Dependable moving was terrific. They were moving company‘s name who kept popping up all over and over on any site that we went to to do research on interstate movers. They have been in business for many years and they are the actual carrier which means that they do not broker out there moves that was very important to us. It was very important to us that our furniture never left the truck that was loaded on to avoid any potential damages. They assured us that the same truck with the same crew that did the pick up would do the delivery and they kept their word. They gave us the best price out of every company we spoke to and we’re happy we decided to use them in the end. They are a company that cares about the customer and is willing to do whatever it takes to earn their business and that’s what it’s all about.

They dedicated so much time to making sure we had the precise moving estimate so on move date we didn’t have any last minute charges, changes or any other surprises. We sent over pictures and even did a FaceTime walkthrough to ensure we didn’t miss anything. The owner personally called us to introduce himself and tell us more about the company and let us know we were in good hands. It was the sense of security that really helped us make our decision. This was our biggest a d furthest relocation so we went online to find the best company for the job. Dependable Van Lines was a New Jersey based company that we immediately connected with. We exchanged emails and pictures and calls until we had it all just right. They have people on the back end who will call you Days leading up to your move to see if you want to make any adjustments or changes to the previous list. They allocated just enough space for us and we didn’t pay a dollar more than the total on paper. We were afraid of being overcharged and waiting months but they fast and efficient and well within our budget. Great work by a great company.

Dependable Moving was a company we found online that was New Jersey that has great positive feedback from previous clients as well as a reputable time in business. Most importantly they are not brokers who handle all of their relocations on their own. So what that means is no middle man and everyone who works for them are background checked and drug tested randomly. My fear was having strangers in our home around valuables. I’m the end the move was fast and nothing was damaged or missing. Our representative stayed with us from the first call to the final delivery. It was nice knowing that if we needed to adjust or change anything someone was available at any hour. Can’t say enough about the quality of work. They are the real deal.

Dependable Movers was the first company we spoke to. We spent over an hour on the phone with them just to make sure we didn’t miss a single thing. They ask questions to things that we didn’t even think about it and we answered them these guys know the business inside and out. When it came time for final pricing they give us any discount that they could apply which brought the move down several hundred dollars. Most importantly were able to get picked up on our dates and delivered in our timeline and we save some money in the process. It goes without saying that we would use them again they were the best moving company we’ve ever used.

We are from New Jersey and we wanted a moving company that was based out of NJ. Do you realize that this probably doesn’t matter but it was just one of those small things that would make us feel more comfortable knowing that we had a mover that was familiar with the states in the roads and all the conditions. We had a certain date that we wanted to be picked up on which was not a problem with their company. We also needed them to pack up the entire house including boxes we did not have time to do that which also wasn’t a problem. We took they’re quoting compared it against the others and they were by far the best. They have a license that is in Good standing and they treated us or respect from the first call to the final delivery. It’s harder than you think the phone companies like this nowadays and I hope this review help somebody out their narrow it down to at least consider working with them because they are a great company. I had selected this company because of the numerous great reviews from others and some recommendations I had read online. The initial conversation was great, they were transparent, courteous and walked me through the whole process. However, now that my items have been picked up I really regret my decision. Since I was moving to the west coast from the midwest, the estimated time frame was 10-21 days. This day came and went with only one call saying my items were going to dispatch. It has been 23 days now and after calling them three times I now have been told that they won't be loaded until the end of next week (today is a Tuesday). I really wasn't prepared to go over a month with no furniture, kitchenware, or a place to put my clothes! They offer $30 a day that the window is missed, but this really doesn't seem adequate for the inconvenience.

Dependable movers was very impressive. I have never in my life used a moving company to go from state to state or even left a review on the website for that matter. This is one of those rare cases where we were shocked of how well and smooth the move went. We are skeptics by nature so we want to see for her self what they are really about. We spoke to many other movers but just didn’t have the connection we did with them. They were extremely honest and very very patient with us. We would call constantly ask questions ask for updates and they never seem bothered by it at all. They are very friendly and always available and that’s extremely important to us.
