I am waiting for stuff still. I have been waiting since 7/31. It is supposedly on its way and should be here today. I have gotten 5 different delivery times and dates. I am not happy and will never use a mover again. I was not told this company was a broker and didn't actually do the moving part them selves. Their contract says too many different things than the actual movers and their "quote" was way off and I had to pay 500.00 more than what they said. I will only use U-Haul from now on and move myself.

I used Charter Van Lines to have my truck transported from Michigan to California. I didn’t think my truck would make the trip if I tried to drive it and I didn’t want to buy a new vehicle once I got there. I did some research and decided to have it transported. I had never done anything like this before so I was somewhat confused on how it would work. Charter Van Lines customer service really helped me out and explained how the process would work. They assured me that my vehicle would have a safe trip. They also scheduled everything for me and the driver came and picked it up on time and unloaded it on time. It was a pleasant experience working with Charter Van Lines.

We were moving from Arkansas to NewYrok and having two boys it was a huge stress. We didn’t even know where to begin. We began searching and ran across Charter Van Lines, we decided to give them a chance and sent them all our information online to get a free quote. We were very impressed with their prices and decided to give them a chance. And honestly it was the best decision we made. They took charge right away and literally lifted everything off our shoulder. They wrapped all our fragile items super hard and took excellent care of them. Everything arrived on time and without a scratch. I couldn’t believe their excellent customer service skills and positive attitude. They made you feel like it was their pleasure taking care of your items. I highly recommend and would defiantly reuse.

Charter Van Lines were by far the best company that I could have called for my long distance, cross-country move. I needed to move in a hurry due to starting a new job and they were able to come out quickly and get me moved. Not only did they load the truck and transport my truckload of household things, but they also packed everything for me. I couldn't believe that they would even offer to do that. I have so much stuff, it's amazing that they were able to get everything packed and loaded so quickly. 96 They were very helpful and kind to me during the entire process. They helped me stay stress free and I am very grateful for that. If I ever need to move so far away again, I will be calling Charter Van Lines.

I had lived in Oklahoma and used Charter Van Lines for relocating to Dallas for a new job. They were relatively fast and made everything pretty easy, I just used them for some bigger items that were too hard for me to transport in my car. They picked everything up and had a time frame that it would be at the new location and I actually got a call ahead of time to make sure I was there to receive my things. There pricing was fair for the most part, my company was helping me with the relocation costs and gave me a budget to stay under. If I decided to move again in the near future I would definitely think about using these movers.

Charter Van Lines are the must corrupt company we"ve ever known. They not only farmed us out to Ocean Moving and Storage who on the move from Cape Cod, Ma to Greenville, SC. damaged so much of our property and stole about $40,000 of jewelry and personal belongings! We've tried to call 11 times (Charter) and not one call back!! Our boxes that did arrive came crushed and broken glass falling out of the torn cartons! Leg on our living room table broken off and so much more we can't even fathom what actually happen!
JAY CARIONE, was so wonderful on the phone, telling us how wonderful the company is, they will set everything up, (NOT)how curious they are, horrible!! Ocean Moving employees needs to go the JAIL!!

I don’t really write reviews, but I had to for this company! I must say that this is one of the best companies I have ever used for moving. Not only were they professional, but they made sure my furniture was handled with care, and that my overall moving experience was pleasant. Since I was moving into a new apartment, I was already worried, especially because of the fact that I had tons of precious paintings and glass tables. However, their professionalism and joyful attitudes eased my fears. They also finished very quickly which was surprising, yet refreshing. The website is very, very easy to navigate and use, and when I called for a question, they were extremely helpful, useful, and friendly. It was such a relief to deal with professional company in such a stressful time of moving, so I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, as well as use it again in the future!

I have been a Florida resident all of my life and never thought I would find myself moving out of state. Earlier this year, my husband was offered an incredible job across the country and we decided to relocate. I am so grateful that I found Charter Van Lines because I had no idea how to move all of our things. You would expect some aspect of cross-country moving to be a nightmare, but they made every single step of this process so easy! They showed up on time, packed all of our valuables with such care, and loaded/unloaded everything so quickly. All we had to do was show up to our new home and the Charter Van Lines team took care of everything else. Worth every penny!
