It was a joy working with Dependable Moving company. We are elderly and don’t have much help and it’s been documented sometimes people take advantage of a situation like that. They talked very slow and clearly and answered any questions we had. They made it easy to understand the contract was straight forward and no extra money was asked for. They did an excellent job setting up and tearing down. We felt bad we really couldn’t help but I guess that’s where the thousands of dollars comes in we paid so we wouldn’t have to. Maybe that’s bad humor but for anyone who is alone or just worried try to give these guys a call. Dependable Moving made life simple easy and fast to get to where we bad to be. So thankful.

We found this company online out of New Jersey that was very highly rated. They came recommended from a family friend that moved them about a year ago and they were very pleased with the service. We decided to give them a try. We gave them a list of her items and they came back with a fantastic price. They also help us look over other quotes from companies we got quotes from. They wanted to make sure we feel comfortable before moving forward and that meant a lot to us. Sometimes it’s the small things that really sealed the deal in this company has a lot of them.

Dependable moving took care of us as if we were family. We didn’t have the connection with other companies the way we had with them. I had no idea how to start this week it one step at a time and it was one less thing to worry about and ultimately we got there. We got a great price, the dates that we needed and delivery time frame that was so important to us. We ever had to move again we wouldn’t even waste our time talking to otherwise companies we would go directly to you that’s how great the mood was. It was nice working with true professionals and people that do this stuff every day we are so relieved that it’s over but so grateful we got the chance to work with you.

Dependable moving LLC says it all in the name. They are extremely reliable and dependable to get you picked up on time and get your drinks that we were going to be as fast as possible. Also educated as if you are flexible on our move date if they can squeeze us into another truck to save us an additional thousand dollars. Luckily for us we had a little bit of flexibility so we took advantage of it. Our sales reps with us from start to finish and do all the inns and out of the business. Companies like this are here to stay. And after our move we will be recommending them to anybody who.

Online search that we ran into submitted information on came up with dependable movers says the suggested moving company. We spoke to them and told them exactly what we want it moved in the email this an estimate with their contract detailing the price as well as the procedure. The move is well within our budget and each department within the company played a big role in to this move going so well. I am not by any means the write the review type but this is a lot of furniture in a lot of valuables that were at stage and dependable moving to the next one job in their transport. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

We reserved our day to dependable movers two months in advance. We found out about the relocation and immediately started looking for moving companies. We spoke to you between five and seven different ones And fell in love with dependable movers. We like the way their inventory checklist reset up all the paperwork was easy to follow and they always answered all of our questions. They made this move stress free and easy for us. I have friends you’ve had bad experiences as well and I’m happy to say that I’m not another one that made that list. They do quality work and treat everyone equally that’s why they will be recommended.

I normally do not write reviews, but I am writing this one to hopefully save someone from choosing to move with this company. I picked dependable movers back in September to help with my move from TN to MN. The move was schedule form September 25th or 26th (they have a 2 day window). September 25th came and I did not receive a call so I reached out to them, and they said they would be in contact with me the next day to schedule what time they would show up on the 26th. The next day I still received no phone call so I reached out to them again and was told that there was an issue and asked if I had any wiggle room in my move date. I did not my lease ended that day.. They told me that they would find someone to be there at the end of the day. I called back a bit later and the ops manager Benjamin told me he was still working on finding someone. Later around 4:45pm Benjamin called me saying that they were canceling the move and would just refund me the money so I could find a new moving company.. Yes like I am going to find a brand new moving company at 4:45pm the day I need to move out and move to MN.. On a side note it is now October 18th and they still have not refunded me my money even though I have reached out to them countless times now.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Dependable movers beat out every other company that we talk to. We got the best price from them plus the best service and that’s everything we wanted in a moving company. We wanted to ensure that we would get picked up on our dates and delivered within two weeks and they did exactly that. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and educational and helping us make our decision. I know each move berries with the details but at the end of the day we want to know if charges in the same truck doing the pick up and delivery and that’s what we got great job guys.

Most moving companies have similar offers but there’s usually one that stands out in your mind. That company for us is called dependable moving. The sales representative that took the call was extremely knowledgeable and the moving industry. He showed us how to review our estimates and research companies in an unbiased fashion. He never pressured us for money but wanted to make sure that we made the best decision for our family and our situation and all it’s details. It was a pleasure working with them and we would definitely use them again in the future. They take pride in the work that they do and treat the customer well. They left no mess behind and ruined none of our furniture. Clearly the best for the job.

Happy to say the relocation is finally complete. It was a perfectly executed job done by dependable movers out of New Jersey. We had a great time working with them but most of all they cater to our every need. They made sure we knew what pieces needed to be wrapped and handled and what services that their company did so there was no gray area were questions at any point. They showed us exactly who they are on the Internet And we did our own research as well. The customer service department worked with the building owner as far as scheduling the elevator and parking the truck. All we did was relocate our animals and the movers took care of it all. Very lucky that we found them.
