I should have read reviews!! Broken rocker, missing items. Charged me another $700 CASH ONLY when started loading. Most of my newly purchased boxes came back damaged. Definitely would not recommend that you use them. Person they told me was my contact quit answering my calls. If not using their storage just pick up and deliver only maybe would work but I definitely don't recommend them.

STOLEN AND BROKEN ITEMS—Big scam! 0 star if I could

Our move was from Oklahoma to Kansas-they showed up with1- 24 footboxtruck and 2 people. We told Anthony numerous times it took a 52 foot trailer to move us from Colorado to Oklahoma. Tim’s first comment when he arrived was — I need more help and another truck—are we supposed to pack everything too? We had to give them $2600.00 more so Tim could get another truck and 3 extra helpers. After they got everything loaded we had to give them a cashiers check for $7700.00. We were dealing with Anthony to begin with and then Bruce right before the move. We too tried to cancel when the sale of our home fell thru—they told us we couldn’t get our deposit back but they would honor the bid for 2 years. We did not know this was a broker we were dealing with. After arriving in Wichita, we had to go get another cashiers check for $7700.00 before they would open the trucks! We had to get cashiers checks before they would do anything. The guys that came had no clue how to pack anything. We have several items broken-they were just in a box- no wrapping at all. Run Run Run Scammer and Con Artist

IF I could give zero I would, They are scammers and I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit and have filed with the Attorney General of Florida if you have been scammed by them file with Attorney General. They bait and switch you, then cancel your move when you don't agree to the new charge and long and behold keep your deposit and ghost you! We hired them to move us to Hawaii from Florida and they seemed great at first, price was great, and Alex communicated great with us for three months. A week before the move Bruce came into the picture, we updated our inventory list and even paid more for additional cubic feet. We are prior military, so we know how cubic feet works. The day of our move the movers show up and within 5 minutes tell me that on top of my $18,000 quote I will have to pay an additional $13,000 for my stuff to leave the port and an additional $10,000 to deliver to my home in Hawaii. My Bill of Lading said Door to Door Service. I was shocked and immediately called 3 Brothers who acted surprised. You are scandalous & fricken THEIVES!! Bruce tells us to pay more based on a “professional” companies quote.Had I known this wasn’t a professional company I would not even bothered with them! Then movers show up and tell us they get zero of that deposit and if we want to move we had to pay up & pay big. $15,000+ later we got moved. So that added to the bullshit Bruce Richards fed us we paid about $22,000 for this move! So when it came down to it the quote was a little over $11k and when it was all said and done we had to pay over $22k.

Such a BAD DECISION choosing your company!

Unethical, Deceitful, Scamers

My story seems to be inline with everyone else. Conversations we had prior to booking with me reiterating a drop dead delivery date. Daniel Thompson told me over and over again not a problem just tell the movers when the arrive. Well when they arrived 2 days late, I was shocked because I had no idea 3 Brothers was brokering out our move (American Machinery & Parts Exports)...we would never have hired them had we known. they charged us another $1,200 for additional cf even though not only did we not add items, we had removed items prior to. Now they have our stuff, will not give us a delivery date but stating they will deliver within 21 days of our requested delivery date. All the contact emails and phone numbers I have for the people (Daniel Thompson, Bruce Richards and Jenn) at 3 Brothers, no one will respond to emails or phone calls. I feel I am being held hostage and it is causing issues for our son who is starting university (he is the one moving ). It has cost us flights, dog kenneling, and conflicts with scheduled vacations time through our jobs. Not to mention we are paying rent on an apt and now we may have to get a hotel till delivery.

Miserable experience with 3 Brothers

I am very unhappy with the service I received from 3 Brothers Moving. I called them and got a fair price, $1944 to do a small move from Boston, MA to Scottsdale, AZ. I wanted to move a few pieces of furniture and a few boxes after my Ex passed away. Until the move, the saleman was very responsive. I realized they were a broker, but felt that would likely be who I got for a small move. As my Ex was dying, and I was in from out of state, I didn’t have much time. When the movers came (a day early – they were told a different date than I was given), they quoted me $1400 more! I ended up having to sign a new agreement for $700 more after some negotiation! I called and texted 3 Brothers, that I was being charged more, no response at all!

When I called their customer service to find out where my shipment was, they said they would call back. No word, ever. Perhaps it was because the truck’s transmission died and there was no date for delivery. The shipment was not made in a moving van, but in a common carrier. Never received deposit refund

Representatives for this company were so unprofessional that I canceled my move less than 24 hours after my elderly mother gave them a deposit. We never received the refund despite BBB complaints, certified mail, etc. Next step was leaving public reviews (and done) and then contacting FL and TX attorneys general. Just find a different moving brokerage.

Bait and Switch & Illegal Practices

They are BROKERS and not the actual Moving company. We hired 3 Brothers Moving & Storage to transport TWO shipments; BOTH had different moving companies and they both did the same SCAM.

1) For the New York to Vegas move, we were charged for 700 cf. The actual was 300cf which we thought was the amount we had but they assured us it was 750 cf. but they gave us a “deal of 700” adding $2000 to our order. Upon unpacking in Las Vegas by the truck's packing lines in the van, it was clear we were exactly at 300 cf.

2) The same issue would have occurred from Vegas to New York, but there was no disputing the size. We were shipping exact-sized bins, which equaled exactly 236.36 cf. They insisted it was much larger than 300 cf and noted that the price we paid, even if it was 300 cf, was too low, and they wouldn’t take it.

We could not get in touch with 3 Brothers to remedy while the drivers were onsite. After providing all the evidence they did not admit any wrongdoing and would not provide a refund WITHOUT posting anything negative about our experience and not even a full refund.

I wised up just in time to not go through with the move. It was in the moving documents that I could request a refund of the deposit if I notified them within a certain time period, which I did. They sent me emails saying the refund was in the mail. It never arrived. I went through the Better Business Bureau and this company still claimed that were going to put the refund check in the mail. It is November of 2024 (I gave the company the deposit in June of 2024) and they never sent the refund check.

The BBB eventually had to close out the case as unresolved.

Luckily for me I did not go through with the entire move.

Whatever you do, do not use this company.

I totally agree with every negative review that has been posted, and more. Do not use this company, it is not a reputable company and they scam their customers. The r a brokerage, which means that they contact out to small movers all over the country. The moving company was United Transit Relocation out of Philly. They are also a scam. They lied continuously, prolonged my move for 6 days, while I stayed in a hotel. Many pieces of furniture and belongings were damaged. 3 brothers would not return my calls. They said they would schedule a conference call b/n 3 parties, but they never called and have not responded since. I sent both companies 16 pics of damages. They sent me a link to file a claim, and it was thru another company. You had to pay for the service. They violated every business practice there is. I am filing a complaint with the FL AG's office. Both companies should not be allowed to operate. Oh, did I mention that the final payment was almost double the estimate? Total scam. Beware.

Never hire them for the move

I hired them for an interstate move. Later discovered that they are brokers. The final estimate that they gave me was $ 15,563. the movers charged me $26,883 on the day of the move. I had no way out of it, since I needed to vacate the house, I was stock.

When I received my staff, I discovered broken dishes, damaged furniture, packing tape that is stock to the furniture that can't be removed. Missing boxes with vintage valuables and tools and when I claimed all of this the Moving company offered me $75 for the damage and loss. By the way the name of the moving company is SHIP 4 U TRANS. I was absolutely flabbergasted and insulted.

They make your claim process very labor intensive they do not accept Zip files and only 10MB file to submit all the Moving papers as well as Pictures of the damage. Try to fit all of this into 10MB.

Avoid them at all cost. Both the 3 Brothers Moving and

Storage as well as SHIP 4 U TRANS.

This was the worst experience of my life. The immigration from Soviet Union to US was less frustrating than my move from Illinois to Florida.

So we had hired them to help us move. Our movers were great and efficient. However, we noticed after we started to unpack, our tv was broken. Immediately, I contacted the company to make a claim, they asked for pictures and after I submitted the claim, I never heard back. I repeatedly called and left text messages and nothing … it’s been about two months .. I understand accidents happen, things happen, but if I can give zero stars for the customer service I 100% would. Beware
