We hired Allegiance Moving and Storage to perform a complete move for my friend’s bar and from the moment they showed up they took full control of the situation. With countless memorabilia pieces hanging on the wall and all the glassware still sitting in racks, we were amazed by just how quickly and efficiently they were able to get everything wrapped, packed, and loaded. Every frame and glass arrived at the new location without a single casualty in the process. Allegiance made a lasting impression with their quality work.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4376

I had a very stressful home buying experience. Between our loan getting held up and the buyers getting denied for their loan we were on a roller coaster for MONTHS trying to get all the pieces to the puzzle to fit together nicely. Our only breath of fresh air in this whole experience was Allegiance. Any time we had a hiccup with the home buying all we had to do was call their customer service team and let them know. They never charged us any more or gave us a hard time and they were able to accommodate every change that we made without an issue at all and they did it with smiles on their faces (or at least I think so because I only ever spoke to the ladies over the phone). I wanted to send a sincere thank you to their office team for being our one little cold water oasis in this crazy process!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4786

When I booked with them they said it would take 3-4 days for delivery from Ohio to NC. It’s been 3 weeks and every time I call they tell me to call back the next Friday to see if it’s scheduled. This is not ok. I’ve spent $900 on a hotel for 2 weeks now I’m in my apartment and had to spend an additional $500 for an air mattress and essentials. The keep telling me according to contract they have 30 business days. That’s 6 weeks. I don’t have many clothes for work and none of my things. They also called me the day before and increased the price $700 or they would cancel. I had a job to start that Monday and I couldn’t cancel and they knew it. Do not ever use them.

I really hope these guys stick around to help other people through the NIGHTMARE that moving really is. I priced out about 8 different companies and this one was about middle of road as far as pricing was concerned. I always keep that saying "you get what you pay for" in the back of my head because i have found that to be 100% accurate in the past so i wanted to make sure i didn't go with the cheapest option. I knew i would get the cheapest service if i did that. The service just got better and better as time went on. Mark and his crew even complimented out new home and gave us some decoration suggestions!!!!!!

I contacted Allegiance Moving and Storage and received a quote that looked attractive. My moving consultant Kevin assured me he would be there every step of the move process to make my move “seamless”. What a joke! They hired Royal Star Movers with no input from me, in fact they never disclosed the name of the company they had brokered to move my belongings. The online reviews for this company made me physically sick to my stomach. They showed up in a rented Penske truck, we were moving from Wyoming to South Dakota- I will say the crew did a good job of packing up my house, when they left they explained to my husband they were going to Salt Lake City to put our belongings on another truck. Firstly, I did reach out to Allegiance several times I’m guessing my move coordinator must have blocked my number as he never answered my texts, phone calls or emails. I reached customer service but they never returned my call, I wanted to know when the delivery was scheduled- they too quit answering my calls. Royal Star Moving was so rude to me on the phone and called my husband a liar. The scheduled delivery was March 3d, they wouldn’t tell me where my belongings were, only they were at their “facility” in Salt Lake. The night of March 17th I received a call that my possessions would be delivered the following day. I did get my things, thankfully the gentleman that Royal Star hired was very kind and unloaded everything.

Do your homework people, this was my third move- first was Mayflower, second was United and because I had such great experiences with these two companies I tried to save some money and learned a life lesson that it wasn’t worth it and in fact I ended up paying more money and went through weeks of HELL.

I moved to IA for my new job. My company was paying for my move so the process was a little more complicated than usual. My company had to pay for the move remotely which most moving companies were not willing to do, which i found out after speaking with them at length. The staff at Allegiance said it is not something that they normally do but went out of the way to make it happen for me. I was starting to think i was just going to have to pack up my car with what i could and sell the rest. Allegiance helped me get my most prized possessions where i needed them and helped me meet my company's requirements.

I am allergic to cigarette smoke and i had a really bad experience with a local mover in the past who refused to leave my property while smoking. At the end of that experience, I spent 4 days in the hospital with an allergic reaction so you can understand I was hesitant to put myself in that situation again. Unfortunately, i had to move out of my apartment and FAST due to financial reasons. Not only was I able to get a great price and fast service but the guys that showed up didn’t even smoke once on my property! I am very pleased and will use Allegiance for all my future moves!
