Christian Brothers Moving and Storage

While I was moving locally, it was a complicated move. But both the customer service rep, Sabrina, and the movers could not have made it easier than I assumed it would be. They were gentle with my belongings, and truly efficient in their

moving strategies. Eddie, Xavier, Gio, Luis and Oscar were professionals, and a pleasure to have in my home. I will recommend Christian Brothers Moving to all my family and friends; and I know Christian Brothers will provide the same high quality of service that I received.

We recently used Christian Brothers Moving and Storage for our move from Colorado to Kansas. The employees in the office were very helpful getting us started. The packers/movers (AJ, Steve and Joey) were great. AJ, the lead, communicated clearly what to expect and the expected timeline. They worked fast and efficiently, and were so courteous. The move went faster than we expected and the guys performed above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely recommend this company when the opportunity arises!

From the start, Christian Brothers Moving was great to work with! My first call was with Sabrina. She answered all my questions and got me a quote within an hour. We setup the move for March 26th and were going to store our belonging in their warehouse. With the crazy hot real estate market in Denver, plans changed 4 days before the move. We found a house and were able to move in very quickly. I called Christian Brothers and asked if they could take our belongings to a house vs their warehouse. I also asked if they could move some stuff out of a storage locker as well. They said they could accommodate both requests. There was a small change in the quote, due to the extra stop at the storage locker. The day before the move, Christian Brothers contacted me to verify all the info, time, and addresses.

The morning of the move, AJ called me and said they were heading our way. He also asked if we needed any last-minute boxes or other items. Once they arrived, AJ introduced the team (Joey, Jeremiah, and Alex), explained that they were employees of Christian Brothers (not day workers), went over the paperwork, clearly stated what they could and couldn’t move (propane tanks, chemicals, firearms\ammo), then asked for a tour of the house. In each room, the team asked questions about items moving\staying. We were told to take it easy and not help. They were here to do the move for us. Then they got to work. They protected the big items and shrink-wrapped items not in boxes. Within a few hours, the house was packed. They went to the storage locker and cleaned that out as well. When they got to the new house, AJ asked if someone would sit next to the front door and direct where boxes went. They set up our beds, table, desk, and hutch as well. At the end of the day the team had worked 9.5 hour and the quote was for 10 hours. AJ added everything up and the total bill was lowered to 9.5 hours of work. This was the easiest move I had ever done! Next time my family moves, we will call Christian Brothers moving and recommend them to anyone needing to move.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2100

Maria at the moving company mislead me when I tried to obtain a certain day for my move. She assured me that after taking my information and giving me a quote that an assessment would be made by a department and she would get back to me by email to state all was approved. I never received an email. When I called the next day, I found out the slot was given to someone else. I was furious with their poor customer service. I spoke with the manager Sabrina who was understanding, but could do nothing about it. I asked her to reprimand the employee so this does not happen to someone else. I do not recommend anyone using this company.

I recently used Christian Brothers for a local move. The coordinator for the move did not know how to pack a truck. Mispacked the truck and took over an 1-1/2 to unpack and repack which charged me additional hours in the hourly fees. I had five movers who didn't understand or speak English and left their trash in every room and talked on their cell phones numerous times. Very disappointed in the Company and when I complained they did nothing to make the hours right.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $3500

We chose Christian Brothers Moving for a local Colorado move and while the quote process was easy and what made us go with them the packing process was left much to be desired.

Prior to our packing day we realized boxes were not included in the quote and asked if we could supply our own and were told "yeah, absolutely no problem" so I went out of my way and got a bunch of boxes of all sizes from others who recently moved. On the day of packing I explained to the packers that we provided boxes and packing materials and to please use those and not Christian Brothers boxes. After a bit I went to check on things and saw that the entire kitchen was packed up using Christian Brothers boxes, and not one of the boxes I provided. I confronted the packer and he didn't explain why he had done so and shrugged.

They did start to use my boxes once confronted but this was after using $300 worth of their supplies.

Additionally, later I went back to clean and noticed that they only packed about 80% of the kitchen, random drawers and cupboards were still full..?

The movers on the following day were great! I have no complaints other than a pretty long lunch (1.5-2 hours). This was an entirely different crew so I did not ask them about the charge for the boxes. Due to an entirely different crew and the moving taking place over a weekend I mistakenly decided to wait until the next business day, Monday to call the office about the issue.

The office was no help. I spoke to someone who promised to call back and never did. I called back the following day and was told this never happens and they will not do anything to remedy the situation. They requested a picture of my boxes as they were wondering about the "integrity" of my provided boxes. First time I heard that one...

Overall I would say pass on this company. They were much more expensive than quoted, lied about the boxes and while the movers kept saying how little we had to move, they still took the maximum hours estimated to move us (we paid for their lunch/break) and didn't even pack up the whole house. If they offered some sort of refund I would be okay but they refused to accept any blame and offer anything in return. Horrible customer service! There are too many other options our there to land on these guys for your move!

Our experience with Christian Brothers was great from begeinning to end. Kristin on the reservations side was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of the process and costs, and always prompt to answer my follow up emails. Our moving crew, Oscar L., Oscar P., Nick, and Irving were exceptional: professional, courteous, and hard working. They had good communication with each other and with us. They worked conscientiously and quickly. Based on this experience, we will definitely recommend the company to others.

On the first day, Troy and David packed my mom’s belongings and did a fantastic job. They were very careful and treated everything as if it were there own. The next day Jared joined the team to load the truck. On day 3 they moved her things from Colorado to Kansas and unloaded all her belongings into her new apartment. Throughout the entire process they were all very polite, respectful, and professional. Whenever Mom got up from her chair one of them was always there to give her his hand and help her. They treated her like their favorite grandma, it was so great! We told them we were so happy we had them for all 3 days of her move and Troy said that after the first day they asked if they could finish her move with her. It was such a

great feeling! I would 100% recommend Christian Brothers and will definitely use them myself if I ever need to move. I’ll even ask for Troy and his crew.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Jackie and Abe for my move to Colo from AZ. Jackie made me feel very confident about my upcoming move. She assured me that my home would be the only one on the truck and it was very secure. She took care of everything . She sent me Abe who took very good care of all my belongings. I could not have made this move without the two of them . Thank you so much Jackie and Abe. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Moving and Storage for all of your moving needs. Please request Jackie Mazon . She is the best !

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8400

We got quotes from 3 moving companies before choosing Christian Bros. Many thanks to Eddie, Gio, Luis and Carlos. They were on time to start, efficient and in a great mood the entire time they worked. We had a 4 Bedroom home and 21 yrs worth of stuff to move. They carefully handled all our items taking special care to wrap a few precious things we had and promptly got everything loaded into their storage unit for us. Many thanks for prompt communications and a great move.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3300

Christian Brothers have a fantastic energizer employee in Mark! He drove the truck from Colorado Springs to Rio Rico, AZ, then unloaded the truck himself and saved us over $300. He assembled our king size bed, picked up a heavy six-foot motorized desk to get it through a tight space and a lot of boxes. Did I mention I collect rocks and a number of the boxes contained my collection?! Mark did it all with no break at an unbelieveable speed and with a smile. Mark was professional and personable and a credit to Christian Brothers. He set a high bar for any future moving events for our family.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $9500

Our experience with Christian Brothers and the moving crew was extremely positive. The scheduling and communication with the front office was great. The closing on our new house was delayed three weeks so we had to have our household goods put in CB storage. The crew was on time and friendly and worked quickly and carefully both times. We will certainly recommend Christian Brothers Moving to our family and friends for any moving and storage needs. Thank you for making a stressful process easy.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2200

Christian Brothers Moving and Storage provided us with an exceptional moving experience. From the very first call, I was impressed with how efficient and thorough their intake process was. They asked all the right questions to assess our moving needs and ensure they were fully prepared for the size and scope of our move.

The moving team was phenomenal—friendly, kind, and incredibly hardworking. Despite a full nine hours of moving, they maintained a positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude the entire time. Their professionalism and efficiency made the process smooth and stress-free.

Since our move involved downsizing, they seamlessly handled two separate stops—one to storage and one to our new home. This added convenience made a big difference for us. I would absolutely use Christian Brothers Moving and Storage for every move from here on out. Highly recommended!
