Excellent delivery.

I found LeeMoves very easily through AnyVan and he delivered my chairs promptly, safely and for a very reasonable price - he also sorted out collection and was helpful at the point of delivery. Good but..

Easy to use web site plenty of quotes to choose from. The company I picked was excellent. prompt fast, hard working guys. no damages so well pleased with them.
I have been told by other third parties that Anyvan take quite a hefty commission. I appreciate that they have admin costs, verification processes etc but if all is to be believed Anyvan take a large slice and had I known how much I would have thought again on using their site.
No offence but as a seasoned but now old and retired logistics/removals guy of 25 years experience I have reservations on the commission side of things.

Great service.

Great easy service for comparing quotes quickly. Got a bid in 6 minutes, an acceptable price in 20 minutes. I selected the driver for the job and was delighted that next day the job was done. Kept in touch before the move which was great as was a stressful time. I would definitely use Anyvan again and will recommend to my friends.

Horrible experience.

Driver showed up 4 hours late at 8pm, the van was not fit for purpose, driver was rushed, stressed and not careful at all with our belongings. Overall horrible experience. Please stay away from this company.

Rude & lazy drivers.

Driver came and began to be rude when he saw the item to collect at the top of the stairs.. he aggressively says "this was ground floor only!", so I brought the item down from upstairs (I am a sufferer of severe emphysema) for him and he then makes the excuse "it's too far to take to the van".. the van was 20 feet away from the house.

He then calls my Mother "a stupid old cow" and gives me the w*nker hand sign from his van. Ironic in a way really as he looked to be in his 70's, bald, with thick lenses and about to pop his clogs any minute if he lifted so more than a little finger.

Anyvan were good on the phone to be fair, but I doubt they will drop the driver from their schedule.. they never do.

Horrible service and rude customer service! someone needs to take this.

The driver did not do the promised job and claimed he had done it, they charged me and asked for evidence. I sent evidence in terms of footage and they claimed the footage was not " good" enough.

I have asked to be put in touch with their legal department several times with no luck! I will put in an official complaint! how do they manage to hide all these bad reviews from top of the google page! will also send in a complaint report on that as the they only display positive reviews!
p.s my service charge was £90 but it would not let me post without three digits?

stay far away from these guys!!

Buyer beware.

AnyVan are NOT a removals company, they are a booking agent.
I did not receive the service I paid for and they are said our T&C mean we don't have to reimburse you as the driver, the sole trader, its between you and him. Do I have any of his details? no
So they have kept my money.

The driver called 40 min ahead of delivery time to tell me he would be here 40 minutes later and he was. He was friendly, efficient and careful with my new chair. I would be happy to use Anyvan again.

Efficient and easy to deal with.

Used these guys for the first time to pick up a bed from london and deliver to surrey. Easy to book and clear pricing information throughout. Driver made contact as soon as booking confirmed and kept me updated on his progress in the London traffic so I knew when to expect them. All went smoothly and would use them again.

They are theives.

This is the worst Removals service possible. They lie, their entire model is a scam. They book customers on very low prices and then the drivers charge you extra money. They are running a scam and probably their own employees are only ones who have given them good reviews on trust pilot (a very common practice). This scam should stop.
