DON'T BOOK! FRAUD! STOLE OUR MONEY

This is the worst moving company ever. Pleaseeeee NEVER book with them. Right after they collected the depsit- Jeff Green- guy who make our booking stopped taking our calls. On the day the movers were come @10am, nobody showed up. They hook you up with a 3rd party for moving. After 1000 attempts customer service of that 3rd party took our call and said someone will show up before 2pm. Yet nobody did! Then we called again they said movers will come in 2 hrs and are late because the truck broke. Nobody showed up. They kept stalling us until 9pm. Then told that they will come @3am. We kept calling nobody showed up. We missed our flight which was @6am. Jeff and customer service were still not responding. Finally a driver David Atias truck no. 2909 RK arrived at 3pm and told he would charge us 1000$ more than what we were told. We did the virtual tour before booking to show the inventory and were told that if everything in the list stays the same, price will be binding. The driver was very very rude and giving us warnings saying if you call them, I will leave. Then said give your answer in 2 min or I'll leave. We kept calling them and nobody took the call. Jeff's no. Was going straight to voicemail and then became out of service. They took out deposit, and we had to go through all of this and still stuck with our stuff, looking for another mover. Please find me on facebook or instagram if you have questions about alligience movers but please NEVER EVER book with them. This is a scam and you will go through mental harrasment by their customer service and drivers for no reason.

Everything during the move went smooth

On top of that they were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, they listened to what we wanted and I really got the sense that they wanted to give us good service and not just a one size fits all moving experience. I must say these movers have a professional moving team.

Very efficient and humble team

The workers taught me a lot which was really interesting to learn about how to load a truck for long distance transportation. At least they didn't let me sit there bored while they packed and carried all my stuff! They talked to me and answered all my questions with detail.

We lived in our house for 17 years so you can only imagine how much stuff we had. They came in and helped us pack and even helped us get rid of a bunch of our stuff. Very nice and very helpful!

I had purchased a piano from auction and the auction house required that I hire my own transportation to get it delivered. They had the item picked up and carefully packed up and delivered to my house within 3 days.

I would recommend them to all of you

Today was my first move and I hired Allegiance company for moving services. They are very reasonable and affordable. I opted packing and shifting package. On the moving day they arrived before the scheduled time and completed all the wrapping of luggage. They have done all these things within three hours.

Excellent Movers

These guys don't seem to let anybody stall out their work. The wind was blowing so hard on the day I had scheduled I was SURE they were going to call to reschedule. I even had trouble driving my SUV I can’t even imagine how hard it was to drive a tractor trailer!!! But nope! THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND DIDNT COMPLAIN ONCE!!!

Missing boxes

We had several boxes missing. Reported it to Alligence Moving, but they sent me to some place that determines what I should get. That was months ago. One of the missing pieces was my handicapped husband’s scooter. He cannot get around without it. This is terrible

Best Movers

Allegiance has guys who really hustle! They got more done if four hours than i would have been able to get done in a week! They were also really professional looking. They dressed nice and had clean gloves and little bottles of hand sanitizer attached to their belts which i thought was real nifty!

I was in the process of moving stuff to a few different locations and needed help. I looked online and came across Allegiance movers and the first thing that caught my eye as they are fully insured which was a major plus. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to the house and move my stuff. It was indeed a great move throughout.

Not a moving company, a broker. They take a deposit, weeks later require an additional deposit. And they do nothing. They delete your original binding contract. But hold you to it when they overcharge you. RENT A UHAUL.

Hire through a local moving company.

They got the job done in no time

One thing that they don’t advertise is how flexible they are with their date changes. My closing fell through on my house because the buyers lost their funding and they held my spot for 8 months!! Most other companies would tell me I’m SOL but they did well!

Great, well prepared company

I tried my hardest to get everything prepared. I had tape and boxes. Bubble wrap. Paper. I thought I had everything. But I forgot the blankets! These guys showed up with everything I needed and then some! And they had blankets! I was so so happy when I saw that. They also didn’t charge me a dime for them which was incredible.
