Contract can be confusing at times specially if you’re not a lawyer or not used to reading them but they took their time to go line by line and answer any questions we had. For us it was the little things that so that’s on them. They are honest and transparent and definitely worth the money spent.

I recently went online to try to find a long distance moving company. After that they started to get calls I spoke from minute I submitted the information to well that evening and days beyond. Always moving was a little bit more relaxed and some of the others. The other companies wanted to jump right to the money in the deposit aspect where as always moving which were concerned with putting together an accurate inventory list to avoid any problems during pickup and the final delivery. Everybody was moving in the same direction. I’m not sure of the exact hours of the company but I was able to reach somebody very early in the morning and even after hours at night which I really liked. I need a company that was willing to work around my schedule and always moving what is the company I was looking for.

They treat people‘s furniture is if it’s their own and they talk to you with respect. They were one of the few companies that did not hound us for money from the first phone call that type of behavior makes us uncomfortable and pushes us away. Always moving give us space and time to make her own decision to see what was the best fit for us. Anytime we need to speak to somebody somebody was readily available. We never felt like a burden I always felt like we were a priority. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a straightforward and honest mover.

Always Moving was a company we were unfamiliar with when they first called us. We got calls from the smallest companies to the biggest van lines that operate the one major difference was price. And boy was the range extended. I can’t find any good reason why to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars just to have a bigger names company move your furniture. It didn’t add up. We appreciate and all the hard work and time Always Moving ingested in our move they really did the job right and they did it fast and carefully. 5 stars.

Always Moving is the actual moving company. What that means for people who do not know is that they are not removing broker. Moving broker will sell your move off to a company that can do it cheaper to make a profit. Our furniture was picked up by always moving and delivered by them as well. You’re in touch with one representative from the very first car until the confirmation for delivery. Very reassuring to know that if we had any questions we just had a contact the same person we’ve been talking to the whole time. After our furniture was delivered we even got a call from the owner to make sure you’re satisfied with all the service which says a lot about the company. Thank you all for being so good to see you will not be forgotten.

Thanks to Always Moving coming to my home after delivering another clients furniture close by got my me my flat rate price for our relocation. They were able to see all the items first hand so there was no question about certain pieces that may or may not have been bigger then average. The over estimated the total number of boxes to be packed. They showed up the day before pickup and had all the boxes packed and larger pieces already disassembled. They showed up early and had it all on within hours and our total space was less then the original estimate. The office did all the necessary adjustments for the final payment. The move was great the move went smooth. Great work.

This time when I set out to find a ling distance moving company I would not settle for anything less than what I was looking for. I’ve heard of bad experiences I’ve almost had one myself so I know the few things to look forward to keep me safe. They provided me all the documents I requested and verified their identity. Once we begin the process they were very detailed and organized and had it listed room by room. Leading up to the move I was called by another department who reviewed the list with me to see if I wanted to make any changes. I felt at all times that my move was in good hands. Everything from talking to them to the actual moving men they guaranteed me a variety of things and delivered on all of them.

I really have to give it to this group of guys hands-down! This group of movers really knows how to get a book done right. They pay attention to what the customer says and then anything And everything gets packed appropriately so it shipped safely and securely and doesn’t arrive in any damage form. The contractor is easy to follow, the sales rep even set it up so we would allocate extra space if needed only to be adjusted upon delivery. This way we knew our worst case scenario as far as the price it could only come down from there and we watched it happen. Always moving made moving a very easy experience which could not have come at a better time. Much respect and thank you.

I find that when it comes to more service-based industries a company will excel in certain areas but not be a strong in others. Always moving company which one of the first day I seen that every part of it was strong well organized and working towards the same final product. The people inside the business wanted to make sure that the paperwork was done and that the client felt good having everything they needed as far as statements and incidentals going forward. I’m very glad we got the opportunity to work with them I can imagine other companies taking such good care of their customers. Just wanted to take a minute to thank you all.

We Gotta say we’ve used over five moving companies that are lifetime and nobody has done the job that always moving has. So detailed and made sure they covered every aspect of the move and left nothing to chance. That’s exactly the type of company we were looking for. Most of the other companies were quick to just say yes and ask for money but always Moving wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the services they offered. In the process we got our vehicle moved as well and got a great package price. They save us thousands of dollars and made it look so easy But there’s simply no way we could’ve done it ourselves. The process in the getting started off very smooth then all of a sudden started to get Rocky. We are companies that would call us and literally bad mouthing trash any company we had spoken to. Both of us work in a service-based industry and the one roll we do know is that you don’t talk bad or sling mud about other companies. Always moving always kept it on them self and did not have a single bad word to say about any of their competitors. Instead of focusing on that they focused on giving us great pricing making sure we had our dates and any other special requests we had. We got the five star treatment from them and it was worth every dollar we spent. So based on personal experience if a company starts to talk bad they are probably not a good company in them self thank you guys for being a company of integrity.

What a terrific company always moving is. I never realized how much work is actually involved for each and every move. They educated us a lot in the beginning and we were able to begin putting together the actual list of items to generate the price. We liked that we were only responsible for the space on the the truck we used and they offered us the best price per cubic foot. I’ve read positive feedback on various sites and I gave them a shot. They produced a quality relocation and I wanted to thank everyone for that. If anybody asked for the best mover I know of it would definitely be them.

After many weeks of speaking with many movers we chose Always Moving. They were the friendliest and the hardest working company we spoke with. They have a way to them and a proven formula for making every move go just as planned. I had one of the major van lines come out to our home to do an assessment as well. The price we got from them was astronomical. Always moving priced our move so accurately and went over each and every phase and department we would be speaking with it was an easy choice at the end of the day. If I one piece of advice to save someone time and money it’s to call them. 100% actual mover.

We were told to go to this website and research the moving companies we spoke to just to get an idea of some of the service moves they provided in the past seemed like it would be a good indicator of what they offer. They are all about the customer service. There are so many people involved in each move they make it almost impossible for any mistakes this slip through which would eventually lead to an up charge for the final payment. If we didn’t spend the amount of time we did talking to them making sure that we had all our stuff perfectly in order on paper I’m pretty sure that that would’ve happened. The sales rep we worked with was with us from the first phone call and even checked up on us after the delivery. I still can’t believe how smooth the move went and I’m so happy it’s done. Always Moving was the first company they called us after we went online. They were quick to get right to work as we put together an inventory list of all the items you wanted to move. They took time to explain the pricing so we understood that we were only be responsible for the amount of space to be occupied on the truck. The final price the movers adjusted on delivery and we ended up paying less than we recently thought we would have to. And all the time between that we were constantly updated and you were the truck was at all times. They never made us feel like we were a bother and always treated us with respect. Saw firsthand why they have the ratings in the reputation that they do and they are worth every dollar spent.

We had multiple moving companies call us as well as walk through our home start putting together a group of moving estimates. We spoke to a few good companies but none is good as always moving. The major van line that came to our house gave us a flat fee but it was more than double the prices that we heard over the phone. Companies outside of them that called offer the same services for a fraction of the cost. Always moving had a tremendous reviews online and we figured that they would be a good fit for our relocation. They were focused on the details I wanted to make sure we wouldn't run into any problems on move day.That level of preparation as well as transparency lead to a successful move. The movers went above and beyond and wrapping the furniture in securing the items nothing was damaged at all. The communication was great and we were always able to reach somebody. They offer a great sense of security as well as affordable pricing and have officially became our preferred mover.

Looking for a mover was much more work then I ever thought. We spoke to close to And different movers and each of them all sounded like they had the best deal. We had to do our due diligence so we took to the Internet and started researching them one by one. Recently began to find out who is real and who is not. Always moving operates with their own trucks in their own employees said it’s not broker any moves out. They understood what we were trying to explain as far as our overall plan and they made all the adjustments needed on their end. Having worked with them I can confidently say if I needed to move again I would give them a call.

I’m not a review writing person but I was extremely impressed with this moving company Always Moving. I recently was notified I would be moving and honestly this time I was not doing it myself. I’m a small girl and I also stand for hours a day so no way for me. These guys were great. They took everything apart and put it back together when it was delivered to my new home. Plus they even moved it where I wanted it. I’m definitely happy with the overall company as well. I called to make sure in between the pick up and drop off that it would still be on time and they were so pleased to help me, they didn’t make me seem annoying, although I totally know I am. It was a great time doing business with always moving. Coming into this it’s fair to say that me and my husband were both very nervous. The idea of loading our entire household onto a truck and meeting your company across the country it was definitely scary for us. Working so closely with our sales are app and being in contact at all points definitely took some of the strain off of us. We let the movers do what they do and that’s handle the move without us interfering. The way they talk you can tell that they do so many moves and they understand everybody’s concern specifically. We brought up a good relationship over the time that we worked with them and everybody did whatever they could to make sure that we didn’t see a single problem from start to finish. Moving can be scary and very expensive so it’s important to know the company you keep. Always moving with everything we needed and they executed perfectly. Really appreciate all that you put into this and will recommend you going forward.

Always moving was the first company to contact us. We put in a generic request on the movers website and we’re told that between four and six moving companies would call us to give us pricing. Most every company we spoke to one of the same thing which was basically a list of items we were moving and wanted an idea of the boxes and who would be packing them. We decided packing the boxes would be a little bit more cost efficient and it was something that we had time to do. The movers were just be responsible for the larger pieces which we spent days and weeks accounting for size and weight to make sure that we had the proper amount of space on the truck. They arrived on time to pick up the furniture and we got our delivery within two weeks. The moving process went so smooth I am very grateful for that. Hope our move helps another client who may be in the same position.

Always moving is the most cost efficient company out of all the companies that we smoke too. It was our time to move in we wanted to find the best mover for the job thanks. Most of the moving companies had many similarities so when it came to make your final decision we were in with the company that put in the most effort which happened to be them. They were on top of every aspect of the move and had various departments as well. They were willing to take off any amount of money they could to help us during the holiday season which is also appreciated. They gave us one less thing to worry about which I don’t think you can put a price on your stress free basically from start to finish and it was a team effort that made for that.

My experience with Always Moving has been a nightmare. What is told to you either over the phone or in person has not been accurate and I am putting that nicely. The move happened in August of 2019 and they overcharged for the move and also the goods were damaged upon the arrival. The overcharge was documented by the 3rd party contracted to deliver the shipment via the sq footage that Always moving reserves on the truck. Also the claim for damaged furniture was sent in October 2019. I can not get a call back or a email response on either the claim or the dispute. Horrible Customer Service to go along with the moving experience.

We had an extremely negative experience employing Always Moving. Almost every thing we told by our sales representative was a lie, and representatives from the company constantly provided us contradictory and false information. Our move went several thousand dollars over the original estimate, as the company uses dishonest sales tactics and hidden fees to drive the price up. Our furniture was delivered several weeks late. But the real kicker is, Always Moving stole from us. When our stuff was finally delivered, we were missing exactly the items that would be stolen in a burglary- an expensive bike, a flat screen tv, etc.. We submitted an insurance complaint in October but have yet to hear back from them and have little confidence of ever receiving recompense.

Please do not use this company. We expected that any moving company is going to rip you off somewhat, but Always Moving are liars and thieves.

We love working with always moving. This is not our first time implying then we actually use them about 18 months ago for a move similar in size. We were so impressed with the work that they did that we didn’t even reach out to any other moving companies to get a quote. They remember exactly who we were and we went through the move the same way we did the first time. They gave us I handsome discount for being a repeat customer as well as a military discount. All we had to do was let the movers in and they handled everything. We got status updates as often as we wanted them and we always knew were furniture wise. Communication was great everybody worked together and it ended up a huge success.
