The last thing we wanted to do was higher interstate Mover. If it was up to me I would’ve rented a truck and did it all myself. However I’m 62 years old and I don’t have the help to do it so I had no choice. We spoke to always moving Incorporated and they’re ready he’s here and much cheaper option at that. We gave them the list of items you wanted moved in they came and dismantle them and pack the boxes and were quickly on their way. Within a week we got our furniture it was faster cheaper and we had to do nowhere these guys are extremely professional and hard-working in there that number one and or a list for future move.

There are some companies that you like a few things about and then there’s others that love everything. Always Moving was the company we loved everything about. It started with the sales rep that was im charge of our move. Then it was dispatch and customer service. We even got to speak to the owner who personally involved himself and oversees every move from small to massive. That’s the type of company I like dealing with. The last thing we wanted was pushy pretentious sales people who all they wanted was money. Always moving is more customer oriented because no 2 moves are the same. Long story short we are happy we selected them and we would hire them in the future need bd .

Working with always moving where is this good is working with family. We actually felt like they were family by the time it was over. They got to know us they knew the pieces that meant more diverse than some others and make sure they got a wrap specially in individually. Watching them load the truck really showed us that they do care about the clients furniture. We got a great price with them they ended up right in the middle of all the other companies we supposed to but the deciding factor is how they spoke to us and the ratings and reviews we saw great job.

We really enjoyed working with always moving. They did not harass us or pressure us into making a decision before we were ready. They worked around our schedule and did not overwhelm us with phone calls. They were available at any hour and are very progressive. We email them pictures some items that we are unsure of the size and we allocated plenty of extra space. Once the furniture was on the truck the final estimate was less than the price we were quoted so that was a major win for us.Everybody work together and stayed in communication and as a result everybody is happy in the end. We would recommend them to anybody.

Always moving company deserves to be recognized. We have a few special request which included an additional stop off at a delivery at the storage unit. Most other companies that we spoke you were too expensive we did not have the availability we needed. We felt like we were a burden with all the request we made but if we were going to pay some company to do a job for us he wanted it done exactly how we needed it. You guys went above and beyond to make sure that we were on the same page and always in the loop with what you expect and what was happening at that moment. There were times where we go to Phone calls from you guys before we could even call to ask questions you guys are always one step ahead and that’s what separates you from the rack. It was a pleasure we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the very beginning always moving had kept their word with us. They were also one of the few companies that did not call us over 10 times a day and send us countless emails. They worked around our schedule and it was nice to have a company that I understood that. We were able to exchange photos and emails at all hours of the day. We got updated quotes regularly until we finally feels comfortable with the draft that we signed off on. We made our deposit to secure our move date and everything went as planned. The furniture was treated correctly and no up charges. Solid job all around.

We’ve never used a long distance moving company before this was a very scary spirits for us. The first companies retire to basically you scare tactics to try to make us reserve our move with them. That was very offputting to us so we continued our search. Always moving cards and they were very kind and sincere and didn’t ask for money in the first or even the second car. They focused on the details and wanted to make sure they had the move right and I specifically told us not to make a deposit until they were completely finished with the estimate and we were 100% sure That this is what we wanted. It’s not easy to find good moving companies so I’m leaving this review to try to help save some time for the next person they are great and we are real people who really moved and they need to know that we appreciate all their work.

Always moving definitely exceeded our expectations. We knew from talking to them and reading about them that we can expect a good relocation but never on this level. From the first phone call to watching The movers work in sync they are a well oiled machine. Receive the most amount of money by going with them which is always the biggest plus. There is no funny business it was all professional and that is much appreciated. This was our first time using a long distance mover and we didn’t want to have a bad experience like a few people we have read about. The key to it all being they are not a broker and use their own trucks. One call for any of our issues there was always somebody there and we were extremely happy with all the service we received.

The initial contact, quote, and start up was wonderful. Movers showed up in florida on time and did a great job. Now the fun begins..we apparently we over our estimate but was never provided a single document to show what cu feet we actually used. Initial amount was 5800. We paid 2037 down, 1890 at pick up, and 2450.50 on delivery. I requested a 24 hour notice of delivery time and never received one. The delivery driver called at noon on sat and let us
know he was at the storage unit which was a surprise, but not really a big deal. It took us about 30 min to get over to the unit and in that time the dispatcher called and yelled at my girlfriend. I returned that call when she let me know and I asked to speak with his supervisor. He replied that he was the boss and that nobody was over him but God. He continually cut me off and was deliberately disrespectful. I am honeslty astonished that an employee can stay employed like that. I wish I had direct contact with the owner so we could figure how to fire that person.

I really got to give it to the folks at always moving. They were so helpful from the first car to the final delivery. They found this anyway that they could to save us money because as you may know moving can be expensive. We were looking for full-service move and luckily that is what they provide. All we have to do is let the movers in and they wrapped all the furniture and packed all the boxes as well as loaded the truck and unloaded it as well. They made moving very easy at least easier than we ever anticipated so going forward we are happy to recommend them for anybody who’s looking for a good strong company that does what they say.
