Everything seemed fine while doing our estimate, they seemed professional and asked plenty of questions to make sure everything was on the list. When o got my quote it was around $6,000 so I payed my deposit to lock it in. Later on I was going over my list and I wanted to add a few items before the move and I was going over the quote when o noticed a few larger items that had been missed, and a couple small items, 8-10 cubic feet, that they had claimed to be 40+ cubic feet. Made a call, added the items, corrected the quote, and payed the $200 or so to keep my deposit correct.

Day of the move arrives and the movers show up. Guy says that authority was off on their estimate and the cost was going to be higher. Ended up paying the movers about $8,000. With the “deposit” and the move I spend over $10,000 on a move that Authority said would cost me under $7,000. Authority tried to tell me that it was because the boxes I used were not the size they estimated, but I told them that I was using UHaul small, medium, large, and extra large.

I had told them that I would not be packing the TVs and I would like to have the movers box them up, a week before the move authority told me that it would cost more for the movers to box them. Why they waited until the last minute to tell me I don’t know. I ended up telling them I would box the TVs myself.

I would not recommend Authority moving group to anyone in the future. Get someone yourself and go for someone who is going to do the work themselves.

Authority came and did our move with only about a weeks notice. I was already impressed with that level of responsiveness but to top it off they also gave me what could easily be called the best move I have ever had. Their guys are so hard working and the attention to detail is just fantastic. I wish that had used them sooner because they’re the best movers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I can’t stress enough that if you’re planning to move this company will do an amazing job for you.

I got several quotes from several different moving companies before I decided on Authority Moving Group. These guys offered me a great price and they seemed to really know what they were doing. I could tell they had a lot of experience. The movers were courteous and were very in sync with each other. We didn’t have any sort of mishaps or issues through the whole move and given that we relocated over several states that’s saying a lot. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and their service is top notch.

From the first quote to the completion of our move Authority was the best. They mad everything go so smoothly. Their guys and truck arrive right on time. Their movers promptly got to work and did everything they could to make sure that the mover went smoothly. Everything arrived to our new home safely and without a single scratch. I appreciate the level of communication and professionalism that this company used throughout. My expectations were completed exceeded and I recommend Authority Moving Group happily.

I hired Authority to help us move cross country. They were wonderful. Through the whole process of our move they were very communicative and made sure to follow up with us several times before the actual move date. When it came to the move itself they were very fast and worked well with each other. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t noticed any damage to anything. It’s clear that this company knows exactly what it’s doing. I would definitely hire them again should I move in the future.

I’m so glad that I got a chance to use authority Moving Group! I was kind of racing against the clock as I needed to be out before the month was over. Authority was extremely professional, on time, and ready to work! I don’t really have too many complaints there was a small scratch on the table but it wasn’t anything major! Taking in to consideration how much was actually moved that was the least of my worries! I definitely have to say to that they were very affordable I was surprised what my invoice came out to for everything they actually moved for us! 5 out of 5, I would definitely recommend using them!
