Always moving is a very reliable company. I don’t work your traditional 9-to-5 hours so the only time I had to talk to the movers was later at night on top of that being on the West Coast. My representative at always moving with work from home at night just because that was when I had my free time which I found to be extremely admirable. It also says a lot about the company fuck employee is willing to put in that extra work is because he believes and it’s caused in my opinion. Either way my furniture Always Moving is a very reliable company. I’m not big on leaving reviews and I’m definitely not one of those the Yelpers but I was so impressed with the work by always moving that I wanted to give a little something back. The work they did was outstanding and it started with the basics on the phone making sure we had a precise inventory list of what I was relocating. I didn’t have time to do any packing packing so I had to company do the entire home top to bottom wrapping furniture and packing boxes. The estimate I was given was all inclusive and included all the labor costs traveling tolls and reassembly of the furniture that they took apart. Never have I had to move so far away but it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up in a move I couldn’t do myself so I reached out to the most professional reputable company I could find and I was in shock it’s a level of service and quality that I received. I know a lot of work went into this move and it could not be appreciated more so thank you for helping me get exactly where I needed to be without any problems.

Luckily for us we were able to find the perfect moving company to handle our relocation. We did in fact speak to other movers if I can recall correctly may be about five others and gave them all identical lists. The companies from there emailed us back their initial estimates and we reviewed the mall as well as did some background checking on the company themselves. We liked everything we saw about always moving they were definitely a pleasure to work with and I had all the up-to-date licensing. Several different departments played a role in our move in by the grace of God we had no errors. This move came on fast and we had to make most of our decisions faster than we usually do so we have really relied on the researcher each and every move we spoke to. They moved our entire household as well as our vehicles for us for much cheaper than we ever thought. We really like the work that always Moving did for relocation. We spoke to several other companies who all seem to have very similar pitches and we’re all about trying to get money starting on the initial phone call. Always Moving gave us the tools we needed to make the decision on our own. There is no pressure and we let the movers do the actual moving because we had a age where we physically cannot do it ourselves. We knew moving would be expensive but it was definitely worth the cost but the last thing we need to reverse any last-minute charges And always moving never once gave us the impression that that would happen and it didn’t. Let's start with the day they came to pick up our things. We moved from NYC to WA state. I was told by quality assurance to make SURE you receive an inventory list. When Alex from their NJ storage facility came to package our things, he REFUSED to provide us a carbon copy which he did have. After arguing, he allowed us a PICTURE. This was on November 10th. Then, on November 26th, I called for an update of where our things were. I was told, by Marcus, our things were STILL in the NJ facility and they could not provide an update as to when it would be picked up and the last update NJ gave central was November 16th. I call back later that day and spoke to a female and she told me NOT to expect my things until the second week of December. Fast forward to THANKSGIVING MORNING TWO DAYS LATER, November 28th. I receive a call from their dispatch stating he will be coming the next morning. I asked him "how is this possible when I was told two days ago my things were still in storage across the country?." He replied, "Your things were delivered to the west coast over a week ago." The next morning, I travel from my family's house over an hour away to be sure I am there for delivery. At 9am, I receive a text message that the driver cancelled the delivery and rescheduled for today. Then, I receive a call today saying my complex doesn't look like it will fit a SEMI. They charge me an extra $350 for a shuttle (I was not prepped that this may happen by anyone prior). He said it will deliver between 12pm-3pm. Low and behold, it is now 4pm on the west coast, NO CALL AND NO SHOW. I CANNOT REACH ANYONE. This company has the poorest communication both internally and externally I have ever experienced. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I receive my things I a condition which is poorer than when they picked them up, you will be hearing from me again. The BBB will be getting a message as well.

I called them off and instantly began to work. My wife walked the house room by room and told him each and every piece we planned on bringing. She told him which pieces needed special packing and even creating and there is nothing in their company couldn’t handle. Out of all the companies we supposed to we got the best rate from them in the service we got a second to none. The quality assurance department goes over the list days leading up to the move to make sure everything is exactly right to prevent any mistakes. We were not asked for any last-minute charges and it went about as smooth as it could go. Highly recommended company.

Always moving where is a very honest company. They are also very patient company, and extremely patient company. They worked with us there at night until we felt we were 100% confident that they were the right choice for us. We interviewed several other companies and a lot of them are just money hungry or do not offer the same amount of space at the rate we were offered by always moving.I’m over showed up on time and they were all ready to work. They wrapped all the furniture securely and box up our entire home in a matter of four hours. Once they were on the road we will get calls periodically from their dispatch department to tell us where exactly the track was. It’s good communication like this that makes him a successor property that they are.

We had plans to rent a truck and do the move ourself but once we got prices we quickly realized it was not a good idea and the more expensive option. Always moving was able to do our move cheaper then it would have been if we did it on our own. We got all the amenities and a great group of people all working for us to get us to our destination furniture intact and fast as possible. They were very flexible with the arrangements. We stayed in touch with the first person we started Witt until the very end. The had all the licenses up to date and a very respectable reputation. We liked what we saw on the internet but in person they were even better. There was nothing they handle and still very impressed with all the work. 5 stars.

We've moved across the country several times and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Always Moving does not do long distance moves, they subcontract out everything when it comes to moving long distance. Thus, they have virtually no control over the process once you make your deposit. We were promised by several people at the Company that the delivery window would be 5-14 days from date of first delivery (like normal moving companies). However, it took 40 DAYS for Always Moving to deliver our items. Sales people are pushy and make false promises. Our several contacts at the Company did not answer any of our phone calls or emails throughout the entire month, dispatch is your only point of contact once items are picked up. Always Moving also promised that the driver would notify us 48 hours before delivery so we could prepare. To our surprise the driver called us at 4pm on a Saturday and says he will arrive the next day at 9am. The driver also tells us that the ONLY way to pay is in cash and there is NO receipt of payment. We had less than 24 hours to come up with $2,000 in cash (on a Sunday) or else they would withhold our items. We were also promised that our items (tables, desks, etc.) would be put back together once delivered, which did not happen. After all of that we feel cheated and scammed, especially since the final quote was $2,750 and the final price paid ended up being over $5,000. Even the delivery driver said that Always Moving engages in very sketchy business practices and has heard of numerous horror stories over the last couple of years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Always Moving if you wish to move long distance. It was an absolute nightmare with absolutely no customer service along the way.

Do you know when you just have that feeling that everything feels right and you know it in your gut that you’re supposed to do something or move forward on a certain decision well that’s the feeling that we had when selecting our move or as we chose always moving. The customer service was incredible. We were always able to get in contact with our representative even after hours. Raible to send pictures via email and most of our conversations we’re all over the computer it was simply just easier for us.
Special thank you to your sales person for working around the clock and dealing with our questions and concerns but I’m sure every customer is like that in a sense. The foreman of your company is also fantastic. He manages his crew And everybody was focused on their task and they work very well together. We didn’t have to deal with any furniture that was missing and thank God nothing was broken in transition. We’re very nervous the whole time just because this was our livelihood in your hands but you guys took great care of us so we figured leaving a positive review it’s just a sign of our appreciation.

I really liked this company. Theyd make sure we protect ourselves during our move. They also provided us up-to-date license information about their company just so we knew exactly who they were. As far as putting the moves together it wasn’t much for walking through my home and listing off item by item what I expected to take. The truck was loaded and the price was adjusted once the actual space was determined and we paid less than your price that we were given originally. We put all our trust and confidence into always moving and they went above and beyond what we ever expected out of a long distance mover. We pretty much had a decision made from the first time we spoke to them. They had a way to them that the other movers didn’t. They knew the right questions to ask and they never were short on time with us or rushed us when we had any concerns or special requests. They are straightforward and all business and very easy to talk to.They talk about the move in a language that you can understand some of the other movers are very hard to follow.
