These guys were not only professional but really fast and reasonably priced. They had the capacity to make my move completely stress free. They were hired only to move, the wrapping and packing was done by me. The Condor Moving Systems folks listened to my particular needs. I was running out of taps and they helped me closing the boxes. The guys didn’t waste time and rip off my money. Everyone may consider them for a great move. And if I do move anytime soon, I will definitely use them.

Condor moving company moved my furniture in march of 2014. In the beginning they were very patient with me due to other issues. I received my plasma TV with multiple cracks, my $200 l-shaped desk was completely bent in the middle and broken on the sides and other scratches to my furniture.

I have called and complained and even filed with the BBB. These people will not pay my claim after I paid them over $2k to move my stuff from Texas to Georgia, but said if I want to go thru arbitration, I have to pay an additional $150. Like hell I will!!

The driver that delivered my furniture was on the phone the majority of the time, then paid someone else to come help them move my stuff, but he didn't even return. He cursed out his helper and was very disrespectful. He walked thru my house, asking me for water and more. This company should be out of business with the complaints they had. The only reason I went with this company because of sandy and her pleasantness. Do not pay these people to move your stuff.
They are not worth it.

Condor Moving Systems delivered on their promise for our long distance move. Everything went smoothly from our first call to the delivery time. The customer service rep called me back with answers to questions I left messages about and I felt they were being honest about their process.We were allowed to switch the date to movers got to our house twice without the price going up. The movers got to us and worked like professionals in getting our stuff out and loaded into the truck. These guys worked with integrity and I would certainly vouch for their moving services. Thank you.

The service was good and the move was easy. The men who moved our boxes and couches and stuff were so friendly, they treated us like we were family. Everything was out of the house quickly, and big things were loaded safely wrapped. We spoke to someone from their dispatch team before the day the truck reached to coordinate time and again the guys did all the work and had us moved in. Our move was great. Thanks Condor Moving Systems for all the hard work. I barely had to do a thing working with these guys.

As much as long distance relocation entails a lot, I find the quotations from many movers exaggerated and unreasonable. It is only with Condor Moving Systems where I found rates that match the quality of services offered. Better yet, the rates can comfortably fit in your relocation budget. At some point during the relocation, I thought that they would change their mind and revise their rates, but they didn't. I mean, their services are offered with such dedication you want to add them a few dollars.

I was looking for experience and expertise for the relocation of my business I had vowed not to settle for anything less than efficiency for that relocation since a lot of valuables were at stake. A close friend suggested Condor Moving Systems due to their professionality. I checked them out, and they were the ideal people to use for the move. I hired them, and they did an amazing job. They were everything I wanted and more. Nothing, not even the delicate office equipment was damaged during the relocation.

I called to see if it was possible to have Condor Moving Systems come out the next day to help me with a very urgent move for one of my clients. I needed to have a lot of boxes and a small amount of furniture moved into a storage unit. The four young men were early and came ready to work. This job was at the end of a week-long heat wave, and those guys worked very hard to help me accomplish my goal. I would recommend them to others and plan on using them again soon. Rate was very reasonable and good customer service.

I had to move to another area for work on short notice. This company was able to give me a time frame of when my furniture would arrive before picking it up. I chose this company for that reason. It was important to me to know when my furniture would arrive because I needed it there as soon as possible. I think I could find movers cheaper, but it was worth it. The staff was professional and efficient. Even with a terrible snowstorm going on outside, they arrived at my new location on time. They were very organized which helped make a move less stressful.

I wanted to avoid using movers because I have had a terrible experience before but went with a colleague’s recommendation to use Condor Moving Systems. It turns out not all moving companies are the same because this move went smoothly, nothing was lost and there was no damage to my items or to my new home. While the moving team of Marcus and Jessie handled their end perfectly, Amanda from the Condor Moving Systems office also did a great job of coordinating it all. For this level of service, I would pay more than it cost me.

Moving is always a stressful time, and finding the right moving company to help handle your belongings isn't always easy either. However, I have to say I'm very happy with the outcome of Condor Moving Systems . They were very professional and polite, but very efficient. I had a challenging move where I had to move from a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor to a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor as well as putting items in a large storage unit across town. These guys were very quick and got the job done within 5 hours. I don't know how I would've done this without their help. I'd definitely use them again.

We have used Condor Moving Systems before and had no problems with our first experience with them, so we thought, hey let's use them again! Our intuition and past experience was spot on. This last move was an easy and quick one, but Condor Moving Systems did a great job working hard the entire 3 hours it took and all of our personal belongings arrived at the new residence in excellent condition. Overall good move and service. I was impressed with how good the sales rep and customer service treated us each time we called with questions. The rep did a good job of helping me choose a date that would also fit with my budget. There were a bunch of details I needed clarifying and the rep was more than happy to, going so far as sending me an email with all the information about the move and how things work. When the movers got to our house they wasted no time in loading our things and making the place look empty. Before they left I got a chance to look over a list of my things. The move ended with the movers dropping everything off about a week later. All took place very smoothly, one minute they were getting there, the next everything was inside the house and they were back on their way. This was a good moving company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and easy move.

THE INITIAL TRUCK LOADING
The pickup crew for this 1200 mile interstate move was good except for some minor damage to the home during the truck loading. Condor refused to pay the very reasonable $50 repair because the damage was found by the realtor a few days after the move.

It all went downhill once our possessions were loaded!

- The price on my Bill of Lading was over 40% MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.

- The Bill of Lading and subsequent billed amount were different, they grudgingly removed the extra charge.

- Every credit card payment contained a 2.5% “convenience fee.”

- If you pay the last installment upon delivery, they only accept CASH or POSTAL money order.
THE WAIT
- When my shipment was reloaded from their warehouse, I was called and told, “4-6 days for delivery..the driver would call 24 hrs prior.”

- After 5 days, I called their 800 number for delivery status twice. Both times my phone number was taken saying, “someone will get back to you” - no one did.

- On my third call (day seven) I was told it would be ANOTHER 4-6 DAYS. Maj (sales/customer service manager) told me that there had been a “problem” (undisclosed) over the weekend and there was a delay. I indicated this was outside of the Bill of Lading delivery window. She referenced a Delivery Information document signed at initial loading (I did not receive a copy) that gave them 1-10 business days from the first date delivery can be accepted. THIS WAS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE BILL OF LADING AND GAVE THE COMPANY WIDE LATITUDE FOR FURTHER DELAYS. Maj was unapologetic saying, “it’s just part of interstate moving.” I asked for at least some status/tracking call on the truck’s progress so I could plan and coordinate on my end. She just droned that the driver would call 24 hrs prior.

- They don’t care about being outside of the delivery window because THEIR PENALTY IS A PATHETIC $15 A DAY. However, if you are unavailable at the drop of their hat, YOUR WAITING TIME CHARGE IS $125/hr or $450/day!

THE DELIVERY
- The driver called at 5:30 pm on a Thursday saying he would be there very late on Friday or Saturday, he promised a call at noon on Friday with a better time estimate. He stunned me at 9:30 pm with a call declaring he would deliver between 10am-1pm on Friday, the next day.

- The crew of three arrived around 2:00 pm on Friday. Upon entering the apartment unit, the driver’s first words are “I’ve got some bad news” and then proceeded to bilk me out of ANOTHER $520 CASH for a “long carry” (no evidence of measuring) with the concurrence of Maj.

- Despite this “long carry” charge, they don’t “carry” much. Everything is placed on an overloaded dolly or hand truck (they even borrowed mine). Boxes toppled and crashed down constantly in the halls and upon entering the unit. They did not care! I EVEN CAUGHT THE DRIVER AND ONE OF HIS HELPERS RACING LOADED CARTS DOWN THE APARTMENT HALLWAY, like 9 yr olds, SLAMMING INTO DOORWAY CORNERS AND DAMAGING BOXES! They needed constant supervision!

- At the end of the delivery (9:20 pm) the apartment was trashed, and most of our belonging and walls sustained some type of damage. Condor Moving Systems estimate claimed that any furniture that was taken apart would be put back together, NOTHING WAS PUT BACK TOGETHER. The driver insisted on completing final paperwork outside at the truck in the dark and would not do a final walk thru/accounting, he said it was too late.



I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. The continuous price gouging was stomach churning enough, but the final insult was the complete lack of professionalism by the delivery crew. The willfully careless behavior and damage inflicted was astonishing and completely disheartening. At that point there was nothing I could do.
