Great Job!!

They were informative and helpful every step of the way. Pricing was reasonable. The two guys arrived on time to pick up my stuff and from the moment they pulled into my parking lot, and left, was a total of two hours. I am a satisfied customer and I highly recommend All Pro Moving Group.

Absolutely recommed!!

These guys are a cut above the rest. Prompt, on time. Courteous and polite. We were in a 2 story condo which is all stairs, and all our furniture is solid wood, brutally heavy. Never complained. I had to tell the movers to take breaks. I've recommended them to friends and everyone has had a great experience.

Would not recommend.

I contracted this company on October 21st 2019. I worked with a customer rep named Darren for approximately two weeks before the contract was made. He was great. He took the time to get my inventory as accurate as possible. I even called him with a few updates as time went on and he adjusted the price accordingly either up or down. Approximately one week before the move in December, I called only to find out his phone number was no longer in service and his emails were returned to me as undeliverable. When I called the customer service number I talked to Sharon and asked about Darin. She said he was not there but she would be more than happy to help. I come to realize that Darin was nothing more than a third party rep. They just are there to get people to sign up & contracts with all pro. Once the contract is signed you will not be able to get a hold of them once the moving date is close. Although the contract does state that they operate as a broker operator. Do not believe this! They are strictly a broker. I only signed on with them because Darin told me that it would be their own truck and crew that would make the move. Shame on me for believing that. Two days prior to the move a gentleman named Bill did call me to verify the inventory . It was spot on. I told him there may be one more box but that would be it and even gave him the measurements of the box. He said it would be no big deal I am still under the cubic foot. Well when the moving truck showed up the name of the company was s&m relo. The two gentlemen did their job as promised. Before they loaded the truck they called their boss Steve at s&m relo. Their boss told them immediately I need to be charged for an extra 157 cubic feet. Which in turn was about 600 some odd dollars. He knew he had us because we had to be out of the apartment that day. I called Sharon and she was very pleasant and told me I was in control that I did not have to use them at that point. Well at that point we were stuck. We ended up paying it. That was on December 17th of 2019. When the first week of January of 2020 hit nobody could tell us where our stuff was. Numerous phone calls to all pro and s&m reload proved frivolous. My last call on January 6th 2020 was with Jake at approximately 4:30. He told me he would call me back in about an hour or so. to this day I am still waiting for that phone call! On January 9th I was told by s&m relo that my shipment was on the way from Florida. To my surprised 7 hours later I received a phone call from the truck driver saying he would be there on the 10th. So obviously nobody knew anything about the load. January 10th came and the driver did show up. The load was stuffed into the truck with plenty of damage, approximately $4,000 worth of damage. Yes we took pictures and marked the paperwork accordingly. On January 13th I informed Shannon of all the damage. She was sympathetic and told me I have to contact s&m relo c since they are responsible. S&m relo c contracted the delivery out to Dimbus trucking. Now there are three people involved instead of one. Needless to say filing a claim was a nightmare. After 9 months of filing paperwork we were finally offered a final offer of $106. Far short of even the $0.60 per pound per article. Obviously this is not all of all pros fault. My point is this . Save yourself aggravation. Do not use this broker or any other broker to make your move you will not save any money compared to allied moving, or any other reputable moving company. You can even just rent a truck and hire a few day laborers to load and unload. It is almost a year later and the nightmare is finally coming to a close. Hell, it would even be easier to just sell your stuff or throw it out and buy new when you get to your new destination.

Nightmarish.

My partner and I thought we would make our move from NM to VT effortless hiring All Pro. NOT. $8,000.00 and 80 days later, we finally received our belongings. We were kept in the dark the whole time, long waits on the phone, I'll never listen to Grieg's Peer Gynt ever again, numerous representatives and promises, and generally unsympathetic responses. NEVER AGAIN. SAD.

Our experience with All Pro Moving went smoothly. I did have some difficulty scheduling drop off and pick up on the days that I desired. Yet, otherwise, it was a great overall experience. Bottom line, I would do this again in a heartbeat if I have to move.

3 men crew packed my 2 bedroom apartment and all furniture. I opted for the 3-week service to the French Alps. Some Covid-19 delay later, all my goods arrived intact. Great value for money. Highly recommend it to all.

Great Experience

The service is unbelievable. The movers came and worked fast and efficiently. It wasn’t even difficult to unpack everything afterwards. My nerves were saved, my things were moved, my furniture was undamaged! I was a little scared as some strangers would take care of my things but everything was great.

Horrible! They just want your money!

Where do I start! This company is completely disgusting. I booked all pro moving company to move me from Missouri to Georgia on may 21st. I then found a better rate with another company and decided to cancel with all pro the next day. I called the customer service number on my contract and the rep said his “supervisor” would call me to talk to me about the move. (1st strike). Got a call from his “supervisor” and he said he could get me moved even faster and would do some additional work and make some phone calls and call me back Monday may 24th. Well on the contract it states you have to cancel within 72 hours to get your refund back minus 15%. I NEVER got a call. So I called. I spoke with a rep and he stated I was cancelled and the finance department would contact me to go over the refund. (2nd strike). I got a call from Sarah from the “finance” department but was not able to answer because I was busy at work. She left a voicemail stating to call customer service since she was leaving for the day. I waited to see if she would call again so I could avoid customer service wait time. No call back. So I called customer service maybe they could give me some details or maybe transfer me to “Sarah”. I called and nope they didn’t even see a cancellation in the system. Wow. Okay well after explaining to the rep he seems to understand and says okay youre cancelled and says I have nothing to worry about. I hang up and go on about my day. ( big mistake) I get a text the next day confirming my pick up time. Wowwwww. So I text the number back and state I don’t want to proceed with the move. I then get a text stating “I’m sorry I did not see any notes on your file about a cancellation” at this point I’m furious. I get a call from the lady that originally booked me and she says “hey what’s going on I heard you want to cancel” (I guess she was upset because she wouldn’t be getting her commission anymore) I explained everything to her and she then says “ well in your contract that you signed it states if you want to cancel you need to send an email to us stating why you want to cancel” I’m sorry excuseeee me????! She then transfers me to a customer service rep that apologizes for everything and states I’m cancelled. AGAIN I get a call from someone saying they changed my moving time. So I call again and demand they send me a email this time before we get off the phone so I know for sure it’s canceled. Because at this point it’s one day Until they send a truck out to my home. The rep was sooooooo rude and so hostile. He acted as if I was bothering him for calling. Wow. He states there’s no notes about a cancellation and he sees no previous calls about one either. Lol it’s just hilarious at this point. When I ask for an email he says yup I’ll send one and hung up. Ha! I called back and the rep states she doesn’t see anything either and she said she would go ahead and cancel everything out. I then tell her I contacted my bank and they are processing a refund. She got mad! Lol she says well “I wish you would’ve let us fix it before doing that” lady BYE! Then she says “well good luck with getting your refund” HAAAAA! I say all this to say they just want your money. I haven’t moved I years and the whole process is very stressful to say the least. And to deal with a company who just wants to keep pushing your cancellation off to keep your deposit is sad. That’s what they were doing. I believe they train their reps to play these games with people just to keep their money. Please do you and your family a favor and avoid this company completely. Who knows what would’ve happened if I let them move all my stuff! Lord I would probably be somewhere under a jail. They completely sad people.

Great Experience!!

The movers that came were PHENOMENAL. They were punctual, professional, fast, and very nice. They ended up clocking in under the time that was estimated! There was not single damage on any of the furniture floors or walls either. I would highly recommend the movers to anyone interested in hiring movers. We will use the movers again in the future!
