We moved the house with the Authority, and they have been outstanding. Especially Danielle, who was totally patient and friendly, though we changed the date twice… Danielle rescheduled everything and made everything work with our timing. The moving contractors were very friendly, came well on time, made the confirmation call before coming which displayed professionalism. The service was under our budget. Very happy. Will highly recommend Authority Experts to our friends and families. Will use their services in the future if needed.

I anticipated moving day being so stressful as the whole process leading up to the day was! How wrong was I... Sal could not organize the process better to make the day any easier if possible. He found the best movers, who were attentive, caring, and industrious. No breaks, no pauses, no talks. Swiftly loading our goods on and off of the vans in an efficient and professional manner. Would recommend Moving Authorities to anyone! I literally didn’t have to worry about anything!

If I could give Authority Moving Experts 10 stars I would, five just isn't enough. From the quote stage to the last item placed in our new home by their contractor - the service was excellent. It was incredibly hot on the day we moved, and I was so worried the move wouldn't go ahead - but nothing stopped these guys. Kenny was controlling the movers and made sure they took care of everything we had and went the extra mile. The guys were all polite and courteous - they just made everything about the move itself easy and simple. With a bit of good humor thrown in, they were as efficient as you can be - we would never try and move by ourselves again. You pay for quality - don't hesitate about using these people - we are so glad we used them - thank you for all you did!

From the very start, Authority’s team was helpful giving the best quote by far in some cases 50% cheaper, offering boxes for packing and delivering whenever needed. Always reachable and courteous, they did all they could to make things run smoothly. On the day of moving the team, they found for us, arrived on time, and were very organized. The guys who moved us were a great bunch and went above and beyond in some cases. Moving us in at the other end was very quick and efficient with no issues. I would recommend this service to anyone, value for money, and great service.

I saw some of the comments on this Company and I thought that maybe some of the people were exaggerating. During my move with Authority Moving Experts, I ended up having the same issues. I was guaranteed one price when I was quoted, then told a higher price when I called back to book the move. I was eventually given that same price of which I was quoted after a long back and forth conversation. when I scheduled the move, I stated that I needed a Saturday delivery, and I was told that this would be no problem. I had to schedule an appointment to have someone available at the storage facility where my things were being held and I told Authority 2 weeks before the move that the appointment for the storage facility was for 9am. Authority stated that this will not be a problem. On the day of the move the movers that Authority scheduled, Best Moving in Santa Clara showed up 2 hours later that what was guaranteed by Authority. Once everything was loaded, Best Moving stated that I did not list my couch and love seat on the inventory list and I stated that I am sure that I listed the items and Best Moving stated,” We can leave it and just take what you put on the inventory List" (The Couch and love seat were included on the inventory list that I completed) or you can pay the $1000.00 dollars for the extra cubic feet. I had no choice but to pay the additional $1000.00. to take the pieces. When I called Authority Customer service, The agent stated that it wasn’t listed. I asked for a copy of the Agreement and as of 3 weeks later I am still waiting for it. ( Once you pay the reservation fee, the full contract disappears from the page and you get and abridged copy to view) Once my furnishing were picked up, the $1000.00 charge was added, the 800.00 that I put to reserve the move was remove and not added to the bottom line because Best Moving stated that Authority took the moving and it did not add to the bottom line for the pickup. I called Authority and after that conversation they called Best and cleared things up. Well, I wasn’t paying the incorrect amount and Best Moving charged me a late fee of 150.00 Dollars while they were correcting the error. Authority did not to get the fee removed. The expectation was that I pay the incorrect amount and wait till everything was cleared up

Once my items were picked up from the storage facility, I assumed that my things would be immediately on their way to me. I am out of state and thought ok 7 days it will be here. I called and the customer service on the pickup end and he stated that the contract from authority stated that I would not be able to receive the items until after May 21,2022. Best Moving customer service stated that my things were picked up and we straight to their storage. Today which is a few days short of June 14,2022 weeks since my things were picked up, I was informed by the Authority customer service that I stated that I would not be ready to receive the items until May 21st. I stated that I never stated that and why would I move into my home and sleep on an air mattress while my things are sitting in storage on the west coast, and I am on the east coast. I was then told t that this is their busy season and have no idea when my things would arrive, I asked why didn’t your people at Authority give me full disclosure?? Customer service could now answer the question or any questions. Authority has done nothing but washed their hands. Authority customer service just kept mimicking what Best Moving was saying.

Saturday June 4th, the movers with my furniture called and stated that they would deliver Monday June 6th and they stated that my balance would be 400.00 more that what best emailed me when they picked up my shipment. I called Authority again and once again the bill must be reviewed by authority and worked out between Best Moving. The final call with Authority, the guy stated that there were a few hiccups and that he hoped everything worked out. This was a nightmare. Summing up my experience in my opinion:

• What I was quote was not the price, I was having to pay rom Authority

• The contracted Moving Company:

o Billed me wrong and I had to pay a late fee for their error

o Authority Customer Service promised each time I called that she would call me back and never called me back. I had to constantly call and fight for what I was promised at the time I put a deposit down with Authority

o Authority said that I put down when I can receive the shipment and the part of the contract from Best Moving that had “1st date available” was empty (proving I did not give them that date. It was never covered)

o Best Moving over charged me and I had to pay a late fee while they cleared up the amount.

The team at Authority movers was great. From initial conversations through to the actual move date they kept in touch and made sure everything was still being checked over. The team they found for us came over early to pre-pack as much as possible and the packing on the day only took about 90 minutes. They were polite, looked after the property, on time, and were very helpful. Unpacking on the other side was just as good, nothing was damaged, everything was put where we asked and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a stress-free and perfectly organized move. The price was also great value, really impressive.

Highly recommended!!! We contacted Authority Moving experts very last minute, and Kenny who was our coordinator was top friendly and professional. He made all possible and impossible to make the removal so much easier and stress-free. We hadn’t quite finished all of our packing and the guys Kenny assigned to our move even helped pack our final bits. Can’t believe how quickly they got everything packed in the vans. They were waiting patiently for us when we arrived at the new house and unpacked even quicker. They were very organized and followed all of our instructions, and even used protective sheets down to protect the flooring too. Would without a doubt use these guys again :-)

I was so stressed about the packing and moving process, but thanks to Kenny it all went great. I knew I didn’t have time to negotiate with moving companies myself, so was very glad when found Authority Experts. They took it over in no time, and 2 days later my move was booked at a really, like really competitive price. I admit I have a lot of stuff. I was open and honest with what I needed to be done for my move in regards to a pre-pack and move. Kenny arranged to accommodate this over a 2 day period as it was a big job. All the details at the time of the booking on how the rates work as well as payment options once the move was completed were explained very well and were even available for my forgetful mind to refer back to in the confirmation email. Overall very impressed with their team, would definitely use them again.

This is a scam company! You know what? I just learned it today myself and I like to share it with you. They ARE NOT a moveimg company! They are a small start up broker and they do not move your stuff. They just refer you to another companies and when they do not find any body they easily ruin your schedule. They LIE beautifully and convince you about their service but as soon as you paid the deposit this beauty turns to a beast. I paid deposit on July 29th of 2022 and Ms. Danielle said on the phone that they will pick up my stuff on Sunday 31st of July between 12 to 3 pm. I booked 2 flights. One domestic and one international based on what she told me on the phone. However on Sunday, guess what? No body showed up! I called million times and no one was answering the phone. On Monday she said that my move has been scheduled for Monday and Tuseday 2nd and 3rd of August. However, there is a delay at their end and they can't make it on Monday as well. Today , Tuseday 2nd of August 2022" I had two flights and I missed both of them and they did not show up! I asked Ms. Danielle why she lied about the pick up date originally on the phone and she tried to pretend that it has been a misscomunication! They just LIE and LIE and LIE. Please save your time and your money and use a company that is reliable. I asked for a rdfund and they said they will get back to me shortly but I did not hear back any thing yet.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I Googled these guys first and decided to give them a try as they had so many wonderful reviews ..... and I can see why. They were very prompt in getting back to me to organize everything and couldn't have been more helpful. They listened carefully to when and why we were moving and quoted us perfectly on the same day. On moving day, their rep Jamie was just amazing - he controlled the movers he sent and I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. The movers were lovely guys, very careful with all our belongings, very quick and experienced. They and Jamie worked like a team and that made our move seamless for us. No talks, no extra time - even better than advertised.

We had an excellent relocation with Authority Moving Experts - they literally took care of everything, all I had to do was to reach out and confirm the date. Jamie was our point of contact, and he was the person who was a bridge between me and the movers' team he assigned. The guys were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We had them load up at one place, unload at our new home, then load up items at our storage location and unload them at our new home. I wholeheartedly recommend Authority Moving Experts in case you want a stress-free and safe move. We had a very nice experience with them.

Authority Moving experts did an outstanding job for me! I've lived in my house for 18 years and have amassed a lot of stuff, as we all do. I had the stuff packed, and the movers Authority chose and assigned to me arrived in a very professional, organized, detail-oriented, safe, and well-planned manner. They calculated the volume of my belongings, wrapped, blanketed, and grouped them, loaded them into the trailer with precision, not wasting a square inch of space, and made it all happen wonderfully! I can't recommend this firm highly enough! The communication with Sal was flawless, he double-checked everything, made movers arrive on time, and the guys were upbeat, smart, kind, and goal-oriented! This was an A+ experience, I can't recommend these guys more.

Kenny and his colleagues were fantastic. Kind, efficient, communicative, and simple to deal with. They organized our move perfectly, and there was nothing I had to worry about. Everything was done exactly as promised, and timing was followed strictly too. Kenny was on top of everything and I heard him being online with the movers literally all day. He made sure that movers were very careful with our belongings and worked promptly. The guys themselves were patient while we made impromptu decisions about where items should go, and nothing was too much to ask for. They go highly recommended by me and my family. These guys were extremely professional in means of organizing the moving service. It turned out really easy to work with them, they are very courteous and responsive, and actually, care that the movers they send would do a nice job. The people they work with also were professional, they took really good care of my furniture. They even wrapped up pieces without me asking. The movers finished right on schedule and it was really worth it. It saved me so much time and I didn't have to ask any of my friends that were probably too busy anyway. Thanks, guys, for saving me time, money, and possible friendships.

Worst experience ever. If your looking for headaches and low ball estimates with a coating of stolen and damaged belongings then look no further. These people will take your down payment then when they arrive the cubic foot of my refrigerator and lawnmower raised the price by 900 dollars. Paid it all in full then they were no where to be found , would not return phone calls or emails. They steal your money and belongings what a great business. For your own good please DO NOT hire or pay these people. Pay a little extra and deal with movers directly and distance yourself from this and other moving brokers .

Long story short: Promises were not kept, expansive cost escalations happened at points when they knew I had no choice, and thousands of dollars in personal property disappeared. They tell you that furniture that is disassembled for transport will be reassembled -- ours was not reassembled (and finding the hardware? good luck).

They will tell you anything you want to hear, and assure you that everything will be handled professionally. Once the carrier shows up at your house, the circus begins. You're likely to hear: "Oh, they never get these estimates of what you have right. It's going to be more to get all of this, and even then, it won't fit in the truck." I had to agree to $2,412 more to get "the rest of the truck." Even then, I had to scramble to rent another moving truck to get things we knew would not fit (another $1,500).

So, after a few conversations regarding what I had to move, we arrived at nearly $7,000 to move a 4-bedroom house about 625 miles. When the carrier (Top Rated Moving Van Lines LLC, of Passaic, New Jersey) arrived at my home that morning, their truck had a malfunction that necessitated them borrowing my tools to affect repairs. Ultimately, nearly everything from that large, rolling tool box never arrived my new home.

Now, I'm dealing with filing claims and having to prove what I had that is now missing. This has been a nightmare for me almost from the moment we paid the non-refundable deposit.

To say that I am disappointed in the way this has gone is an epic understatement. My advice is to avoid trusting Authority Moving Experts and never allow anyone from Top Rated Moving Van Lines LLC to step a foot on your property. If you do, my prediction is that you will regret it.
