3 Brothers Moving & Storage

This moving company is a joke! Their business model is to quote low with the small print stating they can charge more once they show up. We gave them a very detailed list of our items, but one the movers arrived their costs went up an additional 45 percent. This is their model, this is how they work. Then, they sub the work out to local movers who didn't even show up or call the day we were scheduled. The additional charge has to then be paid in CASH! I can't say loud enough to stay away from this company scam!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2700

We are still in the middle of our move and it's not going well!. In shopping for movers, I provided Christian Sanches of 3 Brothers Moving with a detailed list of what would be moved - it was a California King mattress and box springs-a 3-piece sectional couch-a flat screen TV and 5-7 boxes. He provided me a quote for $1976. That is exactly what we shipped (along with one set of golf clubs, but when the movers showed up, they said the move would cost just less than $4000. Obviously I was unhappy and argued, but my daughter and I had a flight out that afternoon, so didn't have a choice but to agree to the move - based on the movers indicating that 3 Brothers would probably resolve the charges before the delivery occurred. I did call 3 Brothers customer service (before sending the movers on their way) and they said they would review the paperwork and get back to me and figure out a resolution. That was 10 days ago. Since then I have called Christian several times, but he blocks my number and sends it to voice-mail. I have also called customer service several times, but they say they still haven't received any paperwork. Today, customer service said that I am out of luck, because I agreed to the revised pricing and will have to live with it. I reiterated the circumstances - movers there to pack and load quoting double the estimate, me and my daughter with flights out that afternoon, no choice but to proceed. Based on my experience so far, 3 BROTHERS MOVING IS A SCAM AND NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM. In addition Christian Sanches CAN NOT BE BELIEVED OR TRUSTED AND MAKES NO ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE 3 BROTHERS MOVING AND IF YOU EVER RUN INTO CHRISTIAN SANCHES IN THIS JOB OR A FUTURE ONE, EXPECT ANYTHING HE TELLS YOU TO BE A LIE.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $4000

We did a cross-country move with them, and pretty much every item ended up getting damaged in some way (a couple of the items were damaged by the movers unpacking them haphazardly with box cutters). We were also told our items wouldn’t end up being transferred between trucks but they very clearly were somewhere along the route. While unloading items they also unloaded a bunch of items that weren’t ours, which did not instill confidence in them taking complete inventory and delivering everything.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $9877

This was the worst moving company I have ever used!!! A 1 bedroom/ 1bathroom loft style apartment took them over 4 hours to complete and charged me $640. They additionally did not move everything as I quote them, they do not move bags or vacuums as they only move furniture and closed boxes. Here is my issue, they did not move my shoe boxes there were several boxes left behind, when I inquired about boxes being left. They asked where they were I said in the bathroom, his response was that they do not go into the bathroom. Strange because I thought that was in the apartment, thus a part of the movable space. They broke my tv stand, did not assemble my bed correctly. When I called to ask questions about everything, they got an attitude. I told him I was going to complain to the BBB, he stated good luck and did nothing to help me understand why they were such a pass poor company. Anyone knows that when you are moving it can be a very stressful time, he did nothing to address my concerns. The people moving were lazy and took many breaks, this contributed to the 4 hour move, please additionally keep in mind my old space to the new space was only 5 miles apart. If I could give them 0 stars I would for sure! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

First of all, the quote is a joke, they charge you for the actual amount spent on the move. They try to milk you out of money by wrapping all your belongings wasting time. After they damaged my bed headboard , which was not wrapped due to recommendation of their movers, they refuse my damage claim after I paid $100 for insurance coverage. They people are shady, not truthful. Be careful or you will be surprised! Response to owner ;Why did the movers file a damage claim if what you are saying is true. Like I said this is a shady business that needs to be upfront and transparent to customers.

Zero stars! Had the worst move of my life and the manager was beyond rude. We had used this company a few years ago and had a great experience but this time it was not anywhere near the same. They were 8 hours late, broke stuff, and the supervisor was really rude. The other movers were nice, but had to do as the rude supervisor said. The manager was supposed to call me and it took me calling him 3 days in a row to finally speak to him. He acted like he was doing me favors for taking some of the things off the price as they were so late and had promised to do so to make up for it. Although I had a good experience once before, I will not take the chance again and will not ever use their services again.

This company sucks. He is a sleeze ball who comes off nice at first with a phony act, but fails to deliver any real customer service. In reality he is super rude and disrespectful. Additionally, this trend flows down the employee chain of command, as you may get cussed out by your movers who are mouthy and snide. These fly by night moving companies who are ran by people who don't know what they are doing need to be shown for what they are stars... ALL THAT GLITTERS ISN'T ALWAYS GOLD.

Worse than I could have imagined. I thought the original quote was high. But, they ended up charging me twice as much. They forgot about my move date (I had to call them half way through the day). Then they needed two days to move my stuff instead of the one they told me it would take. Then they damaged multiple items & haven't paid the claim that they told us to file. I can't get a call back from management (even though I've been promised multiple times I would get one). I'm shocked at how poor the service was & at the extreme price gauging for their own mistakes. I would never use them.
