From the moment I contacted Centennial and spoke with Jacob to the final unloading of the truck, everything was professional and exactly what I hoped it would be. I was kept up to date with all stages of the move and things went smoothly.

I used Centennial to move my senior mother from Toronto to Calgary. The booking process was straightforward and rates were very reasonable. . I was provided with a date and time for pick up. The local movers (Miracle Movers) were punctual, efficient,and professional. They took care wrapping and moving several one of a kind pine furniture pieces that were over 50 years old.

I was given an estimated time for delivery of 3-5 weeks. It did take over 4 weeks, however the movers in Calgary were once again punctual, efficient and careful.

Great customer service and professional staff

After much research, I decided to move with Centennial Moving Service in September 2022. My route was from Ontario to British Columbia. From Toronto, I was very satisfied with the fast and well-prepared service. I packed as per instructions. But they still check and strengthen during loading. After it arrived in Vancouver, I have 3 floor house still they put all stuff as per my requirements, I am very happy with that. It took 5 weeks which actually before arrival date. I moved kitchen stuff, living room items and some electrical items not my furniture so everything is good in condition but some dents on the boxes luckily not on my stuff.

Basically, I had a great experience with their service and I will definitely suggest their service to ones who are planning for a long-distance move.

When we were planning to move from Toronto to Calgary, everyone wished us good luck as if we were going on a battle. And that is because a lot of people have a had horrifying experiences while moving. BUT… thank god i got a reference from a friend for Centennial Moving.. my experience with them starting from the very first interaction, to get an estimated quote, to movers coming in Toronto to pick our stuff to Movers delivering our stuff in Calgary, has beeen sooo smooth and professional. Movers handled our stuff with care. Not even a single item was lost and not even a single item was damaged. Wow!! And a great thing that our actual bill cane out to be less than the estimated quote. Which is rarely seen from any other movers. Kudos to centennial..!!

We hired "Centennial Moving" 12082799 Canada Inc to move our entire belongings from Vancouver BC to Kingston ON. Our initial quote for the move about about $2800. Items were picked up at the end of December and delivered January 22nd 2022 and the price changed to $4400. We were told to pay in full that day or they would keep all of our belongings. They said the price increase was due to the shipment weighing more than originally expected, which is not true and was grossly over estimated by the company. Additionally, we were told to pay in cash or e-transfer, and if we used any other method of payment we would be charged additional fees.

We tried to resolve this issue with the company with no success. In the end we were forced to pay the extra money.

Extremely efficient movers at both ends, pickup and delivery completed in less than 2 hours each. Everything arrived intact, no damage whatsoever to any of my belongings. Centennial also delivered within the time window they provided (5 weeks). I was hoping for sooner, but I can't fault them for delivering within their promised window, even if it was right at the end of that window. In terms of price, my belongings are fairly lightweight, so my actual price came in $1100 less than what was quoted, which was a great bonus. I could've been overcharged, and I wasn't, which really shows their business integrity compared to the nightmare stories you hear about their competitors. I shopped around at Great Canadian Van Lines and AMJ Campbell, but they were too expensive at over $4000 for my 1 bedroom. I also got quotes from low cost movers offering $500-$700, but did not trust those. Centennial moved me for $2500 with zero headaches and complaints, fantastic value for money compared to competitors. I would 10/10 use them again if I ever need to move long distance again.

After extensive research regards to the move, I decided to use Centennial moving service in early September this year. My move was from Ontario to British Columbia.

From Toronto Ontario, I was very satisfied with the quick and well-executed operation of the moving service. They provided detailed information (i.e. approximation of the weight/cost/arrival date etc.) and rapid, but sturdy packaging of large objects such as beds, frames, clothing racks, chairs, etc. Overall, I was impressed with the service that I received in Toronto.

After I arrived in Vancouver, I received the final pricing of the move which was a bit higher than what I have anticipated. Yet, upon request, Centennial customer service provided a proof document regards to the total weight. It took close to 5 weeks to receive the notice of the arrival date of my items which was in the range of the ETA they proposed prior to the contract.

The Vancouver moving staff, similar to their Toronto counterparts, were very professional and organized. It took around an hour and a half to complete the service (a one-bedroom condo amount of items) and no hassle whatsoever.

I had some dents on the boxes which I somewhat understand as it was a long-distance move. I experienced no major problems and Centennial was willing to provide a small compensation for the minor damages.

Overall, on my personal take, I had a great experience with their service and I will definitely suggest their service to ones who are planning for a long-distance move.

I was initially very skeptical with using Centennial Moving, not necessarily because they had any bad reviews, but it's difficult to find a moving company that you trust to move your valuable items, especially across the country. But I don't really have any negative comments about them. Service was great, from the initial customer service representative (thank you Kate) to the actual movers (both in Mississauga and Edmonton). They came at the time they stated that they would arrive at our home, they wrapped any items that needed to be wrapped, did it well and efficiently, gave us all the documents we needed, and then when they arrived in Edmonton, it was the same thing. Arrived on time, unloaded everything efficiently, and carefully as well, placed it where we asked them to, and did it all quickly. The signing of the documents, agreeing to prices and the move was all done very smoothly and without any hiccups. If you're looking to put your trust in a company that will ensure your possessions are well handled and delivered without issues, I'd highly recommend Centennial Moving.
