I told my friend to give you a call already! Allegiance you gave me a fantastic moving experience. I had to leave for a very important appointment and carrier didn’t mind at all, by the time I got back the truck was half loaded. They did a special pack on mu exercise bike so it wouldn’t break and I am glad they did, no damages done at all. The contents of all of my boxes, which they packed came intact. I am glad I went with Allegiance instead of all the other companies that called me a billion times.

Allegiance kept me up to date on all the aspects of our move. You all were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone seemed to have a smile on their face even the crew and then it rained!! They took a break went to grab some lunch, when the rain passed they went straight back to it and got me loaded. They put some of the materials they had on the floor so they wouldn’t get everything gross. They did a final walk through with me to make sure they had gotten everything. I would use them again, rain or shine!

Thank you Allegiance, I absolutely loved the driver Jack that Allegiance sent. He came and did a walk through and we did the paperwork as his crew started to trickle in. I have a very large move and they were prepared to handle everything including my full gym. Some of the crew were so small I didn’t; think they could lift all the stuff. To my surprise pretty sure all of them could kick my butt. They moved that equipment and weight like it was nothing. Any gym guys out there give Allegiance a call they moved everything like professionals.

I received a call from Bill from Allegiance moving and storage and after so many calls from different moving companies I was to the point of just doing the move myself. The best thing I did was answer Bill's call because not only did he listen to my needs and was transparent with every detail he even gave me a discount for being a veteran. I am so glad I answered the phone and will be getting delivered this weekend. Cant wait to turn my new apartment into a home. Thank you a million times over Allegiance moving and storage!

I have to admit that i was nervous using a moving company for the first time but after selling my home of 47 years in Texas to move closer to my children in Florida I couldn't do it all by myself. Since my husband passing I wanted to be close to my family and the best decision I made was answering Zack's call from Allegiance Moving and Storage. Not only was he honest and explained the process to me but the customer service department was so patient with me and all my questions. The movers themselves were so careful with my priceless items and I just couldnt ask for a better service. Thank you again Allegiance!

I had a move order put into place and everything seemed smooth like a well-oiled lamp! We had them move my two bedroom house and they had 4 movers for my 4 bedroom house. They showed up as promised and proceeded to take apart all of my beds and a table, when they delivered everything, they reassembled all of it. The last movers I had didn’t take apart and put stuff back together, I had to do it all. This saved me money in the end because I didn’t have to pay for a handyman. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Moving stinks but Allegiance almost made it enjoyable! This was the first time I have had someone not only move me but pack everything for me also. I just told them what to pack, didn’t know that you couldn’t put certain things on the truck though, so I did have to pack some things myself and take them in the car with me. I did find an email a few days later that actually told me about these things so that is my fault. They did so good and had my 3 bedroom packed and loaded into the truck In about 8 hours. I will use them again to move and will recommend them also.

I have always wanted to move there and finally I made the leap! I didn’t know how in the world they would get a moving truck downtown well they managed it like pros. They gave me all the information that I needed for the move, who knew I need a COI, didn’t even know that was a thing. FYI, it is proof of insurance. Thankfully the building I moved to has a loading area so that was a good thing. They were about an hour later than I thought but of course I am sure the city traffic had something to due with that.

Allegiance moving and storage definitely set the bar high for any other moving companies. Not only were they honest, caring, and had an open line of communication but were also available at any time i had a question or concern. They took care of my stuff with care and with all the adjustments i made on the day of pick up not once did any of the movers get frustrated or angry like I had expected due to an experience I had with another moving company a few years back. Being in the military has me move a lot and I now have a go to company for myself and have already recommended them to my fellow service members and family.

The estimated cost almost tripled when their contractors arrived for pick up and then upon delivery. The furniture pieces were damaged, and the contractors were rude and refused to assemble our furniture (we paid for it in our estimate agreement). When submitting a claim, their representatives did absolutely NOTHING! They said they couldn't speak for the delivery team as these people were hired by the local moving company they work with. We regret the day we signed the estimate with this scam company. I don't recommend Allegiance at all. Save your money, time, and nerves.

I got into contract with Allegiance for my move and I am glad I did! They did do a really good job they wrapped everything and handled our furniture with care! From the first call to the last box that was brought in was done professionally. They were quick to respond to all of my questions and calls. They showed up on time and accommodated my schedule. The experience from start to finish was extraordinary and they were careful not to scratch or anything and all the boxes.

I originally hired a different mover about a month before your move but they didn’t show up or even call. I reached out to Allegiance with prayer under my breathe hoping they could get me picked up and within 24 hours a moving truck was in my driveway and had me on the road 6 hours later. I am so grateful to the speed of the service but how well they completed the move. I got to my new house one day before the truck did, it was perfect timing. They were so kind knowing that I was so stressed out during this process and if you are in a pinch this is company to call!

I want to start off by saying GOD BLESS YOU ALLEGIANCE MOVING AND STORAGE! I had to do a last minute relocation for my ministry and your team of not only educated but understanding representatives made a last minute stressful yet beneficial moment in my life so much easier. They were not only able to pick my items up with a two day notice and also give me discounts for being previously in the military but delivery my items in the time frame I had requested. You guys really are a blessing and everyone whether at my church or large group of family and friends will be referred to you for any moving needs. Thank you again and may God bless you all.

I must say that moving is horrible but with Allegiance moving and storage it was easy as pie. They were here at the time they had promised me and handled my items with such great care but also went above and beyond.in making sure my items were safe and secure for transport across the country. I received my items a few weeks ago and as I am still unpacking I wanted to stop and thank you for all your help and your amazing team that helped keep me calm, communicated with me and answered the hundreds of questions I had and not once got upset for me calling repeatedly like other companies do. Thank you again and you have a customer and friends/family for life!

They were diligent and stayed on top of my move the entire time. When the carrier got, they were trying to go over the paperwork with me and I just didn’t understand it. I called Shannon in customer service, and she explained everything to me, even how to see how much space I was taking up. It did go up in price about $500, silly me forgot to tell them about my Husbands weights and 2 other pieces of exercise equipment. $500 for them to carry all those weights was worth the extra cost for sure! The whole moving company was great.
