I am very pleased with my moving experience with All American Moving and Storage . The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the whole process of my move and informed me of what to expect. I received a call from dispatch two days before my move to tell me the time the movers would be to my residence. The movers that showed up called an hour before arrival. They were very professional and helpful. They would not let me help with anything. My overall experience was delightful and would recommend ALL AMERICAN MOVING to family and friends.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $14600

My items were picked up 8/28/17 and was promised to be delivered 9/1 latest 9/2. Owner informed me yesterday my furniture may arrive between the 6th-8th. I have been displaced with none of my things staying hotels and my kids were unable to wear there school clothing and shoes due to the delay. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. Please go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I'm hoping my stuff comes in one piece and in process of filing a police report as I do not believe this company is legitimate..worst EXPERIENCE EVER..STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE..they lie to get your business. I was told the drivers that picked up my furniture would be delivering it..that was NOT the case. They offload to another truck..BEWARE.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $6346

I agonize over hiring a moving company for my recent move from Florida to Pennsylvania. I did some research on my own and was astonished at all the bad reviews and horror stories. I finally went on Angie's list and found All American. I'm so glad I did and wish I had done that from the beginning Everything they said they would do, they did. They were on time, very professional and made sure that all went as it was supposed to. My things arrived in one week, all intact. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $14000

Do not use these movers, they will be late, your belongings will not arrive in a timely manner and they will extort you out of more money. I'm surprised no one hasn't put together a class action lawsuit on this company yet. Truck arrived 3 hours late, and already 1/3 full. I told them right away it's not all going to fit, we are a family of 4 with a full townhouse. Driver felt our inventory estimate was right on and he knew it wasn't going to fit when he oicked up the truck. So after calling them Jordan said oh yeah we have other trucks in the area if it doesn't all fit. I was frustrated and said I better not be charged anymore for their mistake. 2 hours later when everything wasn't going to fit Jordan says it's going to now cost me twice as much now for a second truck! After some choice words and conversation they still go 400 out of me, they will take advantage of the situation with your back against the wall with time and logistics in working out a move across the state.

They will not communicate with you and just feed you lies and more lies. Our stuff was getting picked up "today" for a week until we received our stuff.

The owner Chad I'm guessing is about 30 since every time I talked to me he kept calling me bro. How no I'm not your bro and I can't believe you are some hoe in charge of this mess. Drivers are over worked with 20 HR days sometimes, I gather that's why they are late in the AM. Labor laws don't apply here either nor do ethics. If you put your deposit down already cut your losses and go with somebody else.

We had a mattress that wasn't covered but was supposed to be and broken bookshelf. As I write this the second load still hasn't come yet but a police report has!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1500

This is the most unprofessional moving company ever. They will try the bait and switch on the quote, adding the smallest things like a bed rail. Saying a bedroom set is just a mattress set. When we finally agreed upon a price, the mover were late starting. Didn't bring the right size truck. Left half my stuff, but did not tell me until they had collected the full fee because they won't unload until you pay them. The broke an expensive dining room table, vacuum, glass desk and other items, but did not pay or even acknowledge it. I ended up having to rent a uhaul truck to go get the rest of my items because they blocked my calls and would not respond to emails. They hired a contractor who enter my house without permission and then stole money from my house. It was crazy. Absolutely the worst move I have ever made. they left trash all over the front yard and in the house. If you value your goods, do not use this company.

I wished I had done more research before hiring this company for my 3-hour/185 mile move from central Florida to Northeast Florida. If I COULD give them below a one-star rating, I would.

I provided the list of items to be moved, and received a quote for $3000 for a 26' truck and 3 guys. Only 2 guys arrived. They waited until all items were on their 26' truck before telling me that it was going to be $6148. It was too late in the day to get in touch with my bank to release funds, and they require payment before unloading, or I was threatened with "we'll take the truck (and my stuff) down to Miami." They were also supposed to deliver and unload the next day, according to their "policy," which would have been fine with me, as I indicated to the movers, but they insisted on driving up and doing it the same day. Well, because I couldn't get the money orders for that amount to them that day (which would have been okay if they had stuck to their estimate) the dispatcher said they would stay overnight in a hotel and deliver it at 9:30 the next morning, and if I didn't have the money orders by 9:30, the driver would be leaving for Miami with my stuff. I was at the house with the money orders by 9:30, and they showed up at 9:45. Chad (supervisor/dispatcher) was absolutely horrible to deal with. As a result of delivering the next day - in spite of the fact that it is their "policy," as I was told by the woman on the phone, I was charged an additional $700. Remember, my estimate was $3000 - and the total I had to pay in order for them to unload the 26' truck, was $6848 - more than double the estimate.

All items were marked where they were supposed to go, but the driver wanted to put everything in the garage - and didn't bother to look or care if items were marked "fragile" or not. Many items were damaged or broken, and as time went on, the driver especially started throwing temper tantrums when I insisted that they put the items where I had specified. I wished I had taken videos of his actions. The dolly they used damaged furniture, and slamming the boxes down broke several items.

If you've read this far, then I hope this review will help to make your decision NOT to use this company for any type of move. I am 63 and have moved many, many times in my lifetime, and this was BY FAR the worst experience EVER. They are corrupt, and will flat out rob you, Their "estimate" means NOTHING. Just assume that if they use a 26' truck and you fill the truck, it's going to cost you about $7000. HORRIBLE, corrupt company and very unprofessional movers.
