Moving across the country is so much easier when you work with the right company. We spoke to several companies and reserved our move with always moving. Always moving has a long track record of keeping their word and working at a very high standard. Most of it comes out and just simple conversation like the way they treat their customers. They’re available basically any hour of the day or night and if for some reason you do call and don’t reach them they will get back to you same day everytime. We like the way they went about them self handling the furniture they work slowly and carefully so nothing would break. No furniture ever top off onto another piece and everything arrived exactly how it looked when It left. Real story.

It is a very tedious process but if you know what to look for it makes the search much easier. I’m going to share with you a website that was shared with us so you can research all your moving companies. ProtectYour move.gov. That is a government regulated site that will show you if the moving company is a mover or a broker and how much mileage they have ran. We like to we saw online they seem to do a good high standard quality of work and we didn’t have much stuff to move but there’s no way we could’ve handled it ourselves. We reached out to the prayers and they did not let us down thank you always moving you guys are a step above the rest.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank the crew, customer service department, quality assurance department and all the ownership over at always moving. You guys did a knockout job moving our household and we will definitely use you again in the future. We learned a lot of knowledge about the moving industry and we can see how easily someone can get caught up with the wrong company. It was very pleasant working with you and we appreciate the extra effort you put into making us feel comfortable. We always knew where our furniture wise and at no point do we have a bad feeling at all. We had plans to rent a truck and do the move ourself but once we got prices we quickly realized it was not a good idea and the more expensive option. Always moving was able to do our move cheaper then it would have been if we did it on our own. We got all the amenities and a great group of people all working for us to get us to our destination furniture intact and fast as possible. They were very flexible with the arrangements. We stayed in touch with the first person we started Witt until the very end. The had all the licenses up to date and a very respectable reputation. We liked what we saw on the internet but in person they were even better. There was nothing they handle and still very impressed with all the work. 5 stars.

We've moved across the country several times and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Always Moving does not do long distance moves, they subcontract out everything when it comes to moving long distance. Thus, they have virtually no control over the process once you make your deposit. We were promised by several people at the Company that the delivery window would be 5-14 days from date of first delivery (like normal moving companies). However, it took 40 DAYS for Always Moving to deliver our items. Sales people are pushy and make false promises. Our several contacts at the Company did not answer any of our phone calls or emails throughout the entire month, dispatch is your only point of contact once items are picked up. Always Moving also promised that the driver would notify us 48 hours before delivery so we could prepare. To our surprise the driver called us at 4pm on a Saturday and says he will arrive the next day at 9am. The driver also tells us that the ONLY way to pay is in cash and there is NO receipt of payment. We had less than 24 hours to come up with $2,000 in cash (on a Sunday) or else they would withhold our items. We were also promised that our items (tables, desks, etc.) would be put back together once delivered, which did not happen. After all of that we feel cheated and scammed, especially since the final quote was $2,750 and the final price paid ended up being over $5,000. Even the delivery driver said that Always Moving engages in very sketchy business practices and has heard of numerous horror stories over the last couple of years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Always Moving if you wish to move long distance. It was an absolute nightmare with absolutely no customer service along the way.

Do you know when you just have that feeling that everything feels right and you know it in your gut that you’re supposed to do something or move forward on a certain decision well that’s the feeling that we had when selecting our move or as we chose always moving. The customer service was incredible. We were always able to get in contact with our representative even after hours. Raible to send pictures via email and most of our conversations we’re all over the computer it was simply just easier for us.
Special thank you to your sales person for working around the clock and dealing with our questions and concerns but I’m sure every customer is like that in a sense. The foreman of your company is also fantastic. He manages his crew And everybody was focused on their task and they work very well together. We didn’t have to deal with any furniture that was missing and thank God nothing was broken in transition. We’re very nervous the whole time just because this was our livelihood in your hands but you guys took great care of us so we figured leaving a positive review it’s just a sign of our appreciation.

Always Moving is a professional moving company. They will absolutely save you money and explain to you how everything works. We got our furniture within 10 days and they made this move as stress free as possible. They looked over other estimates and left us to make the best decision for our specific relocation. Any discount that was optional the gave us.  Really nice company that actually saved us a lot of money. We had no other way of handling this ourself so we had to look for an outside company and they absolutely did the job well. .

All I can say now that the move is done is that I’m glad I made the choice to work with always moving. We found that out of every company we spoke to that they were the most friendly, easiest to work with and most importantly not a broker. They promised us or furniture would never leave the truck it was picked up on and we were in contact with the drivers the whole entire route. There was never a time we had any concern or worry there is a feeling of comfort working with them. It’s hard to find a small company like this that does such high-quality work. They were the best And company we have ever used and we will be recommending them constantly.

That’s all they said they were serious about our business. They were very informative and we’re willing to look at other estimates that we received only because they wanted to ensure we knew how to read them and understand them completely. Contract can be confusing at times specially if you’re not a lawyer or not used to reading them but they took their time to go line by line and answer any questions we had. For us it was the little things that so that’s on them. They are honest and transparent and definitely worth the money spent.
