 13 days after the first available date and it wasn't even a long distance move!
The delivery truck came at 9 pm! We were just glad to get our stuff only to realise that some things were missing. The delivery included the re-assembly of basic furniture which never happened. The delivery guy said he just delivers someone else will come the next day in a smaller truck to put our furniture together. Called dependable movers next morning only to find out there is no such thing, the guy conned us! The customer service guy was extremely rude, had a weird attitude. He would not even listen to the problems he would just say sent u a claim form!
We packed our dishes, glasses and serve ware in proper packing materials, had huge fragile stickers on each side of the boxes despite that most of our glassware is broken, dishes reached in a gazillion pieces!
Some furniture is chipped and scratched too but that's something one is prepared to bear with the move but you don't expect missing boxes, dis assembled furniture missing parts and things broken!

My daughter hired this company to move her across the US. She has been waiting for her things for 17 days and the company told her she could be waiting another 12 days. She has no bed to sleep on, no kitchen or bathroom supplies, nothing. They are non-committal, have no defined schedule, say they are at the mercy of their drivers (obviously they have no forecast or planning for their trucking pool) and I have never dealt with such rude people. Absolutely no customer service skills and when you are obviously upset about the situation they make every attempt to explain to you why it is your fault. We have hired a lawyer. This company won't be in business very long-check out their yelp reviews.

Dependable movers is an affordable moving company that is very down to earth and will tell you exactly how it is. They are very straightforward and they do not leave out any details. They showed us their credentials and all their numbers matched up as far as your DOT certifications. They are in good standing with every site that we saw and we made sure to allocate a little extra space in case we did have a few last minute things. The customer service department would call us every week to check in to make sure that our list were still accurate this would ensure nothing got overlooked and weWould not be charged more than we were told. The relocation went extremely smooth much smoother than I ever anticipated five stars.

Living in New Jersey our whole life has finally taking it’s toll on us. We worked our whole lives and decided it was time to retire and head to warmer weather and a slower pace of living. The only thing was we needed to get all our furniture about 1200 miles down south and renting a truck was not even close to a possibility. We went online and started speaking two long-distance movers. Dependable movers was the first company to call us we spent over an hour on the phone going room by room telling him each piece and about how many boxes we thought we would need. They were willing to give us the best overall rate by far as well as a few discounts on top of it all. Without the help from your company would be stuck up here in the north in the cold but instead it’s palm trees and sand and a big thank you.

We had two different companies come to our home to receive on-site estimates. The two companies that came out we’re both major van lines you I’m sure everybody is familiar with. However I’m not sure if you’re familiar how expensive these companies are they are close to double the price of other movers at times for the same exact service. We found dependable movers online and light a lot of what we had read. We gave them a call and instantly were drawn to them. They were calm cool and collected and all about helping us as potential customers. They walked us through it all. They explain the pricing and gave us advice on the best ways to save money. They didn’t have a bad word to say about their competition and we’re willing to look over other quotes to make sure they were an apples to apples comparison. The move went so well. Watching them work we felt comfortable and while in transit we were always told were their truck was. I can’t speak for all the other companies but I’m pretty sure that you’re not going to find service like this at a price like this. Our relocation happened right after the new year so naturally there is a lot of stress involved coming out of Christmas and all the holidays. We looked for a company that we could really depend on(no pun intended) and dependable movers was spot on for our search. Dependable movers was quick to respond. They must have called within five minutes of clicking the submit button. My wife and I are both very busy between work and the children that we did not have time to walk the home and tell them every piece that was planned on being moved. They had a solution for that problem. They sent us a blank inventory list that we could fill out on our own time and email it over to get an estimate. We had many drafts of an inventory list until we felt comfortable enough to finalize and make our deposit. We were never pressured into making a decision hastily and we’re always treated with that high level of courtesy. This company never badmouth anybody else that we had gotten an estimate from but only concerned with what they can do for us. The various departments that called for all involved and we quickly realized how much effort goes into each move.
