The customer service was incredible. We were always able to get in contact with our representative even after hours. Raible to send pictures via email and most of our conversations we’re all over the computer it was simply just easier for us.
Special thank you to your sales person for working around the clock and dealing with our questions and concerns but I’m sure every customer is like that in a sense. The foreman of your company is also fantastic. He manages his crew And everybody was focused on their task and they work very well together. We didn’t have to deal with any furniture that was missing and thank God nothing was broken in transition. We’re very nervous the whole time just because this was our livelihood in your hands but you guys took great care of us so we figured leaving a positive review it’s just a sign of our appreciation.

Always Moving is a professional moving company. They will absolutely save you money and explain to you how everything works. We got our furniture within 10 days and they made this move as stress free as possible. They looked over other estimates and left us to make the best decision for our specific relocation. Any discount that was optional the gave us.  Really nice company that actually saved us a lot of money. We had no other way of handling this ourself so we had to look for an outside company and they absolutely did the job well. .

All I can say now that the move is done is that I’m glad I made the choice to work with always moving. We found that out of every company we spoke to that they were the most friendly, easiest to work with and most importantly not a broker. They promised us or furniture would never leave the truck it was picked up on and we were in contact with the drivers the whole entire route. There was never a time we had any concern or worry there is a feeling of comfort working with them. It’s hard to find a small company like this that does such high-quality work. Contract can be confusing at times specially if you’re not a lawyer or not used to reading them but they took their time to go line by line and answer any questions we had. For us it was the little things that so that’s on them. They are honest and transparent and definitely worth the money spent.

I recently went online to try to find a long distance moving company. After that they started to get calls I spoke from minute I submitted the information to well that evening and days beyond. Always moving was a little bit more relaxed and some of the others. The other companies wanted to jump right to the money in the deposit aspect where as always moving which were concerned with putting together an accurate inventory list to avoid any problems during pickup and the final delivery. Everybody was moving in the same direction. I’m not sure of the exact hours of the company but I was able to reach somebody very early in the morning and even after hours at night which I really liked. I need a company that was willing to work around my schedule and always moving what is the company I was looking for.

Thank you thank you everybody at always moving. I just got my delivery and I love the way your company does business. They treat people‘s furniture is if it’s their own and they talk to you with respect. They were one of the few companies that did not hound us for money from the first phone call that type of behavior makes us uncomfortable and pushes us away. Always moving give us space and time to make her own decision to see what was the best fit for us. Anytime we need to speak to somebody somebody was readily available. Always Moving was a company we were unfamiliar with when they first called us. We got calls from the smallest companies to the biggest van lines that operate the one major difference was price. And boy was the range extended. I can’t find any good reason why to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars just to have a bigger names company move your furniture. It didn’t add up. Always Moving is the actual moving company. What that means for people who do not know is that they are not removing broker. Moving broker will sell your move off to a company that can do it cheaper to make a profit. Our furniture was picked up by always moving and delivered by them as well. You’re in touch with one representative from the very first car until the confirmation for delivery. Very reassuring to know that if we had any questions we just had a contact the same person we’ve been talking to the whole time. After our furniture was delivered we even got a call from the owner to make sure you’re satisfied with all the service which says a lot about the company. Thanks to Always Moving coming to my home after delivering another clients furniture close by got my me my flat rate price for our relocation. They were able to see all the items first hand so there was no question about certain pieces that may or may not have been bigger then average. The over estimated the total number of boxes to be packed. They showed up the day before pickup and had all the boxes packed and larger pieces already disassembled. They showed up early and had it all on within hours and our total space was less then the original estimate. The office did all the necessary adjustments for the final payment. The move was great the move went smooth. Great work.

This time when I set out to find a ling distance moving company I would not settle for anything less than what I was looking for. I’ve heard of bad experiences I’ve almost had one myself so I know the few things to look forward to keep me safe. They provided me all the documents I requested and verified their identity. Once we begin the process they were very detailed and organized and had it listed room by room. Leading up to the move I was called by another department who reviewed the list with me to see if I wanted to make any changes. I felt at all times that my move was in good hands. Everything from talking to them to the actual moving men they guaranteed me a variety of things and delivered on all of them.

I really have to give it to this group of guys hands-down! This group of movers really knows how to get a book done right. They pay attention to what the customer says and then anything And everything gets packed appropriately so it shipped safely and securely and doesn’t arrive in any damage form. The contractor is easy to follow, the sales rep even set it up so we would allocate extra space if needed only to be adjusted upon delivery. This way we knew our worst case scenario as far as the price it could only come down from there and we watched it happen. Always moving made moving a very easy experience which could not have come at a better time. Much respect and thank you.

I find that when it comes to more service-based industries a company will excel in certain areas but not be a strong in others. Always moving company which one of the first day I seen that every part of it was strong well organized and working towards the same final product. The people inside the business wanted to make sure that the paperwork was done and that the client felt good having everything they needed as far as statements and incidentals going forward. We Gotta say we’ve used over five moving companies that are lifetime and nobody has done the job that always moving has. So detailed and made sure they covered every aspect of the move and left nothing to chance. That’s exactly the type of company we were looking for. Most of the other companies were quick to just say yes and ask for money but always Moving wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the services they offered. In the process we got our vehicle moved as well and got a great package price. They save us thousands of dollars and made it look so easy But there’s simply no way we could’ve done it ourselves. The process in the getting started off very smooth then all of a sudden started to get Rocky. We are companies that would call us and literally bad mouthing trash any company we had spoken to. Both of us work in a service-based industry and the one roll we do know is that you don’t talk bad or sling mud about other companies. Always moving always kept it on them self and did not have a single bad word to say about any of their competitors. Instead of focusing on that they focused on giving us great pricing making sure we had our dates and any other special requests we had. We got the five star treatment from them and it was worth every dollar we spent. So based on personal experience if a company starts to talk bad they are probably not a good company in them self thank you guys for being a company of integrity.

What a terrific company always moving is. I never realized how much work is actually involved for each and every move. They educated us a lot in the beginning and we were able to begin putting together the actual list of items to generate the price. We liked that we were only responsible for the space on the the truck we used and they offered us the best price per cubic foot. I’ve read positive feedback on various sites and I gave them a shot. After many weeks of speaking with many movers we chose Always Moving. They were the friendliest and the hardest working company we spoke with. They have a way to them and a proven formula for making every move go just as planned. I had one of the major van lines come out to our home to do an assessment as well. They are all about the customer service. There are so many people involved in each move they make it almost impossible for any mistakes this slip through which would eventually lead to an up charge for the final payment. If we didn’t spend the amount of time we did talking to them making sure that we had all our stuff perfectly in order on paper I’m pretty sure that that would’ve happened. We had multiple moving companies call us as well as walk through our home start putting together a group of moving estimates. We spoke to a few good companies but none is good as always moving. The major van line that came to our house gave us a flat fee but it was more than double the prices that we heard over the phone. Companies outside of them that called offer the same services for a fraction of the cost. Always moving had a tremendous reviews online and we figured that they would be a good fit for our relocation. They were focused on the details I wanted to make sure we wouldn't run into any problems on move day.That level of preparation as well as transparency lead to a successful move. The movers went above and beyond and wrapping the furniture in securing the items nothing was damaged at all. The communication was great and we were always able to reach somebody. They offer a great sense of security as well as affordable pricing and have officially became our preferred mover.

Looking for a mover was much more work then I ever thought. We spoke to close to And different movers and each of them all sounded like they had the best deal. We had to do our due diligence so we took to the Internet and started researching them one by one. Recently began to find out who is real and who is not. I’m not a review writing person but I was extremely impressed with this moving company Always Moving. I recently was notified I would be moving and honestly this time I was not doing it myself. I’m a small girl and I also stand for hours a day so no way for me. These guys were great. They took everything apart and put it back together when it was delivered to my new home. Plus they even moved it where I wanted it. I’m definitely happy with the overall company as well. I called to make sure in between the pick up and drop off that it would still be on time and they were so pleased to help me, they didn’t make me seem annoying, although I totally know I am. It was a great time doing business with always moving. Coming into this it’s fair to say that me and my husband were both very nervous. The idea of loading our entire household onto a truck and meeting your company across the country it was definitely scary for us. Working so closely with our sales are app and being in contact at all points definitely took some of the strain off of us. We let the movers do what they do and that’s handle the move without us interfering. The way they talk you can tell that they do so many moves and they understand everybody’s concern specifically. We brought up a good relationship over the time that we worked with them and everybody did whatever they could to make sure that we didn’t see a single problem from start to finish. Always moving was the first company to contact us. We put in a generic request on the movers website and we’re told that between four and six moving companies would call us to give us pricing. Most every company we spoke to one of the same thing which was basically a list of items we were moving and wanted an idea of the boxes and who would be packing them. We decided packing the boxes would be a little bit more cost efficient and it was something that we had time to do. The movers were just be responsible for the larger pieces which we spent days and weeks accounting for size and weight to make sure that we had the proper amount of space on the truck. They arrived on time to pick up the furniture and we got our delivery within two weeks. The moving process went so smooth I am very grateful for that.
