Office personnel

Maria at the moving company mislead me when I tried to obtain a certain day for my move. She assured me that after taking my information and giving me a quote that an assessment would be made by a department and she would get back to me by email to state all was approved. I never received an email. When I called the next day, I found out the slot was given to someone else. I was furious with their poor customer service. I spoke with the manager Sabrina who was understanding, but could do nothing about it. I asked her to reprimand the employee so this does not happen to someone else. I do not recommend anyone using this company.

Awesome Move

This company did a fantastic job. The office was so friendly and helpful and they put together a very accurate estimate and gave us great moving advice. The movers worked so hard and we’re so careful with all of our items. They performed the job under the estimated hours and the Packers did just as good a job the day before. ChristianBrothers was highly recommended by two different groups of friends and they were spot on. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Horrible Experience

I recently used Christian Brothers for a local move. The coordinator for the move did not know how to pack a truck. Mispacked the truck and took over an 1-1/2 to unpack and repack which charged me additional hours in the hourly fees. I had five movers who didn't understand or speak English and left their trash in every room and talked on their cell phones numerous times. Very disappointed in the Company and when I complained they did nothing to make the hours right.

Best move we’ve ever done. No stress

Gio,Eddie,Oscar,Luis,Mauro came on a short notice a day before thanksgiving 2021 we were panicking due to the holiday and stress with our schedule. Game no fear Christian brothers is here. Very fast knowledgeable and courteous took a team of five great guys to move us and set us all back up in our new house. I’ve used several other movingly companies but I will always use this crew and Christian brothers only from now on.

Over Promised & Under Quoted

We chose Christian Brothers Moving for a local Colorado move and while the quote process was easy and what made us go with them the packing process was left much to be desired.

Prior to our packing day we realized boxes were not included in the quote and asked if we could supply our own and were told "yeah, absolutely no problem" so I went out of my way and got a bunch of boxes of all sizes from others who recently moved. On the day of packing I explained to the packers that we provided boxes and packing materials and to please use those and not Christian Brothers boxes. After a bit I went to check on things and saw that the entire kitchen was packed up using Christian Brothers boxes, and not one of the boxes I provided. I confronted the packer and he didn't explain why he had done so and shrugged.

They did start to use my boxes once confronted but this was after using $300 worth of their supplies.

Additionally, later I went back to clean and noticed that they only packed about 80% of the kitchen, random drawers and cupboards were still full..?

The movers on the following day were great! I have no complaints other than a pretty long lunch (1.5-2 hours). This was an entirely different crew so I did not ask them about the charge for the boxes. Due to an entirely different crew and the moving taking place over a weekend I mistakenly decided to wait until the next business day, Monday to call the office about the issue.

The office was no help. I spoke to someone who promised to call back and never did. I called back the following day and was told this never happens and they will not do anything to remedy the situation. They requested a picture of my boxes as they were wondering about the "integrity" of my provided boxes. First time I heard that one...

Overall I would say pass on this company. They were much more expensive than quoted, lied about the boxes and while the movers kept saying how little we had to move, they still took the maximum hours estimated to move us (we paid for their lunch/break) and didn't even pack up the whole house. If they offered some sort of refund I would be okay but they refused to accept any blame and offer anything in return. Horrible customer service! There are too many other options our there to land on these guys for your move!

Great Moving Experience

We’ve had the chance to use Christian Brothers for two moves and to store our household items. This second move was tricky, with a very difficult driveway and complicated by snow. Our team was incredible. We were lucky to have Von, Abe, Josh, and James. They were positive, friendly and high energy all day. They worked really well as a team, took great care with our items and got us settled quickly. The best moving experience we’ve had in decades.

Local move with excellent service!

We had an awesome experience with our moving team! They worked hard all day moving us to a smaller home locally, and with great care of our belongings! Shrink wrapped and packed well into two huge trucks filled to the brim...these guys earned every penny that day!

Did an outstanding job

The men did an outstanding job. They were quick pushing packing our belongings. The took the time to wrap what needed to be protected. They packed the house in a timely matter. Eddie kept us informed on what was going on. They unpacked everything quickly and most importantly they all had great attitudes. Very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for professional hard working movers.

Careful, Thoughtful, Efficient Movers

Oscar, Jared and Jaime were an awesome crew. They listened to needs and instructions and efficiently moved our furniture, boxes and other belongings. They took care to wrap items to ensure they didn’t get damaged or dirty and worked well as a team to get the job done. When they weren’t sure about something they asked and made sure all needs were met before leaving both locations. I recommend Christian Brothers and am glad Oscar, Jared and Jaime were our crew!

Excellent experience

Our experience with Christian Brothers was great from begeinning to end. Kristin on the reservations side was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of the process and costs, and always prompt to answer my follow up emails. Our moving crew, Oscar L., Oscar P., Nick, and Irving were exceptional: professional, courteous, and hard working. They had good communication with each other and with us. They worked conscientiously and quickly. Based on this experience, we will definitely recommend the company to others.

Long-distance move from Colorado to Kansas

Excellent Service

On the first day, Troy and David packed my mom’s belongings and did a fantastic job. They were very careful and treated everything as if it were there own. The next day Jared joined the team to load the truck. On day 3 they moved her things from Colorado to Kansas and unloaded all her belongings into her new apartment. Throughout the entire process they were all very polite, respectful, and professional. Whenever Mom got up from her chair one of them was always there to give her his hand and help her. They treated her like their favorite grandma, it was so great! We told them we were so happy we had them for all 3 days of her move and Troy said that after the first day they asked if they could finish her move with her. It was such a

great feeling! I would 100% recommend Christian Brothers and will definitely use them myself if I ever need to move. I’ll even ask for Troy and his crew.

Recent cross country move

We are very pleased with the Christian brothers staff and especially the lead driver for our job -Jose. He was fabulous. The delivery truck was new and our goods have appeared to arrive intact after 90 days of storage. Our main negative was the local help that was supposed to assist in the unload was a no show and my 62 year old wife and I were needed to assist. Gonna skip the gym this week!

Quality Movers

Oscar, Mark O., Sico, Niuris, Anthony, and JP were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and respectfu. They worked until the job was complete. Whenever a challenge was presented they knew how to navigate that challenge. If ever I have to move personally or professionally, I will request the same exact crew again. Efficient, polite and well priced.

We got quotes from 3 moving companies before choosing Christian Bros. Many thanks to Eddie, Gio, Luis and Carlos. They were on time to start, efficient and in a great mood the entire time they worked. We had a 4 Bedroom home and 21 yrs worth of stuff to move. They carefully handled all our items taking special care to wrap a few precious things we had and promptly got everything loaded into their storage unit for us. Great job, Mark M & Christian Brothers

Christian Brothers have a fantastic energizer employee in Mark! He drove the truck from Colorado Springs to Rio Rico, AZ, then unloaded the truck himself and saved us over $300. He assembled our king size bed, picked up a heavy six-foot motorized desk to get it through a tight space and a lot of boxes. Did I mention I collect rocks and a number of the boxes contained my collection?! Mark did it all with no break at an unbelieveable speed and with a smile. Mark was professional and personable and a credit to Christian Brothers. He set a high bar for any future moving events for our family.

Excellent moving experience

Our experience with Christian Brothers and the moving crew was extremely positive. The scheduling and communication with the front office was great. We were given an accurate quote. Also, Jimmy, Carlos A., Cesar R., Jorge M., and Luis G. arrived on time and quickly got to work.
