I feel bad for the people that are just doing their daily jobs here, and really the CEO of this company and upper management are at fault. They make sure not to disclose tiny details to you and then blame the moving company they paymired you with . Ididnt even realize they were a broker until the day of pick up when another not extremely subpar moving company called Luxury Logisitics called. My fault for not paying attention to details after the first really kind call. I called them out for things they refused to be accountable for but they kept repeating a generic like” I understand but that’s all we can do.” That’s what you signed.” They are all very sweet on the phone is the scary part.. Not going to survive as a company if they can’t be accountable for unhappy customers complaints and their choice of moving companies they pair their customers up with. They will talk to you and say I understand and hear you but won’t take accountability by taking in the cost for their customers complaints of disservice when they paired them up with a poor company and the company will not refund them. They will offer a mere refund after you have to fight for yourself but not without prompting them several times. I immediately called them after my pick up saying as my broker they need to call the company and figure why I got these extra charges for tape, extra cubic feet, long carry fee, elevator fee, shrink weapon my sofa, the promise to assemble and dissemble furniture listed on the quote suddenly changed “the Foreman decides what’s safe” even after I told them that adds to he cubic feet, and just rude behavior. They have record of my emails and calls saying I need a resolution to this before my delivery date. And “conveniently” my truck arrives before the resolutions so I’m forced to pay the full amount. No communication or advocacy for the customer just a I understand but that’s all we can do. DOT is aware I’m sure so I don’t think unfortunately this company will last long until they realize they have to be accountable for the costs of unhappy customer who were not disclosed everything instead of a passive aggressive responses saying they did their best. I’m sure they will respond to this with some explanation or excuse rather than accountability. In hindsight, I know they are just trying their best, but the best doesn’t involve being accountable of the the poor service of the moving company they set us up with, hard to ever recommend them again. And seeing that I am not the only one means something.

I LOVE this company. Had a moving mishap and needed movers 2 days before I needed to move, and on a Sunday. I was desperate, and after contacting some moving companies directly, figured out I needed help. I have chosen Authority guys due to reviews, and OMG they delivered! They scheduled me instantly, and their quote was very fair. Movers that arrived were spectacular. I was shocked how efficient they were. At one point they had 16 boxes in the elevator for one trip down. It was crazy. I can’t recommend this team enough, they took care of everything! I will be using them for every move I have in the future - which I hope isn’t anytime soon.

Used their service for a short distance but big move (we needed 2 trucks)! Even though it was rather short notice, these guys sent us a 5-star team! They took only a couple of breaks while working 10+ hours, and were very easy to communicate with. day and kept us informed the entire time. They worked extremely hard and were pleasant to chat with during the process. This company’s customer service is amazing, between calls, texts, and emails, none went unanswered and most were immediately responded to. The price was extremely competitive and fair. The service received for the price paid was worth every cent. Thanks for the great help!

What a breath of fresh air! After trying to coordinate with another moving company I finally demanded my deposit back and called these guys. Totally positive experience from the first phone call. I was given a REASONABLE quote - no hidden fees or charges. They sent great company who knew what they were doing and were super knowledgeable with the packaging! All three movers introduced themselves - were friendly, efficient, and professional. They were wonderful. Thank you so much guys! You are indeed as good as you promised!
