Jackie couldn't have been more nerve calming and down right a pleasure to speak to during this last minute stressful cross country move. Excellent!

I use the services of Allegiance moving and storage to transport three of my vehicles. I was surprised that they were able to pick up all three vehicles on the same day and deliver 2 Days Later. My vehicles are all safe and sound in the garage and I cannot be more copy for choosing them to facilitate my transport needs versus all the other calls I was getting that were nonstop and would not stop harassing me. They kept me calm and did not rush me into making any immediate decision and we're understanding of me trying to get other options.

I typically move every 4-5 years and love the different places but not the part of packing and transporting my stuff. Amazing!

When I was looking for a moving company I already knew from past experiences what the red flags were. Allegiance moving and storage had none. The moving coordinator Sean was a joy to speak to and listened to what I needed and the customer service was understanding in all aspects. The crew at my pick up and drop off locations were all professional and courteous and not once made me feel uncomfortable or forced to pay extra. The no hidden fees or fine print is also what made me happier to have chosen them.

Excellent!

I was very shocked by not only the fast but reliable service of Allegiance moving and storage. They were trusted with priceless items and delivered them safe and sound to my new studio allowing me to have one less thing to worry about when moving to a new town. Moving is quite possibly the least favorite thing for any one to have to do, especially to a new city where you know no one and are a new college graduate but that was not the case with Allegiance moving and storage. I went from a small town to a big city and besides being nervous I didn't know the first thing about how the moving industry worked and was relying on them more than I had expected. I will recommend them!

I have to give credit where it's due and Allegiance moving and storage surpassed my expectations. From the first call with Andrew to the interaction with the crew members my experience was great. There was the normal stresses of moving but they were quick to help me finish packing and didn't complain nor were annoyed with my numerous questions and even with the rain they were able to keep my items dry and safe for shipping. I would highly recommend them!!!

Showed up on time and were professional and efficient. I was so pleased with how easy and stress-free the moving day was with their handling of our boxes with care. They were extremely polite and professional. All the guys were not only very patient with us but were respectful. It was made hassle free. The guys worked almost non-stop and were in and out far quicker than I imagined.

Booking was efficient and quick in meeting all my needs. They worked very well wrapping all of my furniture securely preventing any damage. They clearly enjoy their job. I used Allegiance moving and storage back in May for my move from New York to Georgia. I literally had two days to move last minute. Sean was super helpful and scheduled the move exactly as I needed it on short notice with a fair price. Company Lacks Integrity

Submitted a reservation for a cross country move (WA to WI). Cancelled by writing the following day as Allegiance requires for a full deposit refund. Received a 50% refund 5 wks later. 11 1/2 weeks later and still waiting on the second half of our refund. They claim to have sent it out to a different address then they sent the first half (why?) and are unwilling to provide proof of issue. As it stands we have to either pay for a cancellation and reissue, or wait another 5+ weeks.

I recently used the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to go from the big city of New York to the small town in Mississippi.
