Long-distance move from Springfield, VA to Clermont, FL

Bait And Switch Scam/fraudulent Business Practice/con Artists/crooks.

I am a displaced veteran evacuated from Afghanistan after working in deployed locations for the last 7 years. ERIC, stated they are a veteran owned company. I looked up reviews and told him I didn’t want to move forward. BRANDON called me, who claimed to own the company and stated he personally responded to the inquiries and that all of the victims were lying. He used his DECEASED DAUGHTER, SKY, to manipulate me further. He swore on her grave and stated he would never misguide anyone. I also have a child who died, and this touched me, as I trusted he would never use a dead child to deceive me. Due to this manipulation, I signed a binding estimate after I sent a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) stating exactly how large my storage units are and how full they are. The first storage container is 10X25 and my RFQ states it is full to capacity. How much clearer can you be then FILLED TO CAPACITY. The other storage container is smaller and it states there are approximately 25 medium size boxes and a king size box spring in there. I STATED I HAVEN’T SEEN THE ITEMS IN THE BOXES FOR 7 YEARS because I’ve been deployed. I NEVER SAID I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT’S IN THE STORAGE CONTAINERS. My RFQ and another separate email both CONFIRM what I said and I sent it in writing to avoid a BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. Well, after signing the contract and paying my down payment of over $1,500, the Quality Assurance Representative MIKE called me because the movers were scheduled in a couple of days. He asked me what I had to move? At first, I thought he was phishing or was from the brokered moving company because all of my things were listed in the notes and a couple of other QA reps spoke to me previously and everything was clear. So, I briefly told him the size of the one storage unit and that it was full and the other items in the other one and he said that’s far more than what he had and now the price is $12,000! I told him no way and that is not what was agree to. HE STATED THAT I MENTIONED BEFORE THAT I REALLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT IS IN THE STORAGE UNIT and I gave the wrong estimate. I told him NOTHING CHANGED FROM MY VERY FIRST CONVERSATION so how could he increase the quote by $7,000. He said I could cancel but, “I’m telling you right now, you’re not getting your deposit back”. His manager ANDY I spoke to after stated, “I CANNOT LOSE MONEY ON YOUR MOVE”. I responded, “I CANNOT LOSE MONEY ON MY MOVE”. I followed that by stating, “NONE OF YOUR PEOPLE DID ANY WORK YET QUOTED ME A FALSE AMOUNT”. He told me he would give me a refund if I agreed to meet the movers on the scheduled day to have them reassess what was in storage and the cost. I asked him if it would be a FULL REFUND if I didn’t want to move forward and he said no and that he couldn’t tell me how much, he would give me back. He was obviously trying to rack up more costs to justify not refunding me. Plus, he and MIKE both were trying to convince me to do a partial move, in which they would only move half of my larger storage unit, leaving me to pay for two storage units still. I spoke to APRIL and LISA, from Customer Service and LISA stated that since I have a CLEAR email that I sent stating EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE FOLLOWED BY AN IMMEDIATE QUOTE, she would be able to possibly close this out within an hour or so. That was several days ago. I assume that she and APRIL were told they CANNOT speak to me now, because I refuse to think they are liars. However, just like in the other reviews, I CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW. I can only leave members with their 3rd Party Answering Service. They were my only hope. To add insult to injury, they still sent the brokered movers all the way from New Jersey to meet me after I cancelled the move. All Pro lied to them and told them I agreed I would meet them for a modified estimate. The movers called me very upset since they were an hour out from the storage facility.

You don’t get any more despicable then conning a displaced Army veteran after being evacuated from Afghanistan due to COVID19.

I’m sure they will respond with lies just like they did after violating their other victims. Don’t fall for it. I will continue to fight for my money back and I will ensure that all the proper authorities are aware of their deceitful business practice.

Take note they have a F with BBB and they are not members. They lied in a response to another victim and said they are members. These are evil people claiming to be veteran owned. I pray they aren’t because the US military in which I served does not fraud other veterans and they definitely don’t use dead children to con innocent victims. Stay away and don’t fall for anything they say.

Long-distance move from Cincinnati, OH to Laguna Beach, CA

Do Not Use This Company.

They are a Broker, so their initial quotes are drastically undercut to get your business. Misleading cost details in the initial assessment. When the contracted mover, in this case Royal Star shows up to your home they demand much more than your quote. We even eliminated a washer and dryer, couch and chair from the initial inventory and they still found ways to inflate your cost. They also tell you specifically to have money orders ready for the movers when they arrive at pick up and at drop off. The only problem is All Pro communicate the wrong amount. So when the mover comes and asks for a money order that is $2k more than what All Pro insisted your have ready, it creates problems for the customer. In our case our bank was already closed and they didn’t accept credit cards. All Pro also provided completely inaccurate arrival dates of our belongings at the initial reservation process, they said it would arrive a few days after our arrival, we were here Aug 1 and we still don’t even have a delivery window as of now, Aug 19th. The miscommunication has been horrendous, All Pro blames Royal Star, Royal Star blames All Pro for all of the deposit miscommunication and delivery communication. And All Pro takes zero responsibility, they just try to find a way to make it your fault, the customer. And their managers tries to spin it with their cliched customer service scripts. Just read their responses to complaints. Then they get offended when you become irate as a customer because you have been sent down endless paths of excuses with zero results. Bad quoting, miscommunication of required funds, poor customer service, blame shift to customers and just a disaster to do business with.

Long-distance move from Indiana to New Jersey

Do Not Book this company.

By far the worst moving experience - scam priced, many broken items, awful communication, no masks on pickup. Just really bad. Here's the scam - sales person leaves off many items you discuss telling you there is some space on a truck moving that way and need to fill. Not true. A Budget rental picked up my stuff and took the opposite direction. Sales person says they will be your contact the entire time. You will never hear from or be able to reach this person again. Then 'quality control' calls less than a day before the move when you have few options and 'finds' all the stuff the sales person left off - price up by 2.5x. Movers late on pickup. On delivery they don't even show up on the delivery date and call that evening to say they will be there next day. Drop off stuff and don't put together bed, tables. Each step they try to increase the price further. Plus, I had 8 items broken in the move. Like I said, go with a reputable company you've heard of. This was truly awful.

Long-distance move from Houston, TX to Portland, OR

Nothing done, deposit kept.

Did not arrive at allotted time or close. Kept deposit and the "karen" on phone was rude and unprofessional. Only first contact was good, do not be fooled, stay away from this company. Also tried to dbl price when requested to ad 3 things. Terrible human beings!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1800

Official company response

Preston reserved a mini move with us, the amount of space that would occupy a studio apt. Before every move we give customers the opportunity to add or remove items from the list to avoid any confusion on day of service. When Preston tried to add items, the additional cost was out of his budget so he decided to stay at the original rate he was quotes 17 items, 32 pieces (286 cf.)
Unfortunately the job that was being wrapped up prior to his was a bit delayed and caused a 3 hr late pick for Preston. These things happen and are out of our control. Airlines get delayed and arrive late all the time, does this make them a terrible people?

LISA Carrier called me stating their driver 27 minutes away and the customer is talking all rude to the carrier saying we are in breach of contract because the time frame was 8-10AM and he wants to cancel and get a refund.

I called Preston and explained to him that all time frames our ETA`s and that should he decide to cancel he is forfeiting his deposit. He thinks he is right and keeps saying he doesn`t care he is taking us to small claims court. VERY DIFFICULT and VERY UNREASONABLE! CANCELLED

We feel that Preston Blew the situation way out of proportion and should be more understanding that we're are in the middle of moving season during a pandemic. The movers have to stay sanitary while in peoples homes and also clean the trucks between moves.
Best regards,
All Pro.

Long-distance move from New York, NY to Dallas, TX

Zero Stars. Awful.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever used in my life. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have made three cross country moves in the last five years and never have I dealt with such a shady, dishonest, unresponsive and uncaring company. Let's start from the beginning:

1. I spoke with a friendly sales rep, Chase Daniels, who gave me a quote, answered all of my questions, and got me set up for my move. Everything leading up the pick-up date aligned with the expectations Chase had set for me - I received a call a few days before pick-up to confirm my goods, I got a text the day before with my pick-up window and to confirm I had everything I needed for them, and of course the payment. Pick-up went smoothly too until they told me that we needed to pay an extra $2,500 for the movers to wrap up my large and/or fragile furniture -- something that Chase told me was included in the quote he gave me on day 1. Nonetheless, we forked over the additional money and moved out.

2. I was told that the movers would take 7-10 days to get to my destination - NYC to Texas. I specifically marked on the paperwork that I needed my stuff in Texas "immediately/next day", as advised by my sales rep, so that the movers knew to get going the very next day so that my stuff would arrive within that 7-10 day window. My pick up date was September 27th and I was told my belongings would arrive October 4th at the soonest and October 7th at the latest. I was also told that the movers would call be a few days before drop-off so that I could plan accordingly,

Well, a few days before the expected drop-off date came and went and I got no call. When I started to contact All Pro, the company went radio-silent: no answering machines, no pick-up from Customer Service, no messages delivered, no call-backs. Chase, my once-lovely sales rep, was MIA. I was being ghosted by the moving company who had all of my belongings in their possession. This was the first real sign of shadiness.

3. Eventually, I stopped calling Customer Service and instead dialed in as though I was looking for a quote. Of course, the sales team finally answered, eager to make their next sale. I spoke with someone named Dillon who told me he would contact the dispatch and get an update for me. I had to call back twice after he never followed up to get that information.

Today - 10 days after the movers picked up my belongings in New York and after six days of calling All Pro looking for an update - Dillon finally gave me the actual movers information so that I could call them myself and get an update. When I called, they informed me that the truck with my belongings - that was picked up 10 days ago - was STILL sitting in New York. Keep in mind, I was told the max delivery time would be 10 days, meaning my stuff was supposed to arrive today at the latest, and it hasn't even left the original destination!? The movers informed me that they legally have 21 days to drop off our belongings. I was not told this information up front. I was specifically told 7-10 days.

Had I known that 21 days was a possibility, I could have saved a month's worth of rent that I've been paying at my unoccupied apartment, I could have saved the $2,000 that I am now spending on 14 nights at a hotel, I could have saved X amount of money spent on eating every meal out since anything I would use to cook food is in the back of a truck in New York.

I suppose it's my fault for trusting the information that All Pro moving gave me, and I will deal with the reality of what it is, but I hope I can prevent this kind of disaster from happening to others. If you don't want to go 21 days without your life belongings under the expectation you would have received it all 10 days sooner than it actually comes, then DO NOT book your move with All Pro Moving. They are dishonest, unreliable, and honestly really rude.

Long-distance move from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR

Worst Experience I've Ever Had (Review Part 1/2).

0/10 138 mile move. Terrible communication, cost was way more than estimated/ quoted (both times), moving team was incompetent, and moving team broke multiple objects. Never use this company. Never trust this company. Never trust someone will give you a call back. Never trust that this company has your best interest in mind (even if JoAnn and Lisa are pleasant on the phone). Never believe what they tell you. ALWAYS be prepared to pay more than your quote by at LEAST $1k. ALWAYS expect your stuff will be treated like garbage.

The first part of this is the nutshell, if you want accurate details of my experience feel free to continue reading below. It might be long for you..

JoAnn Wistoski (allpro.joann@promovinggroup.com) was amazing when I first called. She is a part of All Pro Moving Group LLC as an assistant manager and seems to run it with her husband. She's and East Coast sounding gal and I worked with her to talk through my move and she gave me an estimate of something like $3,880. She reassured me that they take care of everything and make sure that good, reputable, professional companies move for them and took a $1,020 as a deposit + including some extra because I wanted to ensure a pickup on a specific day instead of them saying "the movers can schedule to come between this day and this day" like it's a cable appointment. I also wanted next day delivery and while that isn't something the "industry standard" dictates as feasible (anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks to get your stuff) JoAnn let me know that there should be no problem with a trip that takes 3 hours to get it next day and she would make a note and was sure we could secure it. I felt great.

After our call she sent me an email telling me I should expect a call from someone named Mike (Michael Price) who would do a last minute check in case we missed anything in our original estimate. After taking an entire truck load down the previous weekend myself to decrease the amount of stuff to be hauled, Mike came in with a new estimate and had me submit even MORE of a deposit (around $950) which at this point began feeling fishy because we had less to move than our original estimate.. bottom line they moved us up from 705 cubic feet to 950 cubic feet and took another thousand dollars which I wasn't happy about but whatever, I'm paying someone to move my stuff.

After that the driver of the moving company- different than All Pro because they sourced my job to the lowest bidder (probably, not confirmed) who then said "Hey I can't make the delivery next day it will be 4-5 days" I asked if I could call him back and I called Lisa at All Pro who seemed to be the person in charge of my job code. We went back and forth on a few calls where she assured me they would do it and the driver would say no they couldn't and finally I looked at the overall cost and time wasted so far and decided to cancel. Lisa started "processing the cancellation" and called me back. Her ask was, "would you reconsider cancelling if I could guarantee next day delivery?" At this point I knew that I could move myself probably faster and only cost about $500 bucks to rent a truck from U-Haul but because it was basically next day at this point I said sure if you can guarantee next day I'll do it. Lisa said she got it squared away and that I should expect the driver to call me the next morning on their way to grab our stuff. Finally, I could put my feet up and relax- NOPE it got worse.

First off in our apartment we have a freight elevator and loading dock you can reserve (a movers dream) so I had the pair reserved for 9am - 12pm on the day of our move. Lisa had told me the movers could swing the window and so I felt ready. The movers, a different guy named Gerardo from MAP Moving & Storage (Yelp reviews here https://www.yelp.com/biz/map-moving-and-storage-emeryville-2) called me at 9:30am saying they were running late and they would be there at 10:30am and that if we had the elevator and dock getting it done with him and his two guys (I soon found out one of his 3 "guys" was his like 14-year-old nephew or something working for some extra cash.) Also, just on record, my wife and I did everything from boxing and organizing things to be taken out without having to play Tetris in the apartment and broke everything down that we thought needed to be so that they could get this done as fast as possible and with minimal pains. At 11:05am they showed up and started hauling boxes and I was pumped even though only Gerardo was wearing a mask. When I asked why he was so late he told me because his boss told him that he needed to be somewhere early and since he had worked late the night before he said "No" and decided to leave when he did. So now I know that this guy could've made the window and chose not to, great.

Long-distance move from California to Ohio

0/10 customer service, don't waste your time or money

I called early September for a move that was happening late October. I tried calling to get an updated quote since we had more stuff than I originally planned for. I was told that two days prior to our move date, they would call for an itemized list, & not to worry having more is normal. That's good & all but I wanted an update on costs. When I got the call I was told it would be 1k over what I was originally quoted. We decided to rent a van instead since I couldn't afford that much more. That's on me, I should have pushed harder for an updated quote before the due date.

I was told I would get a call the day before our move date to confirm pick up which did not happen. When I was contacted they said the truck broke down & were trying to find someone else that could move us. The day we had to start our trip our stuff was still there & I have to leave everything in the old house with no update to the landlord of when the room would be free.

I didn't get an update for two days, but when they called told me someone would be there Saturday.

My mother is handling everything on the CA end, I gave her the exact amount in cash that I confirmed multiple times with AllPro would be all they needed at the time of pick up.

The moving company said I was over on my space, when I had taken more stuff off the list then my original quoted itinerary since we had an extra van & took more stuff with us. They said it would be 1k more to take what was left. Excuse me what?! I was still in the process of moving two vans across country & was going to cut my losses at that point. I asked him how much it would be to take the 2 beds & 2 dressers only, he told me it would still be $200 more each way for just those 4 things.

While my mother was on the phone trying to work things out with AllPro, the moving guys left. I received no call from AllPro after they left trying to rectify the situation, or tell me there was someone else coming, or offer a refund. When I reached out, I was told I had cussed them out (my mother was very upset all my stuff was getting left behind in a rental and took it out on the moving guys, not okay, but not a reason to not call ME back and fix the situation). I asked to speak with someone about getting a refund since no one was calling me about rescheduling & our backs can't take sleeping on an air mattress for too long. The representative there was very rude & said that they had fulfilled their end of the contract & I refused service. Oh boy. I tried to explain to them that I never refused service. I explained the situation and let them know the moving company left while we were on the phone with AllPro trying to work everything out. Apparently that is still fulfilling their end of the contract. I was then told that I might be able to get a partial refund and someone from billing should be reaching out to me by the end of the day "hopefully". Well guess who still never got that call?

I sought council, and they called the moving company that was sent. They told him they were doing AllPro a favor and knew they couldn't take everything I had for the amount I was quoted but took the job anyway. He said they didn't go to the state we were moving to and was going to outsource it to someone else. He was barely going to make anything off it so that's why he was trying to charge me so much. After this was explained to AllPro they still refused to give me a full refund. I was told they could try to get someone else to come deliver the stuff for the original amount quoted, but at this point I already had to replace most everything that was left. We were kept on hold for over an hour, transferred from person to person that said they couldn't do anything, but would turn around the next minute and say how it wasn't fair and were going to do something about it.

The final result: they are trying to give me a partial refund that isn't half the amount of the deposit. The furniture I had to finance cost almost as much as the original move price. I'm now out the cost of the rental van, gas for an extra vehicle across country, new furniture, clothes, storage for the stuff still left in CA until I can sell it, and the deposit I'm not getting fully refunded from AllPro. In my opinion it's the least they can do at this point.

I'm lucky enough that I had someone at the house that could take care of my stuff, & someone else to drive a second vehicle across country with me. If you don't have that option as a back up, save your money and rent a Uhaul or go with a broker that has a decent customer service department.

With everything that went wrong I might have been happy with a partial refund had I been contacted in a timely manner, and not talked down to when I was trying to resolve the situation. I get with the wording they put in their contracts it's almost impossible to get a full refund unless I take the matter to court, so please beware before you sign anything.

Thank you!

Long-distance move from San Diego, CA to Augusta, GA

Bait and switch

Run away from this company. Run fast and don’t look back. I was moving from San Diego to Georgia last summer, and the big established companies were quoting me $8000. Then I spoke to Brandon at All Pro Moving, who gave me a fantastic quote at $4600. I took the bait, and then the nightmare began.

Two days prior to the move “quality control” called and after asking me a few questions, chastised me for “not mentioning all my furniture” despite the fact that I had answered all the questions the “professional” Brandon had asked. The end result was the price got jacked up to $7500, but it was too late to back out, and I’m certain that was part of the plan all along.

Then I had to reschedule because All Pro didn’t get the proper paperwork to my association, (which required me to delay the start of my new job at a cost of $5000 to me) and almost had to reschedule again, which also required me do delay the start of my job because they STILL didn’t get the paperwork filed until I was BEGGING them on the phone three times a day to file the paperwork.

THEN the movers got there. I told them the association was only giving me 4-5 hours, and I needed at least five guys. They sent two, and they were three hours late. The movers saw how much furniture I had and said there was no way I was only getting charged $7500. The price rose to almost $11,000, and they took ten hours to do the move, with me helping!

They caused over $2700 in damage to the condominium, and when I asked to be compensated, they told me I’d need to arrange for five quotes, knowing full well that by then I’m on the other side of the country and had a condo association so angry with me that there was no way they were going to cooperate, so... lost money for me.

But I was out...

Then came the day my house in Georgia closed, and the next day was when I THOUGHT I had arranged for delivery. I called them two days before and asked what time to expect them. I was told that my furniture was in a warehouse in Las Vegas, and that they would INITIATE the paperwork to get it on it’s way, but to not expect it for at least three weeks!

Angry, I asked them why they hadn’t started the paperwork three weeks earlier, and I was informed that my contract states that they have 30 working days from the earliest date of delivery to get me my furniture. My wife and I paid for a B&B for two weeks, and then started sleeping on air mattresses.

The three weeks came and went, as did the 30 day mark from earliest delivery. 65 days after they picked up my furniture, it was delivered.

Much of the furniture was damaged and had clearly NOT been in a controlled climate, as they claimed, since some of the wooden bedroom furniture had split due to the wood being so dry. There were broken glasses and clearly some boxes had been turned upside down; and I’m missing some items, despite the fact that the number of boxes I received matches the number of boxes they claimed they picked up.

My final estimate for how much it cost me to move sits at over $20,000, due to the price raises, the lost wages, the association penalties and fees, and the damaged furniture, well over $15,000 above the original quote.

I found out during the move that All Pro does not do the moving. They are a broker. They do not have your case assigned to any one person. They have clearly been sued enough that their contract is specifically written to discourage you from suing.

It worked against me; my lawyer told me that I could sue, and had a good chance of winning, but I’d probably have to take a lot of time off from work, and their lawyers would offer me a settlement that might just cover the cost of suing.

My advice? Go with Mayflower or American, or one of the other big outfits. It might look like you’ll pay more at the beginning, but in the end you’ll save yourself a lot of money and aggravation.

DO NOT use All Pro Movers. I have moved eight times in my life, and this outfit caused me more pain than all the others combined.

90% good 10% bad

Hired all pro and everything was going great. Communication was good and I booked over a month out. When movers arrived straight off the bat the mover said your quoted sq footage isnt enough just for the furniture alone. I listed everything I had and even took off a few things like a washer, 50 inch tv, and about 15 boxes and still it went from 289 sq ft to 400 sq ft. Now I am being told its going to cost me another $500 for this move. Hopefully the company fixes this.

Beware of this company

I wish we had searched online for reviews of this company before we hired them. At the initial stages, they were very nice and easy to reach. I paid the deposit which was 1/3 of the moving cost. On the day of the move, the actual movers showed up and asked for an extra $3500. I contacted All Pro but I could not reach the initial contact(he was no longer taking my calls), after more than 48 hours and multiple calls, they finally said they would not refund my deposit. Now, they are no longer taking my calls. Beware of this company, they are very good at deceiving people with low estimates just so that they can lock you into a contract and take a hefty deposit. We learnt the hard way!

Liars, unprofessional and scammers!

They're LIARS and scammers! DO NOT HIRE them, or any of their "affiliates". Beware, they are a broker, not actual movers. I was desperate and rushed and did not know the difference. They promised me a pickup date, then cancelled it 2 days before the scheduled date. Then they offered me a pickup 2 days later with an even later delivery window. I found an actual mover who could do my dates and I cancelled within their 72 hr window, but they REFUSED to honor their refund policy! They won't respond to calls or emails, neither the corporate office nor the scammer salesperson. They should be out of business for being so unethical. Don't risk it!

Long-distance move from Colorado Springs, CO to Argyle, TX

Beware

We hired All Pro for a move from CO to TX. They were incredibly nice at first. We went room to room on the phone telling him what was going. Unfortunately, things changed quickly after paying the deposit. I was then told I had to log on to Zillow to go over our pictures with a specialist to get a more accurate price, it more than doubled. We were told it was a miscalculation on the original quote. They refused to ever come to the house to do an estimate. They had 7 guys to unload a semi, arrived at 1 PM and finished at 11:45 PM. We carried about as many boxes as the hired ones. Nearly all the boxes were upside down making it very difficult to tell where they went as they were all labeled. Movers dropped many pieces on delivery breaking grill, treadmill, and other items. They did not put everything back together as paid for. Now we are missing hardware and have a lot of work to do.

Beware of this company! They are actually a brokerage firm and do not hire quality movers.

Bait and Switch. Dishonest practices

**read below for exposure of their dishonest scam**

We made a huge mistake going with All Pro Moving Group. Turns out they are what's called a moving broker. They don't do any of the real work they just take your money and arrange for others to do the heavy lifting. They quoted us $4,000 to move our three bedroom home and transport our vehicle and they even assisted in helping us to severely under quote the amount of stuff we had to move. Then a week before the move they were suddenly able to accurately quote the amount of stuff and our quote increased by 100%. Too late to back out. After loading all our stuff and leaving we realize that there was going to be no car transport. No one from All Pro would respond, reply, or call back so I quickly realize I had been left to hang high and dry and was on my own now. We had some stuff broken in the move, no big deal, but the claims go through a third party and they take their time. They don't even clean up their own mess. Last I checked the que for that claim business was in the hundreds. I don't even have hope that I will hear about that claim again.

Payment was another nightmare, we paid down deposits by credit (3 of them as the price went up) then had to pay the moving people by money order made out to a different name, then travelers check to the movers who dropped off the stuff. It was just weird and a huge stressful hassle.

Now check this out- their Google rating isn't too bad, but how many of the users giving 5 star ratings have only left that one review on Google? I bet you these are fake accounts made to artificially raise the rating for a better appearance. No way that a company that takes advantage of a family during a time of high stress by doubling their original quoted price has that many five star reviews.

I called other moving companies and got quotes from them now that I knew our cubic footage exactly and they all quoted around $6,000. All Pro promised $4,000 which no one could have delivered on and then charged over $8,000 which is ridiculously high. Avoid this scam trap at all costs!!!

Scam scam scam

This is absolutely the worst company ever !! They will not contact me , I moved from Ohio to Florida they came and picked up my belongings on aug 25. 2021, they came in a box truck that was the first sign this was a scam , then told my husband we owed them more money which I foolishly paid , that was the second sign this was a scam , I have been trying to get my stuff delivered and here we are October 7 2021 and no one will contact me , so I filed a claim that the all pro (who I hired , ) gave me turns out all pro gave my contract to some random other company and guess what ?? Neither company is recognized in the claims company data base !! so now I’m assuming my stuff is stolen and I paid them to steal it from me !! So when that manipulative guy calls you from all pro and does his con act and says good deal over and over and you agree .. please remember that there are horrible scam artists walking this earth and it’s not a good deal
