Moving can be extremely stressful and time consuming as well as expensive. These are all the factors that normally would drive somebody insane. We needed a mover that was on our level and trustworthy. Always Moving managed this move and coordinated their route with our timetable. Some of the other companies simply couldn’t get us out furniture In The time we were asking for and that was something we couldn’t work around. Always moving made sacrifices and showed us what they were willing to do just to earn our business. It was a true pleasure working with them and without a doubt would employ them again. No run around me or excuses just a crew of people looking to make the best of every move. 5 stars all around.

I booked this company for my move from MI to CA. Salesman Mark was extremely aggressive and kept hounding me to submit my deposit because the rate could change any minute. I hesitated, but continued anyways. On day of the scheduled move, the scheduled time window came and went, no one showed up. I tried calling the office, but no one picked up there as well. Finally when I was able to get ahold of them, they said the truck ran into trouble. Ok, things happen, I get it. They rescheduled me for later in the week. That second day came and went. Still no truck showed up. Apparently it ran into issues again. They scheduled me for a third pickup window. When I called them that day to confirm they were going to show up, they told me the driver is running into some issues and that they will postpone it by a couple hours. That entire day, no truck came. Anytime I call the office now, I get a woman telling me that the person I need to talk to is in a meeting and that he will call me back - they never do. Anytime I do get in contact with them, they just give me another date that they will "definitely" come pick up my stuff by. At this point, I am completely frustrated with this company. They are complete thieves and are just looking to make money by stealing peoples deposit's. I want my refund! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I contracted Always Moving Inc for a move from Jacksonville, FL to Glendale, AZ. I was told I can expect delivery of my items in 9-14 days, however, its been over 63 days and I still do not have my furniture. Each phone call to the company is met with unexplainable excuses which include drivers saying I refused delivery, etc. I have not been able to contact anyone who has the authority to resolve this issue as each phone call results in my having to deal with different people. My original customer service representative, the one who sold me on this company, has basically washed her hands of the situation which is similar to what others in the company has done. I have had poor service in the past and have never filed a complaint or submitted a negative review, however, the service and issues with this company is "off the charts" bad. I regret not seeing some of the bad reviews I am now seeing as it concerns this company because I am now reading the same problems I am experiencing. I would NEVER use this company again.

It was a nice break from all the madness and stress working with a company as organized as Always Moving. We had a friend who recommend them to us after they had a good experience so we figured we give them a chance. We were so surprised how well they operate. We never ran into any setbacks or confusion everyone worked together to get our move done fast efficiently and stress free. They were also willing to give us any discount that applied to help us save us extra money. Happy to say this relocation is finally complete. We were so swamped with phone calls from companies that were more or less saying the same exact thing. The difference was Always Moving was will to take extra time to make sure all the details were correct from the smallest thing such as a box count to the final pricing. How it works is you are only responsible for the amount of space you take up on the truck. Our rep did a great job overestimating space so when it came time to see the actual space it would be cheaper then the estimate we had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They even went line by line with the contract making sure they left nothing unanswered. They did what the other companies weren’t willing to do and that is fight fir our business. They were by far the best mover we ever employed and hope that others have the same experience.

Always moving really saved us from doing this move our self. We spoke to five other companies and most of them were way out of our budget and we simply could not afford. We were on the phone with the U-Haul company when they’re call came in and everything changed. They had a whole different approach to moving and they were much cheaper than the competition. On a sidenote their customer service department was in a league of their own. They would constantly check up on us to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We got more than we expected but more importantly a perfect move In the process. They are five star company that is extremely affordable for the hard-working American.

Let's start with the day they came to pick up our things. We moved from NYC to WA state. I was told by quality assurance to make SURE you receive an inventory list. When Alex from their NJ storage facility came to package our things, he REFUSED to provide us a carbon copy which he did have. After arguing, he allowed us a PICTURE. This was on November 10th. Then, on November 26th, I called for an update of where our things were. I was told, by Marcus, our things were STILL in the NJ facility and they could not provide an update as to when it would be picked up and the last update NJ gave central was November 16th. I call back later that day and spoke to a female and she told me NOT to expect my things until the second week of December. Fast forward to THANKSGIVING MORNING TWO DAYS LATER, November 28th. I receive a call from their dispatch stating he will be coming the next morning. I asked him "how is this possible when I was told two days ago my things were still in storage across the country?." He replied, "Your things were delivered to the west coast over a week ago." The next morning, I travel from my family's house over an hour away to be sure I am there for delivery. At 9am, I receive a text message that the driver cancelled the delivery and rescheduled for today. Then, I receive a call today saying my complex doesn't look like it will fit a SEMI. They charge me an extra $350 for a shuttle (I was not prepped that this may happen by anyone prior). He said it will deliver between 12pm-3pm. Low and behold, it is now 4pm on the west coast, NO CALL AND NO SHOW. I CANNOT REACH ANYONE. This company has the poorest communication both internally and externally I have ever experienced. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I receive my things I a condition which is poorer than when they picked them up, you will be hearing from me again. The BBB will be getting a message as well.
