We decided always moving for most recent relocation. Unfortunately we can’t bounce around a lot due to my husband’s profession. In the past remove their self, hired the biggest names in the industry and small family company and this was by far the best mover we ever chose. Always was in line with the other companies but the additional discounts me then the lowest price we received. When we found out we were moving since the Yellow Pages doesn’t exist anymore we went online to try to find the interstate moving company. We entered and some generic information and we were told that a list of five companies would call us. We were curious to see which company would call first because we figured that would be the company that was the hungriest and eager to earn our business and that company was always Moving. We still spoke to other companies just to have compared prices but always dirt out. They had personality, they talk to us like we were there friends and not just people that they can get money offer. They gave us enough space to make her own decision and your own research. We read about them online and saw that many people were very satisfied with thier work. They don’t rush job and then make sure it gets done right and it did. Thank you everybody involved and don’t be surprised if you get a call saying that we recommended you.

We grew Kind of always moving after going online and reading plenty of positive reviews about them. As deliver views are one thing but we were more concerned with the customer service and the quality of work that they would provide. We gave them a chance just like we gave every other company that called. One of the first things that we noticed where is that always moving estimate was much more details and they had us down for more space than any other company. This was the necessarily a bad thing considering we only would pay for the space that we use and I was the same for the other companies as well. The only difference being with always moving we would pay less But the others we would be paying more. We really enjoyed the way they did business we felt like valued customers who were protected at all times. From the time we signed our estimate to the final pick up nothing changed from the dollar amount to the level of treatment we got and that’s why we would be happy to use them again.

I reached out always moving INC for my move from NC to CT.
I have clearly mentioned the number of items and the floor details in order to get the quote.
The information I've given during the call includes there are 20 flight of stairs at my place and I've mentioned each and every item in my home(10 Large box, 20 Medium box and other regular items even I have photocopy of the quote). I was told it will take 364 cubic feet and price will be $1697. Even I've asked them to put everything in the quote which they did expect the 20 stairs details. When I called to include the stairs information in the quote. They said it's included in the price. Even they said if your items would take less space then we would refund the amount to you.

I started packing my stuff and I was end up having only 10 Large box and 10 Medium box. It's less than what I initially told them so I thought my items will take less space.

but on the day of the move I was told I need to pay $140 for the stairs. I tried explaining the driver that I've already informed about it to the quote provider. Even I tried calling him he didn't pick.

Next the driver asked me to pay additional $570 becuase my items was taken more space (120 cubic feet) then orignally planned. I was more shocked. The items i've loaded was less than what I was intailly provided while preparing quote. I asked the driver to show me how the cubic fee measurements calculated and he refused.

I didn't face any issue when items delivered expect they were so keen to get only cash not usps money order. But I ended up giving only money order as I need them for my record.
I reached out to the customer service and I didn't get the proper response.

Do not believe the quote they provide as it will change on the day of the move. I will be raising a complaint in bbc as well.

Out of all the companies that we spoke to always moving have the best deal to offer. We got the best price per cubic foot and everybody that works in the office was very educated and helping us save money as well as providing us with additional insurance to make sure all our goods were covered. Moving is very expensive and stressful so picking the right company is very important. We wanted a company that we could speak to you after normal business hours because we tend to work late. We exchanged emails and phone calls at all hours and they did whatever it took to satisfy us and make sure we got an accurate and professional move. Thank you again and don’t be surprised if you get a call saying that we recommended you.

Moving can be extremely stressful and time consuming as well as expensive. These are all the factors that normally would drive somebody insane. We needed a mover that was on our level and trustworthy. Always Moving managed this move and coordinated their route with our timetable. Some of the other companies simply couldn’t get us out furniture In The time we were asking for and that was something we couldn’t work around. Always moving made sacrifices and showed us what they were willing to do just to earn our business. It was a true pleasure working with them and without a doubt would employ them again. No run around me or excuses just a crew of people looking to make the best of every move. 5 stars all around.

I booked this company for my move from MI to CA. Salesman Mark was extremely aggressive and kept hounding me to submit my deposit because the rate could change any minute. I hesitated, but continued anyways. On day of the scheduled move, the scheduled time window came and went, no one showed up. I tried calling the office, but no one picked up there as well. Finally when I was able to get ahold of them, they said the truck ran into trouble. Ok, things happen, I get it. They rescheduled me for later in the week. That second day came and went. Still no truck showed up. Apparently it ran into issues again. They scheduled me for a third pickup window. When I called them that day to confirm they were going to show up, they told me the driver is running into some issues and that they will postpone it by a couple hours. That entire day, no truck came. Anytime I call the office now, I get a woman telling me that the person I need to talk to is in a meeting and that he will call me back - they never do. Anytime I do get in contact with them, they just give me another date that they will "definitely" come pick up my stuff by. At this point, I am completely frustrated with this company. They are complete thieves and are just looking to make money by stealing peoples deposit's. I want my refund! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I contracted Always Moving Inc for a move from Jacksonville, FL to Glendale, AZ. I was told I can expect delivery of my items in 9-14 days, however, its been over 63 days and I still do not have my furniture. Each phone call to the company is met with unexplainable excuses which include drivers saying I refused delivery, etc. I have not been able to contact anyone who has the authority to resolve this issue as each phone call results in my having to deal with different people. My original customer service representative, the one who sold me on this company, has basically washed her hands of the situation which is similar to what others in the company has done. I have had poor service in the past and have never filed a complaint or submitted a negative review, however, the service and issues with this company is "off the charts" bad. I regret not seeing some of the bad reviews I am now seeing as it concerns this company because I am now reading the same problems I am experiencing. I would NEVER use this company again.

It was a nice break from all the madness and stress working with a company as organized as Always Moving. We had a friend who recommend them to us after they had a good experience so we figured we give them a chance. We were so surprised how well they operate. We never ran into any setbacks or confusion everyone worked together to get our move done fast efficiently and stress free. They were also willing to give us any discount that applied to help us save us extra money. Really professional and business oriented and going forward we are excited to give our friends and family the knowledge of a real moving company that can handle a move of an sick comfortably. Great job.

Happy to say this relocation is finally complete. We were so swamped with phone calls from companies that were more or less saying the same exact thing. The difference was Always Moving was will to take extra time to make sure all the details were correct from the smallest thing such as a box count to the final pricing. How it works is you are only responsible for the amount of space you take up on the truck. Our rep did a great job overestimating space so when it came time to see the actual space it would be cheaper then the estimate we had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They even went line by line with the contract making sure they left nothing unanswered. They did what the other companies weren’t willing to do and that is fight fir our business. They were by far the best mover we ever employed and hope that others have the same experience.
