I really liked this company. Theyd make sure we protect ourselves during our move. They also provided us up-to-date license information about their company just so we knew exactly who they were. As far as putting the moves together it wasn’t much for walking through my home and listing off item by item what I expected to take. We put all our trust and confidence into always moving and they went above and beyond what we ever expected out of a long distance mover. We pretty much had a decision made from the first time we spoke to them. They had a way to them that the other movers didn’t. My husband was relocating for his job and we were lucky enough to have them cover the financial end of it we are responsible for talking to and submitting quotes and telling them which company we felt was the best fit for our relocation but alternately they would make the final decision. Absolutely answer the call. This move went so well I had no idea it was even possible. I’ve never realize how much we need to every move. You think you just call the company up and tell me you’re moving and they show up and then they charge you by the end but in reality there’s so much detail that goes into every aspect of it it’s almost overwhelming. We saw a lot of positive and happy customers online that had used Always Moving recently we had to call and get an estimate. The process of picking and talking to movers is exhausting but it’s something that has to be done and it has to be done right. You can’t cut corners and you must tell the movers every single piece you are taking to avoid any problems. We went a little crazy in my opinion as far as getting estimates from moving companies. There was a two week period that we spoke to 12 different moving companies. These moving companies are located all across the country. Always moving was the one company sound that didn’t sound like the rest of them. They had a tone to them and a really good energy about them. Realistically good energy and time only go so far so we had to do a little bit more research. We found countless reviews all the positive manner and loved the fact they use own and operate the trucks they use and after getting the price from them we decided to give them a chance. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this moving service was. We went online and entered a request to speak with preferred movers who frequented our particular route. Always Moving was the first company to call and we spent a very good amount of time speaking to our estimator. Our estimators name was Peter and he spoke to us at 1130 pm ET! That level of dedication speaks volumes about the company as whole. He explained to us what to expect and how to protect ourself in terms of laying out of estimate and further insuring our move. We communicated through call, email, pictures and even a FaceTime walk through. We felt so comfortable telling him exactly what we were looking for and he did everything he could and even went above and beyond and got the approval to do even more. The movers showed up on time just as they told us they would and they were all wearing masks and were very careful waking throughout our home. They were courteous and respectful. Well to make a long story very short we had reserved our move with a major van line that was more than double the price that we agreed to working with always moving. The only problem is since this is peak season and our move was in a “” priority they told us three days before that we can no longer be picked up on our schedule dates. We kept coming across a company called Allways moving and decided to give them a call. Without exclusively with them I don’t have a single regret about doing so. They were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very transparent. Even though we didn’t have the largest move per se they still treated us like we were the number one priority customer. There was never time we couldn’t get in contact with our sales rep or a sales manager that was on duty. Always was terrific in the handling of 2 very stressed and worried people. This situation has forced us into an early retirement and put a lot of things into perspective. Went online and put in some basic information and instantly started to get calls. Some of the companies were way out of our budget and some were so low they simply just scared us away. Always moving sat safely in the middle and we’re by far the most friendly company we spoke to. We weren’t asking for much we just wanted our goods to arrive the same way they left and not be infected.
