They made it happen.

I have used professional and non professional services on more than one occasion and after reading some of these reviews I would like to start off by stating that there is no such thing as a 'perfect' move (even if you move yourself). SO, with that being said please don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise. I have used this company twice now and have had decent moves, of course I did use common sense to my ability and wrapped my own valuables to the best I could along with doing my own packing. It's true when they say if you want something done right the first time, then you should probably do it yourself. When the movers came I made sure I stayed on top of everything & directed them throughout the process. Overall the guys did a good job (whether they came from Home Depot, Workforce, next door, down the street, whatever, at this point I don't really care) point blank, they did a good job. I got my items within the time frame originally quoted, the only real issue I had was when I attempted to call the customer service line. The high volume of calls those girls received led to impressively long hold times. Aside from that my sales representative was great and helpful, the office staff seemed as friendly as anywhere else, and the office location was local to me. I had a few broken items, a box was left accidentally but was over nighted per one of the managers for me, and I was under quoted a tad bit but that of course was my fault because I left off a few items. All issues were understandable & negotiable through the company whether I was at fault or not. AGAIN, my move wasn't 'perfect' but I'm not the type of person to give my personal experience to falsely expose the company nor do I ever expect a service whether it be the worst or best I've ever had to be free. I've used Atlas, Mayflower, and Allied before, paid almost triple the price and have gotten the same services along with the same few issues. I worked closely with my representative to ensure we were all on the same page throughout the entire move & had little to no problems. Working in the mobil industry causes me to relocate a little more than I personally would like but overall the team was helpful throughout each move I had with them and I plan to utilize their services again in the future.

Lost items, late delivery, damage.

Mark was very good during the sales stagfe and called almost everyday. As soon as I signed the contract, he stopped calling and would not respond to me.  He was only focused on the sale and clearly had no interest in how the move actually went. We contacted the company with ONE MONTHS notice. They pretended not to have been notified though we have phone and email records. Then they delivered our things to us TWO WEEKS after we moved in and TWO WEEKS after the date we had set. Lastly and most importantly, they brokered with a poor driver who picked up day laborers for the unload. Boxes had been crushed a rolled and stacked very poorly. Broken glass was all over the truck.  They gave me boxes that were not mine, and failed to give me some of my items. When called about this, they pretend to listen, take not notes and then do nothing. We are hiring an attorney and initiating a claim.  .

Never Again.

Where to begin. 
The 5 weeks delivery time, 24 days of which were after the "arrival estimate". 
The shattered bookcase. The damaged bookcase. The missing box.
The rude driver who laughed at my concerns and told me blatantly that my complaints would do me no good and it was my own fault for shipping such "shoddy" product. 
The impossible task of getting ahold of Customer Service who never seems to be available, nor do they respond to messages.
The 4 month process of trying to file an insurance claim only to be "respectfully declined" per fine print in my contract I know nothing about - nor do they include in their refusal.
The argument back and forth on the BBB website concerning my claim where the responding representative goes from apologetic one minute to accusatory the next. The same rep promised me a check for the late delivery over 2 months ago.
I'm still waiting. 
Or perhaps the pitiful settlement offer I was offered for my silene in agreeing to never speak of this entire horrendous ordeal again. 
Liars. Thieves. Crooks. Con men at every corner. Save your money, save your sanity. Keep looking for someone else. Their main selling point was their spotless BBB/customer service record, which has since changed dramatically after I decided to use them according to the BBB and this site's content. I find myself suspicious of all the glowing recommendations by customers who didn't experience a single hiccup. All Services Movers only Service is how to screw you out of your time and money. .

Poor Customer Service.

Brendan the sales guy lead me to believe that the average lead time was running about 3-5 days. He noted that in the contract the lead time was 2-21 days but, this was not the normal lead time for them. The movers picked up September 21 and were supposed to deliver October 9. It is now October 11. The movers contacted me October 7 stating they were going to be here October 9. I took off work to meet them. The day they were supposed to arrive they called me and said they didn't realize that my location was between two other stops they had to make and that they are rescheduling my drop off for October 11. When I asked them why and stated that I had taken off work to meet them they told me that in order to save them money they needed to reschedule there drops. Perfect example of a company putting the weight of its problems on the customer. I continued to argue with them but got no where. It is now October 11 at 10am and I haven't received any phone calls from the moving company and they will not answer any of my calls. They are supposed to be here today. I assume this is standard practice as they have all the drivers work off cell phones that don't have voicemail boxes setup. I called the main office and spent 45 minutes on hold this morning before I hung up. I paid $4500.00 to a company that can't meet the basic needs of answering the phone. I advise you to steer clear of this company. They understand nothing of servant leadership.

Bandits and Liars.

We have moved for employment 8 times over the past 20 years. We have never experienced a move like this before. It is my fault - I should have done research. I took their word that they were going to be professional in this move.  I was lied to, disrespected and so many items were STOLEN but I was told lost.  Please take my word and do research and find a reputable company. The manager Kevin will show you no respect and threatened to keep my items until I paid IN CASH an exorbitant amount for delivery (which was different than what I was told at the beginning). I have never had to write such a complaint before. I just want to spare other customers the aggrevation that I had to endure.

All Services Movers.

I only wish there was an option less than poor.  They gave us 2 hours notice for pickup, and 24 hours notice on delivery , called on saturday to deliver monday morning, expecting cash on delivery.  We had to borrow from everyone we know because the banks were closed. I was charged 2k over my visual estimate claiming it was all packing materials! 2 heirloom pieces of furniture were destroyed with no chance of repair, as well as the display case on my 4k oak bar.  had id known ahead of time the etremely careless service I was going to recieve, I would have thrown all of my stuff away in colorado and saved the hassle and stress that this company caused me.  Never ever use All Services Movers, once they get your deposit, they no longer care about you, your stuff or your blood pressire!

Contract issues and missing property (copied from BBB).

My complaint is regarding multiple things. I told her that I needed to have my belonging packed and then stored until I have a permanent address. So she sent an electronic contract for me to review and sign to move forward with the process. However, when the movers showed up they were under the impression that my stuff was going to be packed and shipped. So the representative of the company filled out some information telling me what my balance would be and once I get the actually permanent address to arrange shipment. So I call to arrange for shipments. They tell me to send an email and select the date I want my belonging shipped. If they could not make that delivery date they would notify me and give me a time frame of 2 to 10 days. So I send an email and a few days later I get an email saying my stuff is on its way and should be there in 2 to 10 days. On 8/13 I get a call from a representative Victoria Reyes stating that she needed to talk to me about my final balance. In that discussion she states that there was an error and my balance would be (1k plus) more than expected. And on top of that my stuff had not been loaded and shipped. I asked to speak to the manager who goes by (Brian) and he was no help and would not work with me. In addition, he said it could take 2 to 22 days from my stuff to be delivered. I talked to Brian about the email and the conversation I had with his representative about delivery dates and he acted as if I should know how companies work and that it was my fault for not catching the errors and miscommunication his company made. I asked what it would take to get my property to me for the weekend of 8/15. He said if I paid an additional $500 dollars they would ship my stuff on a truck by itself. I then told him I was going to come to the warehouse and pick up my property myself because I was moving. They said I could pick up my property but still had to pay 70% of charges to get it. So I go get my property. Everything was there except my two wooded bed rails. (copied from the BBB).

Moving companies that cheat.

Do not use this company! You will be sorry!!They lied.they cheated,they stole my property and would not even return phone calls.I will not go into all the details but I promise you this company will not be around long if I can get my lawsuit filed and heard by a judge or jury.  They arrived(late)and informed me halfway through the load out that there would be an additional $850due because I exceeded my"estimate footage".I asked why the footage would matter as long as it fit in the truck since the truck was going to Miami anyway.It was t h then I found out that they were going to unload my household goods in Houston and load it out on another bigger truck.I tried to call the salesman Derrick but no answer.While they advertise 24 hr service that's not true either.AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!  .

Great experience.

I used these guys to move me back to California for school a few weeks ago & let me first say that I was extremely pleased. They were fairly quick about the entire move, they kept me posted, our rep was just great, and the team really seemed to have it all together. Nothing lost or damaged, no hold times, didn't pay anymore than I was quoted, they definitely made this easier for both my parents and I.
