The way that always moving was able to put the customers needs first was impressive. It seems like nowadays most companies have an ulterior gender and it’s usually to make more money when they see a profitable situation. When they found out that we were moving a long distance with a good amount of furniture they could’ve taken our praise skyhigh. Instead of doing that they found ways that we can cut cost, get picked up on our dates and have anything that needed special packing packed appropriately.Every appointment that they schedule with us they called on time. We both work a lot so we did not have much free time to talk about my new details of every piece. They are very progressive company that was able to look at pictures and do the inventory list mostly on their own. We are lucky to have found them I will continue to use them again in the future.

I’ve never written a review online before so this is my first time. I never knew about the online resources until we started looking for our moving company. Always moving was the name that we kept coming across and we kept coming across very positive feedback from previous customers. We figured the best way to find out about a company is to find out from people who have used them before. These guys own and operate their own trucks and use their own employees. This was an essential part of the move for us. I wanted to know who we were working with and who is handling our goods at all times. The staff inside the office it was courteous and they always updated us which is where the movers were at all times. They coordinated elevator years, the parking of the truck in the exact window the movers would be there. When I tell you the move went perfect I am not exaggerating. The move was fantastic. We considered the alternative of doing it ourselves but the more we thought about it the morning saying the idea became. Thank you everybody for saving us time money and backbreaking labor.

This company has it all. Always moving from start to finish where is above and beyond all of our expectations. We have moved in the past with all different types of companies. Some of the companies we used to her smaller family run companies and others were major van lines but none of them offered the level of service we got with always Moving. Our representative we worked with where’s our key to everything. Any issues we had he was able to handle and if not he got us to the appropriate person. They have personality and they are not money hungry. They never pressured us they give us space and let us decide for herself what was the best fit for us. The work spoke for itself. The movers showed up on time they cover their boots with booties and left no mess behind. It’s hard to find companies like this nowadays so hopefully this review helps the next person looking.

We put our moving quotes together and started reviewing each company one by one. Most of the companies were all close in price and had services that were very similar. Our sales representative was able to help us insure our goods through a third party as well as move our cars on the same day of the household move. Everything was wrapped tightly and the boxes not too heavy that would collapse when they were lifted. When still didn’t think we would be able to afford but after they cut the price and helped us with television boxes. They also boxed the televisions free of charge. We are extremely happy we got an opportunity to work with that and we would use them again. They made it easier to follow and were happy to talk as long as we needed. Perfect job by everyone.

Such fine staff that’s pretty gather over there at always moving. Got me and my whole family across the country safe. We lived in the same house for over 40 years so we had failed more than half the track. We understood and that it would be an expensive move but it would’ve taken us a month to do it ourselves probably more so it was well worth it to hired interstate moving company. I was able to see all my furniture on the west as well as their contract in writing so we all
Knew what to expect. They made this move very easy and they did it all so fast. The other company that came to the house to see the furniture in person just so others know that price was $3500 more than what I paid moving with this company. Save yourself some money and time and give always moving a call.

Moving across the country is so much easier when you work with the right company. We spoke to several companies and reserved our move with always moving. Always moving has a long track record of keeping their word and working at a very high standard. Most of it comes out and just simple conversation like the way they treat their customers. They’re available basically any hour of the day or night and if for some reason you do call and don’t reach them they will get back to you same day everytime. We like the way they went about them self handling the furniture they work slowly and carefully so nothing would break. No furniture ever top off onto another piece and everything arrived exactly how it looked when It left. Real story.

It is a very tedious process but if you know what to look for it makes the search much easier. I’m going to share with you a website that was shared with us so you can research all your moving companies. ProtectYour move.gov. That is a government regulated site that will show you if the moving company is a mover or a broker and how much mileage they have ran. We like to we saw online they seem to do a good high standard quality of work and we didn’t have much stuff to move but there’s no way we could’ve handled it ourselves. We reached out to the prayers and they did not let us down thank you always moving you guys are a step above the rest.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank the crew, customer service department, quality assurance department and all the ownership over at always moving. You guys did a knockout job moving our household and we will definitely use you again in the future. We had plans to rent a truck and do the move ourself but once we got prices we quickly realized it was not a good idea and the more expensive option. Always moving was able to do our move cheaper then it would have been if we did it on our own. We got all the amenities and a great group of people all working for us to get us to our destination furniture intact and fast as possible. They were very flexible with the arrangements. We stayed in touch with the first person we started Witt until the very end. The had all the licenses up to date and a very respectable reputation. We liked what we saw on the internet but in person they were even better. There was nothing they handle and still very impressed with all the work. 5 stars.

We've moved across the country several times and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Always Moving does not do long distance moves, they subcontract out everything when it comes to moving long distance. Thus, they have virtually no control over the process once you make your deposit. We were promised by several people at the Company that the delivery window would be 5-14 days from date of first delivery (like normal moving companies). However, it took 40 DAYS for Always Moving to deliver our items. Sales people are pushy and make false promises. Our several contacts at the Company did not answer any of our phone calls or emails throughout the entire month, dispatch is your only point of contact once items are picked up. Always Moving also promised that the driver would notify us 48 hours before delivery so we could prepare. To our surprise the driver called us at 4pm on a Saturday and says he will arrive the next day at 9am. The driver also tells us that the ONLY way to pay is in cash and there is NO receipt of payment. We had less than 24 hours to come up with $2,000 in cash (on a Sunday) or else they would withhold our items. We were also promised that our items (tables, desks, etc.) would be put back together once delivered, which did not happen. After all of that we feel cheated and scammed, especially since the final quote was $2,750 and the final price paid ended up being over $5,000. Even the delivery driver said that Always Moving engages in very sketchy business practices and has heard of numerous horror stories over the last couple of years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Always Moving if you wish to move long distance. It was an absolute nightmare with absolutely no customer service along the way.

Do you know when you just have that feeling that everything feels right and you know it in your gut that you’re supposed to do something or move forward on a certain decision well that’s the feeling that we had when selecting our move or as we chose always moving. The customer service was incredible. We were always able to get in contact with our representative even after hours. Raible to send pictures via email and most of our conversations we’re all over the computer it was simply just easier for us.
Special thank you to your sales person for working around the clock and dealing with our questions and concerns but I’m sure every customer is like that in a sense. The foreman of your company is also fantastic. He manages his crew And everybody was focused on their task and they work very well together. We didn’t have to deal with any furniture that was missing and thank God nothing was broken in transition. We’re very nervous the whole time just because this was our livelihood in your hands but you guys took great care of us so we figured leaving a positive review it’s just a sign of our appreciation.

Thank you thank you everybody at always moving. I just got my delivery and I love the way your company does business. They treat people‘s furniture is if it’s their own and they talk to you with respect. They were one of the few companies that did not hound us for money from the first phone call that type of behavior makes us uncomfortable and pushes us away. Always moving give us space and time to make her own decision to see what was the best fit for us. Anytime we need to speak to somebody somebody was readily available. We never felt like a burden I always felt like we were a priority. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a straightforward and honest mover.

Always Moving was a company we were unfamiliar with when they first called us. We got calls from the smallest companies to the biggest van lines that operate the one major difference was price. And boy was the range extended. I can’t find any good reason why to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars just to have a bigger names company move your furniture. It didn’t add up. We appreciate and all the hard work and time Always Moving ingested in our move they really did the job right and they did it fast and carefully. 5 stars.

Always Moving is the actual moving company. What that means for people who do not know is that they are not removing broker. Moving broker will sell your move off to a company that can do it cheaper to make a profit. Our furniture was picked up by always moving and delivered by them as well. You’re in touch with one representative from the very first car until the confirmation for delivery. Very reassuring to know that if we had any questions we just had a contact the same person we’ve been talking to the whole time. After our furniture was delivered we even got a call from the owner to make sure you’re satisfied with all the service which says a lot about the company. Thanks to Always Moving coming to my home after delivering another clients furniture close by got my me my flat rate price for our relocation. They were able to see all the items first hand so there was no question about certain pieces that may or may not have been bigger then average. The over estimated the total number of boxes to be packed. They showed up the day before pickup and had all the boxes packed and larger pieces already disassembled. They showed up early and had it all on within hours and our total space was less then the original estimate. The office did all the necessary adjustments for the final payment. The move was great the move went smooth. Great work.

This time when I set out to find a ling distance moving company I would not settle for anything less than what I was looking for. I’ve heard of bad experiences I’ve almost had one myself so I know the few things to look forward to keep me safe. They provided me all the documents I requested and verified their identity. Once we begin the process they were very detailed and organized and had it listed room by room. Leading up to the move I was called by another department who reviewed the list with me to see if I wanted to make any changes. I felt at all times that my move was in good hands. Everything from talking to them to the actual moving men they guaranteed me a variety of things and delivered on all of them.

I really have to give it to this group of guys hands-down! This group of movers really knows how to get a book done right. They pay attention to what the customer says and then anything And everything gets packed appropriately so it shipped safely and securely and doesn’t arrive in any damage form. The contractor is easy to follow, the sales rep even set it up so we would allocate extra space if needed only to be adjusted upon delivery. This way we knew our worst case scenario as far as the price it could only come down from there and we watched it happen. Always moving made moving a very easy experience which could not have come at a better time. Much respect and thank you.

I find that when it comes to more service-based industries a company will excel in certain areas but not be a strong in others. Always moving company which one of the first day I seen that every part of it was strong well organized and working towards the same final product. The people inside the business wanted to make sure that the paperwork was done and that the client felt good having everything they needed as far as statements and incidentals going forward. We Gotta say we’ve used over five moving companies that are lifetime and nobody has done the job that always moving has. So detailed and made sure they covered every aspect of the move and left nothing to chance. That’s exactly the type of company we were looking for. Most of the other companies were quick to just say yes and ask for money but always Moving wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the services they offered. In the process we got our vehicle moved as well and got a great package price. They save us thousands of dollars and made it look so easy But there’s simply no way we could’ve done it ourselves. The process in the getting started off very smooth then all of a sudden started to get Rocky. We are companies that would call us and literally bad mouthing trash any company we had spoken to. Both of us work in a service-based industry and the one roll we do know is that you don’t talk bad or sling mud about other companies. Always moving always kept it on them self and did not have a single bad word to say about any of their competitors. Instead of focusing on that they focused on giving us great pricing making sure we had our dates and any other special requests we had. We got the five star treatment from them and it was worth every dollar we spent. So based on personal experience if a company starts to talk bad they are probably not a good company in them self thank you guys for being a company of integrity.

What a terrific company always moving is. I never realized how much work is actually involved for each and every move. They educated us a lot in the beginning and we were able to begin putting together the actual list of items to generate the price. We liked that we were only responsible for the space on the the truck we used and they offered us the best price per cubic foot. I’ve read positive feedback on various sites and I gave them a shot. They produced a quality relocation and I wanted to thank everyone for that. If anybody asked for the best mover I know of it would definitely be them.

After many weeks of speaking with many movers we chose Always Moving. They were the friendliest and the hardest working company we spoke with. They have a way to them and a proven formula for making every move go just as planned. I had one of the major van lines come out to our home to do an assessment as well. The price we got from them was astronomical. Always moving priced our move so accurately and went over each and every phase and department we would be speaking with it was an easy choice at the end of the day. If I one piece of advice to save someone time and money it’s to call them. 100% actual mover.

We were told to go to this website and research the moving companies we spoke to just to get an idea of some of the service moves they provided in the past seemed like it would be a good indicator of what they offer. They are all about the customer service. There are so many people involved in each move they make it almost impossible for any mistakes this slip through which would eventually lead to an up charge for the final payment. If we didn’t spend the amount of time we did talking to them making sure that we had all our stuff perfectly in order on paper I’m pretty sure that that would’ve happened. The sales rep we worked with was with us from the first phone call and even checked up on us after the delivery. I still can’t believe how smooth the move went and I’m so happy it’s done.
