Great Care Was Them!

I have been using this company for a few years now, and every move that I have coordinated with them has been a pleasant experience. They are all about customer service. Their timely manner of communication and flexibility to make changes are excellent. I never worry about timeliness the day of the move or care of my items. They go above and beyond and go as far as checking your preference of using previous staff if the experience was good. I will continue to use them.

COMPLETELY TERRIBLE COMPANY

The contracting is done by phone. After all research that is their only equipment. They operate under cover as BROKERS. That simply means you are nit hiring them but paying them and they farm out services to unknown parties on which you have no information or way of assessing honesty and or quality. My contract allowed the FTC cooling off period yet they refused my cancelation and refund. They just kept the money and fought me all the way. Definitely go to the Broward County AG, the DOT sires too and lidfe official complaints. If anyone is interested in a class action suit let me know. They know that out of srare lawsuits are nit cheap. We can act as a group with a Florida lawyer and probably on a contingency.

Long-distance move from Chandler, AZ to Coos Bay, OR

Where is my refund

Scheduled 7/20/2021 for a 8/5/2021 move from Chandler Az to Coos Bay Oreg. Was told 4500 with 2500 down with an e-check . Called on 8/4 and was told the driver would call in the morning. Called noon the next day was told the truck broke down and the pick-up of my stuff would be the 7th. At that point I said no we had to be out by the 6th they said they couldn't do it and I would get a refund in 10 to 14 business days. 14 days later I called and was told that being I used an e-check i would be another 30 business days. Called in October they said it was sent to the original destination address which we didn't have one at the time of the scheduling. Gave address. Many Many Many calls to them no answer. Many Many emails with no response. Called 12/21/2021 she was very sympathetic and said it would be mailed Friday (Christmas lol) . Many Many calls, emails. Called in January don't remember the date Ryan Jacobs was extremely rude and they had the address wrong and it would be sent.Finally 2/1/2021 Mitchell said he saw my name for it that was to be mailed Friday 2/4/2021. Today is the 20th still no refund. I'm looking at a lawsuit.

PLEASE save your money & self!

How disappointing.. PLEASE save your money! Everything is fishy here.. Tons of bad reviews where people seem to have a hit or miss experience and this is something I'm NOT taking that chance with. I put down my 1st payment and after that communication has stopped. No one will return my calls/emails, no one is picking up the phone, other websites show 1 star average reviews, etc. I changed my move to a state over 1000 miles closer and got rid of some big pieces so I needed to adjust my rate and when I got someone on the phone 6+ months ago I was told "one person handles it who isn't working, they'll call you back", etc. but as I said, nothing.. they also mentioned the address was already changed in the system so someone saw my email and didn't respond BUT there was also no change in the price! BS, horrible first move experience - hoping I can get someone to refund me but seeing the reviews, I doubt.. I've never left a bad review as I shrug most off but this is a pricey important thing you have to trust someone with, and I don't trust them.

I hope this helps someone.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY! Complete Van Lines is a broker for moving companies. They gave us two separate estimates, one for 7500.00 and the other for approximately 8400.00. On the day the movers, HGME, arrived, they charged 11,700.00. HGME (Household Goods Moving Experts) damaged many of our items and lost other items. Moving Claims offered a whopping 50.00 settlement.

Good transaction. Arranged collection of bed from a work colleague to be delivered to my house. Picked up and delivered within the time quoted. The service is as expected. The driver communicated well and could carry the heavy boxes. In terms of price, Complete Vanlines is far cheaper than any of its competitors. I have no idea how they manage it. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would use them again.

Our last move with them took 12 hours (we weren't as well packed as we thought we were, and we had a little complication with a bed frame not fitting into a bedroom), and I kid you not, they didn't complain even once. Recommend the Complete Vanlines service to all.

Do not use Complete Van Lines!

Do not get scammed!!! I’ve gotten three move dates so far and so far no one has shown!!! They took almost $500 upfront and I’ve had three different excuses why they can’t move me. Do not get desperate and use them. This is the worse experience I’ve ever encountered with a moving company.
