All Services Movers

We used All Services to move us from Seattle to Florida not too long ago, and I must say I am overall pleased with these guys. I'm military based currently and was a military brat growing up so I have definitely had my fair share of relocating my whole entire life. We have moved ourselves, have had the military relocate us, and have hired professional movers before and still had nothing but problems. I planned to move us myself this time however my wife ended up going into labor which made things a little difficult to do. We did some researching and finally came across these guys. The reviews didn't seem too entirely had and they had an A rating with the BBB which to me is a plus. They provided everything I needed to have the move approved by the military and they did a fantastic job. We had an amazing rep, the movers were nothing but kind, and customer service helped every step of the way and for the price we were shocked. These guys really took care of us!

Avoid this moving company at all costs!! I initially went with them for their great prices, and they seemed great at first, but it is definitely worth the extra money to go with a company that is more qualified and professional. I gave the company 2 starts because the movers themselves were fine, and they actually did a great job getting everything wrapped and packed in a timely manner. I felt bad because they were caught up in my mess with the company when they clearly had no idea what was going on. This company is the worst with following up and calling customers back. I always had to call them and leave messages because I NEVER got a response. They pretty much stop responding to you after they collect payment. I am SO unsatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service!

Let me start off saying I am a very unsatisfied customer that original had a move contract with liberty relocation who picked up my household goods and was suppose to be stored in the texas warehouse. Well, they was shipped without my permission and stored in a different state. I never told this company to ship my goods but they did and want me to pay to get them shipped back to texas. After getting the run around to where my goods was stored I finally got tired of liberty relocation lying to me I went to the office to speak with a manager. When I got there the office was closed at 8 am and the employees was waiting outside for someone to open the office after an hour had passed we had to walk around to the back of the office to get in. The things I seen! Things was everywhere boxes look like they was tamper with, boxes was smashed and there was an awful smell. Even though it was not my items stored in the warehouse I feel sorry for the ppl goods that was. After walking through the warehouse and making it to the front I spoke with the employees that was there and was asking where was the manager. No one wanted to give me straight answers so I told them that I was going to stay until I get some answers. In the mean, while I started looking around and notice different contracts that was in the office liberty relocation, great American moving and storage and all services movers. "Yes all three of these companies are ran by the same ppl!" after a couple of hours passed finally an young lady by the name Nicole showed up and we spoke and she was very nice but it still doesn't make me happy of all the things I have seen and the lies that was told. I just want to let you know before you move with a company make sure you do a search. Cause these 3 companies are brokers!

I've used these guys a few times now and both times they did an exceptionally great job. They made it as easy for both me and my parents as possible. Both times Samantha came out and performed what they call an 'In Home Estimate' for us and both times she did a phenomenal job. I didn't pay a dime over what she quoted me, the team was extremely helpful & tentative to my needs, and the customer service team Latashia and Tanesha were great also. Will definitely be using this company for our moving needs from now on.
