Exceptional work from Always Moving We had a hard time in the beginning trying to figure out what moving company was the best fit for us but after reviewing all our estimates and budget they were number one. We appreciate all the work and patience involved putting our whole household together. This was a full service door to door move. The movers came and carefully loaded each piece. I was able to mark off pieces as they were loaded and our list was exact and our final price was less then the quoted price. We were called and regularly updated and always in touch with the company. Professional and courteous great job.

Always Moving gotta say thank you for the hard work done by everybody on your staff. Early on In our conversations we spent time going room by room to get the most comprehensive list as possible. We reserved our move about 2 months before our move date so we were able to save ourself a few hundred dollars. The estimate was easy to understand and any questions we had somebody was always able to help us. Once our furniture was in route we got updated frequently never had to call first. Fast delivery and no damages very well.

Always Moving is the complete moving company. First off they are not a broker which means all the moves and mileage on the trucks they own are from moves they do them self. We had a bad experience about 7 years ago with a van line that at the last minute couldn’t service our move and had a third party they worked with come and pick us up. We knew nothing about the company or employees and needless to say the move was a disaster. This time around it was much different. We called the same number each and every time. No extra money no broken furniture and fast delivery. Great honest work. .

Always Moving is a professional moving company. They will absolutely save you money and explain to you how everything works. We got our furniture within 10 days and they made this move as stress free as possible. They looked over other estimates and left us to make the best decision for our specific relocation. Any discount that was optional the gave us.  Really nice company that actually saved us a lot of money. We had no other way of handling this ourself so we had to look for an outside company and they absolutely did the job well. .

All I can say now that the move is done is that I’m glad I made the choice to work with always moving. We found that out of every company we spoke to that they were the most friendly, easiest to work with and most importantly not a broker. They promised us or furniture would never leave the truck it was picked up on and we were in contact with the drivers the whole entire route. There was never a time we had any concern or worry there is a feeling of comfort working with them. It’s hard to find a small company like this that does such high-quality work. That’s all they said they were serious about our business. They were very informative and we’re willing to look at other estimates that we received only because they wanted to ensure we knew how to read them and understand them completely. Contract can be confusing at times specially if you’re not a lawyer or not used to reading them but they took their time to go line by line and answer any questions we had. For us it was the little things that so that’s on them. They are honest and transparent and definitely worth the money spent.

I recently went online to try to find a long distance moving company. After that they started to get calls I spoke from minute I submitted the information to well that evening and days beyond. Always moving was a little bit more relaxed and some of the others. The other companies wanted to jump right to the money in the deposit aspect where as always moving which were concerned with putting together an accurate inventory list to avoid any problems during pickup and the final delivery. Everybody was moving in the same direction. I’m not sure of the exact hours of the company but I was able to reach somebody very early in the morning and even after hours at night which I really liked. I need a company that was willing to work around my schedule and always moving what is the company I was looking for.

Having a reliable moving company was a task in itself. We had so many questions in the beginning and wanted to protect ourself at all costs. There are some companies that you like a few things about and then there’s others that love everything. Always Moving was the company we loved everything about. It started with the sales rep that was im charge of our move. Then it was dispatch and customer service. We even got to speak to the owner who personally involved himself and oversees every move from small to massive. That’s the type of company I like dealing with. The last thing we wanted was pushy pretentious sales people who all they wanted was money. Always moving is more customer oriented because no 2 moves are the same. Long story short we are happy we selected them and we would hire them in the future need bd .

Working with always moving where is this good is working with family. We actually felt like they were family by the time it was over. They got to know us they knew the pieces that meant more diverse than some others and make sure they got a wrap specially in individually. Watching them load the truck really showed us that they do care about the clients furniture. We got a great price with them they ended up right in the middle of all the other companies we supposed to but the deciding factor is how they spoke to us and the ratings and reviews we saw great job.

We really enjoyed working with always moving. They did not harass us or pressure us into making a decision before we were ready. They worked around our schedule and did not overwhelm us with phone calls. They were available at any hour and are very progressive. We email them pictures some items that we are unsure of the size and we allocated plenty of extra space. Once the furniture was on the truck the final estimate was less than the price we were quoted so that was a major win for us.Everybody work together and stayed in communication and as a result everybody is happy in the end. We would recommend them to anybody.

Always moving company deserves to be recognized. We have a few special request which included an additional stop off at a delivery at the storage unit. Most other companies that we spoke you were too expensive we did not have the availability we needed. We felt like we were a burden with all the request we made but if we were going to pay some company to do a job for us he wanted it done exactly how we needed it. You guys went above and beyond to make sure that we were on the same page and always in the loop with what you expect and what was happening at that moment. There were times where we go to Phone calls from you guys before we could even call to ask questions you guys are always one step ahead and that’s what separates you from the rack. It was a pleasure we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the very beginning always moving had kept their word with us. They were also one of the few companies that did not call us over 10 times a day and send us countless emails. They worked around our schedule and it was nice to have a company that I understood that. We were able to exchange photos and emails at all hours of the day. We got updated quotes regularly until we finally feels comfortable with the draft that we signed off on. We made our deposit to secure our move date and everything went as planned. The furniture was treated correctly and no up charges. Solid job all around.

We’ve never used a long distance moving company before this was a very scary spirits for us. The first companies retire to basically you scare tactics to try to make us reserve our move with them. That was very offputting to us so we continued our search. Always moving cards and they were very kind and sincere and didn’t ask for money in the first or even the second car. They focused on the details and wanted to make sure they had the move right and I specifically told us not to make a deposit until they were completely finished with the estimate and we were 100% sure That this is what we wanted. It’s not easy to find good moving companies so I’m leaving this review to try to help save some time for the next person they are great and we are real people who really moved and they need to know that we appreciate all their work.

Always moving definitely exceeded our expectations. We knew from talking to them and reading about them that we can expect a good relocation but never on this level. From the first phone call to watching The movers work in sync they are a well oiled machine. Receive the most amount of money by going with them which is always the biggest plus. There is no funny business it was all professional and that is much appreciated. This was our first time using a long distance mover and we didn’t want to have a bad experience like a few people we have read about. The key to it all being they are not a broker and use their own trucks. One call for any of our issues there was always somebody there and we were extremely happy with all the service we received.

The initial contact, quote, and start up was wonderful. Movers showed up in florida on time and did a great job. Now the fun begins..we apparently we over our estimate but was never provided a single document to show what cu feet we actually used. Initial amount was 5800. We paid 2037 down, 1890 at pick up, and 2450.50 on delivery. I requested a 24 hour notice of delivery time and never received one. The delivery driver called at noon on sat and let us
know he was at the storage unit which was a surprise, but not really a big deal. It took us about 30 min to get over to the unit and in that time the dispatcher called and yelled at my girlfriend. I returned that call when she let me know and I asked to speak with his supervisor. He replied that he was the boss and that nobody was over him but God. He continually cut me off and was deliberately disrespectful. I am honeslty astonished that an employee can stay employed like that. I wish I had direct contact with the owner so we could figure how to fire that person.

I really got to give it to the folks at always moving. They were so helpful from the first car to the final delivery. They found this anyway that they could to save us money because as you may know moving can be expensive. We were looking for full-service move and luckily that is what they provide. All we have to do is let the movers in and they wrapped all the furniture and packed all the boxes as well as loaded the truck and unloaded it as well. They made moving very easy at least easier than we ever anticipated so going forward we are happy to recommend them for anybody who’s looking for a good strong company that does what they say.

We decided always moving for most recent relocation. Unfortunately we can’t bounce around a lot due to my husband’s profession. In the past remove their self, hired the biggest names in the industry and small family company and this was by far the best mover we ever chose. Always was in line with the other companies but the additional discounts me then the lowest price we received. When we found out we were moving since the Yellow Pages doesn’t exist anymore we went online to try to find the interstate moving company. We entered and some generic information and we were told that a list of five companies would call us. We were curious to see which company would call first because we figured that would be the company that was the hungriest and eager to earn our business and that company was always Moving. We still spoke to other companies just to have compared prices but always dirt out. They had personality, they talk to us like we were there friends and not just people that they can get money offer. They gave us enough space to make her own decision and your own research. We read about them online and saw that many people were very satisfied with thier work. They don’t rush job and then make sure it gets done right and it did. Thank you everybody involved and don’t be surprised if you get a call saying that we recommended you.

We grew Kind of always moving after going online and reading plenty of positive reviews about them. As deliver views are one thing but we were more concerned with the customer service and the quality of work that they would provide. We gave them a chance just like we gave every other company that called. One of the first things that we noticed where is that always moving estimate was much more details and they had us down for more space than any other company. This was the necessarily a bad thing considering we only would pay for the space that we use and I was the same for the other companies as well. The only difference being with always moving we would pay less But the others we would be paying more. We really enjoyed the way they did business we felt like valued customers who were protected at all times. From the time we signed our estimate to the final pick up nothing changed from the dollar amount to the level of treatment we got and that’s why we would be happy to use them again.

I reached out always moving INC for my move from NC to CT.
I have clearly mentioned the number of items and the floor details in order to get the quote.
The information I've given during the call includes there are 20 flight of stairs at my place and I've mentioned each and every item in my home(10 Large box, 20 Medium box and other regular items even I have photocopy of the quote). I was told it will take 364 cubic feet and price will be $1697. Even I've asked them to put everything in the quote which they did expect the 20 stairs details. When I called to include the stairs information in the quote. They said it's included in the price. Even they said if your items would take less space then we would refund the amount to you.

I started packing my stuff and I was end up having only 10 Large box and 10 Medium box. It's less than what I initially told them so I thought my items will take less space.

but on the day of the move I was told I need to pay $140 for the stairs. I tried explaining the driver that I've already informed about it to the quote provider. Even I tried calling him he didn't pick.

Next the driver asked me to pay additional $570 becuase my items was taken more space (120 cubic feet) then orignally planned. I was more shocked. The items i've loaded was less than what I was intailly provided while preparing quote. I asked the driver to show me how the cubic fee measurements calculated and he refused.

I didn't face any issue when items delivered expect they were so keen to get only cash not usps money order. But I ended up giving only money order as I need them for my record.
I reached out to the customer service and I didn't get the proper response.

Do not believe the quote they provide as it will change on the day of the move. I will be raising a complaint in bbc as well.

Out of all the companies that we spoke to always moving have the best deal to offer. We got the best price per cubic foot and everybody that works in the office was very educated and helping us save money as well as providing us with additional insurance to make sure all our goods were covered. Moving is very expensive and stressful so picking the right company is very important. We wanted a company that we could speak to you after normal business hours because we tend to work late. We exchanged emails and phone calls at all hours and they did whatever it took to satisfy us and make sure we got an accurate and professional move.
